You should youtube some posing and do the compulsory poses, that will give us a better idea of where you're at...there are some great videos for that...

I am considering extending for 2 more weeks to see where I end up....

Haha....I've taken video a couple times to look back at, and I'm just not comfortable enough with my posing yet to put any video up. Pics are much easier because I can take a bunch and pick out the ones that I took the best. You don't realize how hard posing correctly is until you go to do it, then see yourself.

Even though my progression has slowed quite a bit on strength, I'm still making progress through my workouts even in these final couple weeks. I did hit a wall on my first exercise for this whole cycle during this workout. On Skullcrushers I gave it hell, but I was only able to match the reps from the last time I did them. I will try again the next time I do them, but I can understand getting stuck on those. I'm already very surprised at the weight I'm throwing around on them. Everything else went excellent, as I added weight to everything. Smith military felt pretty heavy, but I got through them. Pressing out 210 for reps on smith incline bench Felt pretty good too. My heavy set on DB rows put me at the heaviest DBs that my gym has (135s), so it looks like I'm only adding reps at this point...lol

My burn day went pretty well. I'm still noticing some gret leaning, though I didn't get as dry today for some reason. I looked to be holding a little water, and I'm not real sure why. It could be from spilling over the day before because I carbed up quite a bit, or it could be a little too much sodium...either way I knew it was nothing, and despite holding so,e water I could still see that I was damn ripped through that. Veins were showing on my abdomen and obliques pretty well, and they are coming in everywhere it seems. I've noticed a big increase in my quads and legs too.

I'm thinking of increasing forma even a little more for more drying, so I my go to 10 pumps twice per day for 20 pumps total. If I could just get really dry, I would be looking awesome I know it. That is another reason I will probably drop some carbs next week too, even on workout days. A combination of the two should hopefully make for a nice end result ;)

Cardio was short and sweet....

35 minutes on the treadmill running 7.5 MPH for a 460 cal burn (4 miles total distance)

Thanks LTL! I'm pretty impressed with all my lifts at this point. I'm just about to that point though, that keeping those lifts up will be the next challenge (PCT)

Day 68

One of the first things you may have noticed is my increased dosage of Test and Masteron. There is a reason for this. I had scheduled myself for this cycle to go 12 weeks, which would be 2 more pins next week, and 2 more the following week. However, after my first pin of the 12th week I will be halfway across the country for about 5 days. So instead of doing the final pin late when I get back, I'm going to make the first day of my 12th week be my final pin, and then I will start PCT two weeks after that when esters clear. So what I am doing is dividing the dosage from the pin that I won't be doing into these last 3-4 shots. That way I use all my gear, and I don't have one pin that is ridiculously high.

I did have a pretty good workout today with progression on everything. I am still making some awesome strides on my quad exercises. I added another 20 lbs to my Hack Squats and they felt pretty good. Bb curls with 125 lbs going nice and slow was pretty awesome too. I'm amazed at the weight I'm doing on those, and even more amazed at them considering the good form and slow negatives. The last time I did Pinwheel curls I was using 60s. I was ready to move up in weight, but unfortunately my gym has one 65 lb DB and not two....so I was forced to go with 70s to have a pair. I did better than I expected and cranked out 10!!

Things are winding down, but things are still progressing and going wonderful!

As has been said, your training style has very little to do with bulking/cutting. That is going to be dictated by your diet.

Plenty of info on intensemuscle.com in regards to DC. Head to "the dogg pound" and read the stickies.
 
^this. I have been using it for both while incorporating IF for a recomp. All without being able to do cardio, I've increased in strength and size while dropping 10 pounds and almost 2% bf.

I'm pretty much sold on DC now, and I plan on sticking with it unless I see some big reason to do something else, which I don't see happening. I've never made strength gains of this magnitude in this amount of time EVER in my life. The mass I've gained on top of it has even further solidified my love for DC. I know what will really seal the deal, will be when I can still progress at a reasonable rate when not on cycle which I have no doubt will happen.
 
