8 Week Chronic...Igf-2/Free Test/Drive/RPM/NeoVar/420

Thanks guys. Went back to 2 caps rpm this morning still trying to figure this dose. 3 was a bit much I think lol.

5.5hrs sleep was wide eyed at 3:30, gym opens at 5 and isn't far....

Phuckin hard to eat, forcing a pb banana sammich on 12grain. 1/3 left an shoving it down.

Neovar is a creatine product, right? What is rpm, a fat burner? Is that effecting your appetite, or is it just the fact that you're up early?
I know you blaze, doesn't that help your appetite, or does it not have that effect any more?

Neovar is a creatine supplement and RPM is a pre-workout supplement. The stims in RPM could provide some appetite suppression.

Its the rpm. I normally eat a Big breakfast.
Helps a bit but not much. Only really works for pain now.

A little stiff from the weather, but Back day was good. 2 caps rpm is defiantly the way to go for now. Appetite was still suppressed until mid afternoon, I ate ¾ of a large 18”" shepherd pie for dinner. Hit roughly 3000 cal today

No abs.

Workout was great, some Mudvayne and an empty gym. The raising of the DB laterial and front raising was noticeably easier. Vascularity is slightly more noticeable. I feel a little harder, not sure if I am but I feel it. Mentally I feel great. I am not a fan of my reflection, I am never satisfied with my body (like a woman) my wife hates that side of me. But I do feel a little more “positive” looking in the mirror today.
Appetite not so suppressed today, was able to eat all meals at normal times. Post w/o meal was a little forced.
 
Not a real fan of arnold presses.. They never seemed to agree with me, so when i do (although i rarely do ohp anymore) i just stick to dumbell seated presses / bb presses

Unfortunately no - just free weights - eventually I'm gonna have to either build/buy one or join a gym....

Ok,then try just doing them seated on a flat bench. This will still make you have to activate the core. You will have to lighten the weight I'm guessing at first but in the long run it will be worth it.
 
Cool - I'll give it a whirl - I've been doing OHP seated - I might just have to take the bar outside once in a while & get some standing overhead movement in. When I lived with my folks, I worked out in the garage & had plenty of ceiling height -
 
You've done it seated with your back supported by the bench right? Well,this is without any bench behind your back.

no backrest for me : makes it feel too incline-y for my liking. I mainly hit that lift with dumbbells. I've had shoulder issues in the past. so I keep extra eye on form

Awesome workout today, Legs used to be my least favorite. Put them on a friday and i started enjoying working them. noticeably better WO than last weeks (no supps). Energy/Endurance and strength is noticeably increasing. I am loving the sustained energy from the beginning of my work out until just after lunch. Mentally I feel fan****intastic!!!everyone is noticing the mood shift. At home and work. Everything is like dust, and i just brush it off.

This is my first week tracking each body part and exercises in order to improve weekly. JEFIT (thanks Valdez for mentioning this) is amazing, I will be able to start posting PRs as of next week.

AS for my appetite, post WO meal went down easier. Seems like the appetite suppression is tappering off. Have been under cal all week. Hoping that is about to change.
 
Nice high volume leg workout Med! Ya get them cals in, it'll help with recovery and growth. ;-)

WTF, KILLED it. today was phuckkin awesome right when i woke up. Jammed 3 rpm pre workout and had TONS of GO GO GO.
Every workout felt stronger today. Curls and Hammer were much easier to get through than previously. Triceps are noticeably stronger on the ROPEs and Dips, as i was flying off of the Assist pad on my way up. Hoping to do unassisted soon. Overall I felt great. My wife started to wonder where i was after being out for 2hrs at the Gym. Took my time and blew through almost all of it. Cant wait until next arm day. I phuckin love these supps!!!

The taste of uncapped RPM is definitely not for the timid, but it's all part of the experience. Besides, I think the taste is what gives you the initial jolt!

Arthritis In my knees makes squatting very un enjoyably and I love squats. If I was healthier I would be doing front squats.

Jefit is a killer app for tracking WO.

Sound like you need some Osteo-Sport my friend. I have knee issues as well and it does wonders for me.

Mild arthritis but mostly just cumulative damage from a couple sports injuries and four knee surgeries. I love Cissus. I have actually been using our Cissus product, Osteobolin-C and Osteo-Sport to keep the pain at bay. That combo does the trick for the most part.
 
U got a pretty killer routine G . Loving the volume. As fair as rating ur recovery, if u can walk after that leg day. Id say ur doing fine. Keep it up!

I am noticing an overall improvement since starting SuperC. With winter coming I may need a combo. I'll look into the mentioned thanks AGAIN bro!

Thanks bro, really noticing improvement in all physical activities from the high rep range since about a month in. (Started in Sept).

I was thinking this mornin the recovery had to be improved. Like you said my leg day was pretty intense, and my legs felt Good all Weekend, sore but nothing to mention. But this morning, 2 days after arms they feel sore, But I can use them regularly. So that is a sign!

Feeling good but not outstanding, might be the shat weather. Work out was good, 2 rpm, 3 drive and 2J first thing. Took 4igf2 and SAMe and al carn waited 30min. Ate a pbbanana on whole wheat and took the rest of my supplements and 3 NEOVAR and 2 FREE TEST. Diesel shake and a cookie and off to work.



hope I am doing satisfactory here. Never logged anything for people to review before. Any tips or comments are welcome.
