At 21 its 193. But since Im active i would assume it is higher.
If you have a low heart rate it is higher. I should not of said max heart rate but upper recommend range which is 169 for an anverage 21 year old.

Weight was 186/187 today.. Means Im still at about +15 give or take a few pounds water weight