Day 69

Weight: 176.5 (+11.5)

Dosed 450mg Katana
Dosed 20 pumps Formastanozol (10 pumpsx2)

After increasing my dosage of Formastanozol to 20 pumps each day, it seems to really be doing the trick on drying me out good and leaving me looking very very lean and shredded. That was reflected this morning in the mirror and the scale weight. My midscetion is tighter, and it doesn't feel like I'm holding much water in my skin at all. When I pinch my skin and pull it back, it feels very thin.

I did get another check on bodyfat and did the 3 point caliper check a few times. I came up with a range of 5.8%-6.1%, do my prediction that I was just a tad under 6% now is pretty much spot on. At this point, I'm very happy with my leanness and I don't think there is a need to drop more. I'm more concentrated on maintaining while just getting very dry with the AI and with carb control.

I also increased my dosage of Katana up to 450mg as well. I will run it at that right to the end and that will hopefully help tighten up some more as well :fingersx:

Today's burn day has my diet in check pretty well. I may have a little bit of carbs more than a typical burn day tonight, but otherwise things should be very clean through the weekend for the mist part.

I'm still hitting the cardio hard today and tomorrow as well. Tomorrows cardio will probably be about the same as today's which was

30 minutes running 7.5 MPH

45 minutes incline walking 3.5 MPH @ 10%

Total distance 6 miles

Total burn 1011 cals

Ive put quality mass on through cycle, pct and off cycle on it. Ive added 50 lbs to my bench and inclines and 100 to my squats. I guarantee youll continue to gain.

Yep...3 times per week is all that is needed. It is set up for maximum growth by doing the rest pause sets and hitting the same muscles every other workout, but at the same time getting maximum recovery. It's a perfect balance IMO.

Do you feel the masteron counteracts the "wetness" of the test?

I want to run a test cycle but I don't care about size as much as I do about looking lean and vascular.

Ah, sounds good man, the reason I ask is because I do change my style of training up a little when I am cutting down. I tend to gas out alot faster with the carb restrictions and low glycogen levels so I do heavier weight lower reps etc hit it hard and get out. Was just kind of wondering if DC would be to much intensity for me while cutting. Ill read up on it thanks guys.

Masteron has some Anti-E properties and does reduce some water retention from test. It has definitely worked great on me for hardness and vascularity. The thing us that to get all the benefits of Masteron you need to be pretty lean (under 10%), and the leaner you are the better the effects

The water is just dropping off of me big time right now. Yesterdays burn day and the effects of the high dose Forma has left me very dry and very ripped today like I've never been! The scale showed that too with the lowest weight I've seen since the beginning weeks of the cycle. I think the next set of pics are going to be sweeeeet!! I am planning to get carbed up nice on workout days this week a little more than normal, and go very low carb on burn days. The high dosed forma will help get dry too, so I'm hoping for some final pics on this peak week around Thursday that should have me as dry, big, and shredded as possible!!

Today is normally another burn day, but it kinda ended up being more like a cheat day and I am fine with that. I think my body is in need of one anyways. I was at the water park again with the family again and indulged a little. My fast breaker ended up being half of a large pizza topped with different meat and an ice cream cone with 2 scoops of cookie dough ice cream. I'm going to have a fat 14oz steak dinner tonight with steamed veggies and a big sweet potato also. :food:

So....like I said, we hit the water park again. Thus time seemed much different than times before in terms of reactions from people and what not. I think there comes a time when someone with a good physique crosses that line that puts them on the side of a "great" physique that stands out in the crowd, and I feel like that is what happened today. I have never received compliments like I have today, and never had so many people stare. I'm sure the dryness really brought out the vascularity and definition, especially in the 90 degree sun that contributed to that, but needless to say it felt awesome to walk around with that attention. I felt like a stud. Even my wife noticed the extra attention, and she said I looked like I was posing and flexing all the time, even when relaxed.

I still did hit a nice 60 minute cardio session this morning before we headed out that went pretty well....

