Awesome workout today, Legs used to be my least favorite. Put them on a friday and i started enjoying working them. noticeably better WO than last weeks (no supps). Energy/Endurance and strength is noticeably increasing. I am loving the sustained energy from the beginning of my work out until just after lunch. Mentally I feel fan****intastic!!!everyone is noticing the mood shift. At home and work. Everything is like dust, and i just brush it off.
This is my first week tracking each body part and exercises in order to improve weekly. JEFIT (thanks Valdez for mentioning this) is amazing, I will be able to start posting PRs as of next week.
AS for my appetite, post WO meal went down easier. Seem s like the appetite suppression is tappering off. Have been under cal all week. Hoping that is about to change.
