ok so strength is maintaining even 400 cals under daily, yesterday I might have hit 200 cals under, I remember having a scoop of almond butter but doubt it was even a full serving. anyway.... strength is good considering, the dbol is great pre workout, feel hard and full and god like when i hit the gym. turning more heads, the trainers are all tryin to be cool with me, probably to try and get me to train with them for $- fukk that! i can do this on my own baby! perhaps if i ever compete i will hire someone to help me along the way but i dont see that happening ANY time soon. Shirts are fitting tighter around my arms, which is funny because im on a deficit but at the same time im on need2slin and dbol and have almost all day pumps.. I know the pointless pumps you guys were talking about before. like in your fingers when you type a lot, or shaving, sh1t like that. i love the feel. i am up to 2-3 showers daily because my skin has become a little oilier this week. skin is clearing up, but only as long as i keep up the showers. i normally take 2 a day, but this week i have made it to a third, except the other day on my off day.

anyone with t3 experience could you let me know how was your appetite? do you notice suppression or an increase? I have heard from both sides, and have concluded in my own way that it depends on the person, and i know that cardio is a must on it, because t3 wont drop the fat all on its own, but wouldn't the increase in thyroid activity cause you to get hungry more frequently? That's not a problem if thats the case i can cook large portions and break them up in smaller, more frequent meals. not a problem lately, as a lot of paleo recipes are quite simple and quick.

gonna try and make some paleo friendly chili tonight, since its getting a bit cooler, I wanted to make a huge pot of it and store half for later during the fall and such.

perico youre gonna kill me homie but i lost those recipes you gave me AGAIN. post them on my log so that I can't lose them if you dont mind. Keto is coming up and id like to have more recipes that worked for people readily available.

so anyone who has good keto recipes post here!

T3 will raise your BMR pretty dramatically...people have been known to straight binge off fast food and such while still lose 2 % bf.

it depends on the person, really. t3 is a mental game. Its pointless to binge on it because ur gonna gain it back later but if your smart and maintain throughout you shouldn't have rebound. slowly raise cals when u come off.

I'll post up those recepies, in a bit bro. I got a sick chili 1 that could b modified to work form paleo too. T3 makes me hungry bro, I always get this sick craving for meat, but I know some of my friends have experienced the opposite so I think your right it varies from person to person. Anyway the addition of aderllin has helped with that.
 
this first recepie is for pizza crust, but when i was on keto i would make it and use it
as a flat bread to make sandwiches, I've also made beef patties with this.

the ingridients:
1 and 1/2 C flax seed meal
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon oregano
Sweetener to equal about 1 Tablespoon of sugar
3 Tablespoons of oil
3 eggs
`1/2 C water

mix everything up and let it sit while the oven gets preheated set it at 425 for about 15 mins
oil a cookie sheet and spread the dough and bake for 15 mins if your making pizza add sauce and what ever
topppings you choose then bake for 5 more minutes if using the crust for bread just bake straight for 20 mins

if you go for the beef patties let the dough sit a little longer while you prepare the filling

4 tablespoons Unsalted butter
2 medium White onions
1 tablespoon Garlic
1/2 jalapeno or some sort of hot pepper
1 pound Ground turkey
1 tablespoon Curry powder
1 tablespoon Fresh thyme
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Black pepper
1 teaspoon Sugar

chop up the onion garlic and jalapeno then fry in the butter add the meat and all the spices
cook it trough. make golf size ball with the dough flatten them out and put a spoon full of the filling
in the middle fold it over, sort of like a turn over an seal the edges by pressing down with your fingers
lay the beef patties on a greased cookie sheet and bake for 15-20


grilled chicken
really simple but so good
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
1 table spoon minced ginger
2 crushed garlic cloves
juice from 1 med or large lime
1 tablespoon dijon mustard

mix everything in a bowl then trow in a ziplock bag add your chicken breast and let it marinate
in the fridge for 2-4 hours. grill it outside or on the electric grill inside yum! make sure the meat is at
room temp before grilling!

