Even though my progression has slowed quite a bit on strength, I'm still making progress through my workouts even in these final couple weeks. I did hit a wall on my first exercise for this whole cycle during this workout. On Skullcrushers I gave it hell, but I was only able to match the reps from the last time I did them. I will try again the next time I do them, but I can understand getting stuck on those. I'm already very surprised at the weight I'm throwing around on them. Everything else went excellent, as I added weight to everything. Smith military felt pretty heavy, but I got through them. Pressing out 210 for reps on smith incline bench Felt pretty good too. My heavy set on DB rows put me at the heaviest DBs that my gym has (135s), so it looks like I'm only adding reps at this point...lol

My burn day went pretty well. I'm still noticing some gret leaning, though I didn't get as dry today for some reason. I looked to be holding a little water, and I'm not real sure why. It could be from spilling over the day before because I carbed up quite a bit, or it could be a little too much sodium...either way I knew it was nothing, and despite holding so,e water I could still see that I was damn ripped through that. Veins were showing on my abdomen and obliques pretty well, and they are coming in everywhere it seems. I've noticed a big increase in my quads and legs too.
I'm thinking of increasing forma even a little more for more drying, so I my go to 10 pumps twice per day for 20 pumps total. If I could just get really dry, I would be looking awesome I know it. That is another reason I will probably drop some carbs next week too, even on workout days. A combination of the two should hopefully make for a nice end result
