My personal goal is more body imaged oriented than weight oriented, I have stopped watching the scale so much. But my goal is to get all my lifts back to what they were last november/december, which was all my PRs, and then surpass them. I am shooting for christmas as getting my strength back just because it seems like a good time. In reality I have all winter and just want my progress to go as fast as possible.

hitting 200 would be nice though too, but that isnt happening on a recomp style diet like I am currently eating without some help... lol

That was my goal for this past summer and I looked a lot better at 165 then the previous summers where I tried to just 'pack' on the weight. I never really had a gut or big waist, but this summer I upped the cardio and dropped about 10lbs, which would've normally freaked me out but at my height and weight, I looked better.

So that's a good goal to have and I plan on following it too.
 
Should be running UD soon. Time for this old dog to see what "ON" feels like.

yeah I am trying to drop the gut I had from the bulk before it got out of hand. most of it is bloat and stomach expansion. so I am trying to spread my meals out and eat many small ones just for that. but I always always eat a big lunch because i can't get food around it. but I have my abs back just need to keep clean and keep burning. haha. I havent even come back lifting hard yet from an injury, so once I can and once I can run again I will be great. I feel good too so, thats a plus. I am just ready to get back lifting again. I am still having some issues with SI joint/sciatia.
