I got mine all set. Going to start Oct 1st. Just ordered a massive load of protein and stocked up on brown rice and oats at Costco and will be hitting the local meat market.

Main foods:
1) Chicken
2) Turkey
3) Ground Bison (97% Fat Free)
4) Smart Balance fat free milk
5) Smart Balance Peanut butter
6) Rice and oats (not together)
7) Maybe some vegetables here and there. I still hate them :D

Main supplements:
1) Whey isolate protein post workout
2) Casein protein for any other time of the day
3) Creatine mono
4) Beta-alanine
5) AnaBeta 4 caps/day
6) Erase at 3 caps/day

8 hours of sleep - going to try at least

wowzers!! that is pretty pricey I must say.

I wish I could stock up on food. My japanese size refer holds about 3 days of food max...


Supp wise I'm still up in the air because my bulk starts in November... ; ;

spinach is one helluva vegetable, i eat it all the time

my store sells it's own ground beef, it's own ground bison, but some expensive brands ground turkey...i dunno what the deal is with that

gotta cook, some ground beef, brown rice, black beans, spinach, and then spice it how you'd like, mix em all together, it's really good and you get a bit of everything

Protein, Creatine and will most likely be abusing Protocol now that I can. 4+ Scoops a day :p Any other recommendations? I'm sort of debating NP DAA since its dirt cheap, but I'd rather save supps like that for cutting down.

Purple wraath+ purple psyko for intra
blue gene pre workout
muscle milk& golden gains pre

Green bulge, glycergrow & oximega greens throughout the day

And of course plenty of whole foods.

This along with:

4-5 caps AnaBeta, 4 caps Activate Xtreme and 0,5mg Arimidex eod :)

Organic Bison - my man is tryin to be huge! Spinach... gotta love it.

I, personally, have no set start dates or goals. Comin off competition, im taking another day or two off completely. From there Im taking anywhere from 12-24 moths to just eat train and grow. in a loooong off season. I got a number of things goin on right now that tak priority so for a little bit im just gonna do the average joe thing and enjoy it.

Started my Lean Bulk two weeks ago.
My micros will be 40/30/30

Weeks 1-8 Natadrol, Endosurge, and creatine
Weeks 8-16 Anabeta and Erase

And maybe 2weeks after Anabeta ill start Epi with Katanadrol :) for 6weeks

Alpha Mass

Andro mass


Just all depends if I wanna do a hormonal run or not.....feeling pretty good right now so thats why I am debating on whether or not I want to do something somewhat harsh.

This looks almost exactly what I will be running. NP was out of erase when I was supp shopping so I didnt get any. still might have to grab a bottle. Looks good man. and how can you not like the veges! :(

I have used natadrol twice, I followed up with formadrol. But both times I had great success. The first cycle I ran a very low dose and responded great to it at only 2x a day. I ended up bumping to 6 to finish out and wow, it was great. The second time I ran at 4x all the way through then tapered it off and it still did great for me. I was doing around 265 for 3 reps on bench before starting, and I ended up doing 285x3 a few weeks into the forma. And this was with no Pre workout, after doing a set of 275x3 for max...

just sharing my great experience. I was gona get on it again but wanted to give anabeta and maybe erase a try along with a few other supps. goodluck bro!

Let us know how you like 8 caps a day, I tried 6 caps and didn't get anything from it.

Yea I heard this has to be dosed higher than the recommended dosing in order to get results.

you think? im 192 with about a 15-18% bf at 5'8", im not sure if i want to recomp or gain, ive never cut before lol so it makes me nervous, i dont want to lose any mass

Lmao i couldve sworn i read u weigh about 165 oooppss..192 is not bad at 12-18% bf..If u dont want to lose any mass just do a long recomp..lol ik how u feel though bruh

Its good to get a little bashed, it'll motivate you and im sure it wont be straight bashing at that you might not get any. People here are more supportive especially if ur not an idiot atleast lol...Before and after pics log!!!! Do it! lol

I'm a big fan of the winter dirty bulk (by dirty I mean lots and lots of calories) and then the all out cut spring. And by all out I mean with Clen and T3. Works everytime 70% of the time.

My personal goal is more body imaged oriented than weight oriented, I have stopped watching the scale so much. But my goal is to get all my lifts back to what they were last november/december, which was all my PRs, and then surpass them. I am shooting for christmas as getting my strength back just because it seems like a good time. In reality I have all winter and just want my progress to go as fast as possible.

hitting 200 would be nice though too, but that isnt happening on a recomp style diet like I am currently eating without some help... lol

I wanna be at 225 by spring break next year, when I'm hoping to spend Carnival in Brazil.

Goal is to be by 225 with anywhere from 11 - 15% BF and hopefully a mildly visible 6pack.

lol tell me about it. You could get there but not clean, haha.

I know how you feel, I was in great shape 192 around 10% bf and gaining well, got terribly sick and lost 17 pounds. never made it past 185 since then lol.