Yeh, I may have had a slight bit more of fat loss, but the weight is primarily just water coming off from the high dosed AI drying me out. I'm going to stay at that higher dose through all of next week to "peak" for photos, then I will go back to more of a normal dose
 
Are you dosing any AI outside of forma? And I completely forgot that you were pinning masteron as well....****, no wonder you were getting looks at the water park. Insanely dried out AND the extremely adrogenic effects of masteron? No homo, but I kind of wish I had been there to see you in person, you must look ridiculous.

Also, you keep mentioning your wife, but you only post pictures of yourself. Perhaps it's time to change things up a bit...:boobies:

The Masteron is awesome I will agree! I absolutely love the effects from it. Hardness and vascularity on it have been much better than anything else I've ever ran.

My wife is pretty self conscience of herself....it's funny. She weighs a whole 117 lbs, but thinks she is a fat ass....lol. But, you guys won't see those pictures!

I absolutely love Forma man. I've ran it many times and I love how much it dries me out. I'm going to be trying the new BPS Formasurge soon in PCT that I will be doing in another log too which us a Forma and resveratrol topical.


That tri-blend us actually what I plan to be running this time next year my man. It sounds awesome, and I'm looking forward to it!

I never hesitate to indulge with my family when the time comes. They come first, and I always hit my goals anyways...even if it takes a little longer. I will never pass up a piece of birthday cake or a nice dinner with my wife just because it doesn't fit my macros. They are the first reason I get up in the morning. The gym and my goals always will be second. ;)

Thanks man, and you are absolutely right! Family will always be first. I don't let any of my personal goals get in the way of quality time with them. Balance....always!

I'm drying out awesome lately. I look like I have no water under my skin at all and just look great. After my little cheat day, I got some nice fullness from it, but the Forma at the higher dose is pulling any water right out....so it's perfect that it's leaving the glycogen in the muscle while taking the water. I can't imagine how good I will look for pics after a good burn day! In the mirror at the gym I just looked insanely ripped, chiseled, defined, and vascular....yet bigger than I've ever looked. Those same type of stares I received at the water park have transpired into the gym as well. Even though a lot of these guys see me everyday, they know that I have made a HUGE change lately, and they notice...lol.

My workout went just awesome. I progressed incredibly on everything. DB bench press with 110s felt great, and I could have went with 115s I'm sure if I wanted to. My strength is just absolutely insane, and make all my precycle lifts look pale in comparison. My final rest, pause set of standing overhead press I did fail to get a complete rep though. I almost got the rep, but couldn't quite get full lockout on it. I still am happy with the set though because I added weight and stayed within the 11-15 rep rest pause range. Deads went awesome as well. I added 10 lbs to my first set and still did 1 more rep than I did last time at the lower weight. I decided to go with 315 for my heavy set. I knew I wouldn't get many Of them, but wanted to see what I could do with it. I got 2 and probably could have got 3, but I got light headed at the second rep and almost felt like I was going to pass out, so I must be doing things right...lol! At any rate my deads have come a long way, and each workout they get better and better ;)

DC workout 1C (Chest, Shoulders, Triceps, Back Width, Back thickness)

DB bench press (rest, pause)
110sx11x4x2 (+5 lbs per DB/ 10 lbs total)

Standing overhead BB press (rest, pause)
170x9x3xfail (+5 lbs)

Triceps machine -reverse preachers (rest, pause)
225x11x4x3 (+5 lbs)

Front lat pull downs (rest, pause)
240x10x4x3 (+10 lbs)

Deadlift (straight sets)
275x8 (+10 lbs)
315x2 (+20 lbs)

Thanks Frank. My shoulders are one of my stronger areas I think, but I have to say that those overhead presses are starting to feel heavy...lol. Especially that 3rd set. I didn't want to fail getting a rep, but I gave it hell trying.
 
The thing with standing Ohp is if they get out even the slightest bit in front of you you're ****ed lol

When you are about to "cruise" you should work up to a heavy single. Nothing like hitting 225+ over head.

My best is 225 x 4 and 245 x 1. Would like to hit 275 by new years.
