Typical meals throughout the day
Meal 1: 1 scoop protein, 9 egg whites, 1 whole egg, 1.5 cup oats
Meal 2 (PWO): 1.5 scoops protein, 1 cup oats, 15g maltodextrin, 1 can tuna, 1 cup cooked brown rice (40g protein)
Meal 3-5: 120g chicken breast (grilled), 14g olive oil, .5 cup rice (uncooked measurement)
Meal 6 (PreBed): 1 can sardines (~16g fat, 15g protein), 120g low fat cottage cheese
Short Term Goal: Build up my strength while keeping low bf
Long Term Goal: Entering (And Winning) powerlifting competition @ 165lb class next year
