WTF, KILLED it. today was phuckkin awesome right when i woke up. Jammed 3 rpm pre workout and had TONS of GO GO GO.
Every workout felt stronger today. Curls and Hammer were much easier to get through than previously. Triceps are noticeably stronger on the ROPEs and Dips, as i was flying off of the Assist pad on my way up. Hoping to do unassisted soon. Overall I felt great. My wife started to wonder where i was after being out for 2hrs at the Gym. Took my time and blew through almost all of it. Cant wait until next arm day. I phuckin love these supps!!!