Garlic mashed cauliflowers

1 medium head cauliflower
1 tablespoon cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup grated Parmesan
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
1/8 teaspoon chicken bullion
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh or dry chives, for garnish
3 tablespoons unsalted butter

boil the cauliflower witha pinch of salt until is cooked drain and throw everything in the food processor
blend until smooth.
i love to use the above recepie as a bed for steak so im throwing in a marinade I like, SC I've noticed you eat
a lot of skirt steak and that S*hit would be perfect for this. marinade as follows:
1/2 cup olive oil
1/3 cup soy sauce
4 scallions, washed and cut in 1/2
2 large cloves garlic
1/4 cup lime juice
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
3 tablespoons brown sugar

throw everything in a blender and blend for a minute, pour it all in a ziplock bag add your steak and marinate it for
a few hours Im sure it would be better grilled but i usually sear it in a pan

icecream!
3 scoop vanilla or strawberry whey
2 tablespoon almond butter
2 tablespoon cream cheese
1 packet splenda
water

mix everething but the water in the blender, then add little bits of water to get it to a smooth but still kind
of thick consistancy put in a tuppaware container and frezee!
you can sub chocolate whey and penut butter to change things up!

Just if you guys choose to do the fish don't marinate too long cause the lime juice will cook the fish, so it will get over cooked once u actually cook it.

Speaking of which what about ceviche SC? Got a couple recepies for that I'll post if u like.

allright bro im hit you off with 3 diferent ones, im half dominican and half guatemalan. so ill give you a CA version Caribbean version and just for good measure I'll throw in SA version. Dated a peruvian shorty in HS who made some bomb ceviche, to bad u cant throw back a nice michelada to go with it

My abuelitas own guatemalan recepie
2 pounds of shrimp
1 pound of white fish
3 large limes
1 medium diced fresh tomato
small white onion, finely chopped
small green sweet pepper, chopped in cubes
jalapeño chopped in cubes
½ buch of fresh chopped cilantro
1 teaspoon of olive oil
boil the shrimp or buy the pre cooked joints, cut the fish in2 small pieces and add the lime let it sit in the fridge for a hour or 2 chop up all the other ingridients and mix it up!

the peruvian version

2 pounds white fish fillets
1 cup of lime juice
1 habanero chopped
½ cup of celery, chopped
2 garlic cloves, chopped
2 large red onions, cut into long thin strips
3 tablespoons of fresh cilantro, chopped
1 cup of lemon juice
about a quarter can of sweet corn
Boiled sweet potatoes, cut in slices

prepare the fish the same way, mix everything up and g2g!

dominican version
2 cans crab meat(drain these ****ers well!)
1 can of palm hearts
1 large red onion
2 medium diced fresh tomatoes
3 cups of orange juice
1 cup of lemon juice
3 tablespoons of ketchup
1 teaspoon of fresh chopped cilantro
1 tablespoon of olive oil
chop everything up mix it and chill it for a minute, throw some bachata on, get some negro modelo and grab your shorty! ;)

Nice workout SC. My squats SUCK & I hate it.. I'll get there eventually. I can't believe my knee has been acting up when I go on cycle. Idk it's been now almost a full week since I trained legs last and i plan on hitting them on Wednesday. So i hopes I can go heavy!

Tonight was unusual... But a great workout nonetheless.

My lil homie showed up to the gym with a cast on his hand. he had gotten pissed, punched a wall and broke two of his knuckles... GREAT. so i dog on him tellin him what a great idea that was and his hand is in the cast for another month... liftin beastly man! Ill tell you what though its great to have somebody to hand you weights and to spot you when you need it but I like being by myself a lot because you just crank the ipod and focus so much more instead of talking and getting off track.

my girl says i must be recomping because i look bigger in the chest and shoulders, yet more defined in certain places, more of a v taper in my back and losing my love handles... im still a fat as but i will agree my physique is improving immensely i wonder what tren and t3 will do.

im adding two small things to the cycle if my money allows..


cjc1295dac because its a gh releasing peptide with 29 amino acids with a half life of 5 days, so i will be dosing 5 x a week, for gh production, lets see how that helps my body compisition. according to russian star you get a lot of the benefits of using GH, except this is at a fraction of the cost.. seems worth it to me..

also possibly helios to stack with the t3. helios is injectable clen and yohimbe and there's a source whos got some i can't pass up... should be a nice addition to the cycle, and in one week i will be going full blown keto..


im sooo sore but my protein intake yesterday was 380 so i think i will be fine, on days where i fill myself full of extra protein i seem to recover faster... i am loving this cycle and loving life.. running dbol for one more week and then cutting it out. i honestly dont think ill need it after this part of my cycle...

tren's coming up and i can manage to lose a little bit of strength until then if i end up getting weaker. oh well

eh.. i dont really need one, but he helps me out, i help him out. some days i hit the gym by myself because i dont wanna be around anyone. really depends on how im feeling and if they happen to be on the same part of their split that day.
