I think one of the things that seperates me from the rest is my enthusiam about life in general. I'm an upcoming natural bodybuilder that is make a name for himself in Minnesota and Would like to continue making my name in Bodybuilding and Business. I have been training my whole life due to the fact that I was a huge hockey player. but I have been focusing on more bodybuilding movements for the last 2 years. I place 2nd place in the novice divison at the Mr. Minnesota. This was my first competition and I plan on competiting for a very long time! I'm currently training with a two powerlifting coaches and nutritionist that understand how my body works. I don't cheat on my diet and can give specifics on macros and micro's if needed. I'm currently training for another competition in Oct. 16th and figure would be a great addition due to my lower bodyfat content. I Enjoy HIT styling training but also embrance slower controlled movements for muscle density. I will have to say that you won't be dissapointed with my log that i run. There high intensity, a lot of fun and I will be able to give a fair comparison to some other preworkout products i have ran.

Training experience : Lifting for the last 15 years. Just lifted heavy weights with no idea what I was doing for the first 5 years, then the last 10 I've educated myself and tried to lift heavy but stay injury free. Now that I'm 37, I'm moving away from trying to be the next Arnold (getting as big as I possibly could) and moving to just staying in a nice lean physique.

Current Training Schedule:
Monday - 5x5 GVT style training, 1.5 hours bball at night
Tuesday - Boot Camp workout class (think P90X)
Wednesday - Muscle Pump workout class (pretty much what it says, a lot of reps with light/medium weights)
Thursday - 3x10 Full Body Workout followed by a Stretch and Strength class (Yoga/Pilates)
Friday - 1.5 hours of bball
Sat & Sun - Off

Current Cardio Schedule: bball on Mon and Fri. Try to hit the tready for 15 to 20 minutes after lifting for low impact cardio. Usually 3.0 incline at 4.0 speed.

Current supplements (exact brand/product name required):LG Sciences Sub Sterone, LG BCAA, pharmaceutical fish oil

Current Diet and macros (as much detail as possible): Trying to follow a 5 day low carb diet, then refeeds on the weekend.

Here's a typical day
Morning - Protein shake, large apple
Lunch - Grilled Chicken Salad, plum, fish oil
Post W/O - protein shake with 1/2 cup of oatmeal and grapefruit
Afternoon - Grilled Chicken Salad
Dinner - Turkey, Green Beans
Night - non-fat Greek Yogurt mixed with natty pb and cinnamon

Short Term Goal: Constant recomp, and on the bball end, just trying to hang with the younger guys. After I hit 35, I can tell a big difference in my body, especially on the court.

Long Term Goal: To gain strength, lose bf%, and most important, stay injury free.

ANY and ALL Prescription / Non-Prescription / Recreational drugs: none

Supplement history (as much detail as possible): Tried just about everything under the sun over the past 15 years. I haven't mingled in prohormones/pro-steroids much. I stay away from the methylated compounds. I ran 1-AD, 1test, dhea compounds, etc... For bulking I'll go with a good Test Booster, DAA and AI. As far as stims and fat burners, just about everything. Here lately I'm liking AT2 + Lean Extreme and a good stim (ECA mostly) for cutting stacks. For preworkouts, the last I used was Mesomorph and I'm liking it alot. I was using Jack3d but like Mesomorph better.

Training experience : 2 years now solid. I woke up one day weighing about 385 and realised I let myself get this way. Went to the gym and haven't stopped yet. I am now 260 plus some change.

Current Training Schedule:
Modified Stronglifts 5x5 Mon/Wed/Fri

Workouts are: Squat/Bench + Acc. one day, Deadlift/OHP + Acc. and repeat. So I get either two squat and bench in on one week or two DL and OHP on one week. Back worked differently between those days.


Tue/Thur - Bootcamp class - Mostly bodyweight movements. And lighter weight more rep work.

Current supplements (exact brand/product name required):
NP DAA, NP Creatine Mono, NP Beta-Alanine, GNC Sport Multi, NP Leucine, BCAA's (generic), NP Omega-3, Generic Vit C, Generic Vit D-3

Paleo diet for most part. Probably transferring over to strict CKD with a two week straight keto.

Short Term Goal: Decrease bf% to teens.

Long Term Goal: Decreasing to low teens or single digit. Then Maintaining it whilst getting stronger than before.

I am asthmatic so I take Albuterol inhalers.

Thank you! It was done with blood, sweat, and tears. Well few tears, but a while heck of a lot of sweat!

I was always big, but after cardioing myself to death (I went from 268 to about 160 at one point, and had next to no muscle) I balooned up fairly quickly once the cardio stopped. Wife, kids, other things, will do that to you.

But now I have been going strong and loving it. I am trying to decrease my bf quite a bit now as I still look pretty bad in all the normal weight retaining areas. Grrrr!

Thank you! It was done with blood, sweat, and tears. Well few tears, but a while heck of a lot of sweat!

I was always big, but after cardioing myself to death (I went from 268 to about 160 at one point, and had next to no muscle) I balooned up fairly quickly once the cardio stopped. Wife, kids, other things, will do that to you.

But now I have been going strong and loving it. I am trying to decrease my bf quite a bit now as I still look pretty bad in all the normal weight retaining areas. Grrrr!

Short Term Goal: Drop to 205 and keep as much strength as possible.

Long Term Goal: Be able to deadlift 700 pounds at a BW of 200 pounds and look damn good doing it.

What supplement or stack would you be willing to log? Creatine Nitrate (never tried creatine nitrate before) and Nitrozine. Never tried agmatine sulfate,3,7-dihydro-3,7-dimethyl-1h-purine-2,6-dione and I have been wanting to for the longest time. I love GPLC so I know I can give a positive review about it. MesoMorph also looks legit as it has BA, creatine nitrate and Creatinol-O-Phosphate which I like. I wouldn't mind meso morph and nitrozin

Currently, I'm cutting up until Christmas Vacation, and working on bringing up my PL total with the consideration of competing sometime in the next year or so. So, shorts term goal would be sub-10% BF; long-term goal would be getting my 1425 total up to raw master class.

I've got more logs than I can remember, I'm on AM regularly, and I build my schedule around lifting. My diet is strict and rarely varies - Thanksgiving will be the first cheat meal in a long time. I'm friends with a lot of the more veteran members here, and can provide detailed feedback and constructive criticism.

Nothing special comprises my current supp regimen: LGs Lipotropic Protein, PP's MAP, NP's Creatine Mono, Swanson Super EFA, Mag Citrate, Methyl-Cobalamin, Now Opti-Zinc, and IBE X-Lean.

Cardio is walking to and from my laboratory 3-4days/wk and lifting is a 5/3/1 routine with some additional volume and GPP added in, making 5 lifting days total.

Can't do pics, my camera was stolen while I was in the gym. :(

I don't want to be greedy, Mesomorph is really what I have my eye on. Though Nitrozine definitely looks tasty... :)
