My personal goal is more body imaged oriented than weight oriented, I have stopped watching the scale so much. But my goal is to get all my lifts back to what they were last november/december, which was all my PRs, and then surpass them. I am shooting for christmas as getting my strength back just because it seems like a good time. In reality I have all winter and just want my progress to go as fast as possible.
hitting 200 would be nice though too, but that isnt happening on a recomp style diet like I am currently eating without some help... lol
