Im trying for 405 x 6 on friday, and it will be breaking my old PR of 405 x 5. It felt so good to get that 405 up for 3... I was so pumped afterwards, but so dead at the same time lol..

man tell me about it. i did some community service at this no kill shelter around the way and the owner used to let her favorite dog (happens to be a small, game bred REAL pitbull) run outside off leash... Well there was one of the workers walking a small corgi and the pitbull ran up to it and the corgi bared some teeth, the pitbull went for the throat and tore her to pieces... Real smart knowledge of pitbulls and to think someone who should be responsible with animals actually let a pitbull outside off leash.. how idiotic. sooo... tonight i will be trying deadlifts 405 x 6, it will be my new PR if i hit it, and i will be taking a video of it, but only posting if it goes up

i will also be taking a video of my entry to my YOKED UP egg eating contest, i am in the process of making 20 eggs into deviled eggs, probably will only eat like 10-12 that way, the rest fried and scrambled...

also... about pct.. yeah.....lol.. i know im gonna get flamed for this..

but i have been planning this in case i felt crazy enough to do it, ladies and gentlemen SC will cruise for 4-6 weeks then one final blast for 10 weeks before PCT

cruise will look like this:

250mg test enanth (iranian HG grade) x 1/wk
igf2 20-50mcg post workout MWF, 30 mcg every other day
have some oral tbol available, may or may not throw that in, or may be on my blast...

also, will be having body composition analyzed by a local university using bod pod systems, also having exact BMR determined as well so that diet can be finely tuned during the blast. I will be carb cycling, continuing 3 day split with carb refeeds instead of cheat meals. When fats are high, carbs will be low, when carbs are high, fats will be low, etc.

goal : come off cycle with 315 for bench, 495 for DL and 455 for ATG Squat, while burning as much fat as my body allows. Diet on cruise will be keto.

ill be honest with you guys, i noticed more growth and fat loss when i was using tren and ghrp and cjc together. For those of you who are worried about designers going out the door, IMO the peptide combination blows most orals out of the water (except maybe dbol, a bombs, and superdrol) but they are non suppressive, and only increase your own natural production of GH. If your diet is right, you can lean out and gain some nice mass at the same time.

The combo of superdrol and tren is gonna be my little aggression/strength ****tail, and I expect to see some numbers go up. Now I am not going to overdo it and just go with what my body tells me, but I aim to get up on all of my lifts. At that same time, I'm gonna be taking advantage of carb cycling to keep my strength up, lethargy down, and really only use carbs when my body is going to use them.

there's a trainer at my gym who ive discussed this about, and wants to help me fine tune my diet, which is the reason I am going to get my BMR pinpointed at the university. It's all gonna cost me roughly 100 bucks, a good investment towards a better physique.

YUH hCG is not an HPTA shut down prevention compound. It is like artificial LH. The only reason it makes PCT smoother is because you will have functioning nuts once recovery begins. Now with your cycle, when recovery begins is gonna be a while once you come off the roids so your nuts will shrivel before any natural LH can keep them going.

18... but im back on keto seeing so more fat drop, hit 405 x 6 on deads last night, set a new PR on that bishh... I even got a video of it ;)

Anyway yeah my cut has been slow, at some point with my tren and peps in it was more of a recomp, my lifts have ALL gone up, my bench not so much, but my deadlift has gone from 315 at the beginning of this cycle to 405 for reps, and my squat from about the same to 405 as well.

yeah hcg has been a part of my regimen for the last 8 weeks and will continue. hcg on this cruise, and definitely hcg for the blast.

Lol ya most places would bitch about u just dropping the weight at the top. Funny though people wouldnt complain about me litterally slamming the weight back and forth in the squat rack, but when we deadlifted and I was doing as much of a negative as I could with the weight we got bitched at :ugh2:

Btw great set of deadlifts and congrats on the PR big guy.

Well I feel the negative just tears my muscles up even more. I also don't think my gym would really care, after I pull my big pull I do burn outs with a supinated grip (note on my heavy pulls i like to be overhand to take some tension off my biceps) and after 12 or so reps the bar just comes out of my hand at 225 (which isn't much weight) and just slams against the floor.

If you guys listened to the audio (i hope you didn't) i got pretty loud. I dont normally pull with headphones in but I almost wasn't feeling the 405 for that many reps and my buddy walked up with a crunk ass song and it got me goin :aargh::aargh: and i ended up being loud as ****, got a lot of peoples attention without noticing lol

my gym is a big gym but the dudes that work their are pretty laid back...

douchebags, yes they are but there's a lot of guys in there that compete both powerlifting and bodybuilding and so weight gets thrown around all the time. One of the trainers even sat on top of the leg press while his trainee had 11 plates on each side. I saw the video, him pushing out like 20 reps with the trainer crouched on top of the sled lol... Epic

Or on the other hand I could do 405 x 3 and try to pull 455 since obviously I can do 405 for a few reps. What do you guys think??

People complain about me regularly, never to my face though. I find that mildly amusing. IMO real men make noise when they lift... Hopefully they aren't awkward sex grunts:afro:
