5'8 and 214 with visible abs, you gotta be a thick MF'er in person. Thanks everyone. I am 5'8" 214 in the pics.
Beast mode for sure bro! Your neighbors are probably terrified! Nice work man!
Yeah I would say I am pretty thick right now for sure!5'8 and 214 with visible abs, you gotta be a thick MF'er in person.
Thanks! You are one freaky ass dude kleen.
LMAO! Too funny.I think if I pulled up to my house and my next door neighbor looked like Kleen and he was hitting a double bicep pose in the driveway id have to put up a security fence.
Yah but every time you eat some carbs you look 10 lbs bigger... I mean you blow the fug up...Yeah I would say I am pretty thick right now for sure!
Thanks!
LMAO! Too funny.
I will look cleaner in my next pics, I relaxed the diet a bit this weekend for the holiday. I didn't go horribly nuts but I didn't do myself any favors in displaying any new definition.
Wouldn't we all!Damn Chris! You look like one big beastly mofo!....and lean too! Nice work! I'd love to have your size!
Yeah I have always had a lot of room to swell up. Now is the time to swell down. Although getting leaner and adding mass is too much fun! If people were considering the changes I have made from the fact that I am already much closer to my genetic potential than most others I think I might be fairing better in the transformation competition. It is okay, now I just have to increase my deficit, do a little more cardio and cut out the weekend refeeding, and even if I don't win I will look better than I have in years and last summer I was looking damn good at 198-200.Yah but every time you eat some carbs you look 10 lbs bigger... I mean you blow the fug up...![]()
Thanks, I overdid it a little with the food, but still came out looking solid and pretty lean.Damn Chris! You look like one big beastly mofo!....and lean too! Nice work! I'd love to have your size!
You are working towards it brother.Wouldn't we all!
You can get similar results. Everyone can, it is just about getting your nutrition right for you, and let us not forget that I am on a decent amount of anabolics with the EPIVAR, Stanodrol, and EPI-V which helps quite a bit.Okay, so let me get this straight - you've been dieting (leangains), have lost body fat, now have visible abs, have gained strength, you are up 8 pounds. Did I get that right? Oh I forgot, you did all this in 4 weeks. Is that right? I've got the basic gist of things? Well to be quite frank ... that just pisses me off.
Great job man. I wish I could get similar results. Right now I'd settle for just seeing my abs.
Yah I havn't been able to get back to hill sprints as time has not allowed. I will not do them alone as I don't want to be stuck on a hill with a broken ankle...Just finished up some cardio outside. Did some moderate interval training. I walked about a mile to my hill sprint place and walked up and down the hill for 30 minutes then walked back. I was drenched in sweat by the time it was over. I imagine I burned a minimum of 400 calories.
Unfortunately hill sprints are what injured my leg so no sprinting just yet. I will try to walk up and down the hills ate least 1-2 times a week. That will strengthen the back of my knee as well as my ankles. I am noticing since I have not done any running or anything that I am losing strength and conditioning in my ankles, especially lateral movements. I may add in a workout where I do calisthenics and shuttle runs stuff like that in order to get some of my normal strength and mobility back in my ankles and knees. Too much concentration on linear movement instead of some lateral stuff.
Seriously I dont know where you get the strength and endurance to keep up with that kinda hell-bent workout bro! Amazing that you do , and thats why you always pull through every week with amazing results! And you still throw in cardio with all this work!! Damn Kleen , thats determination and hard work at its best! Keep it up brotha , this are some inspiring numbers and workouts to see!I guess I didn't update much on the last workout but I went up to 45s on the heavier moves and 25 on the lighter stuff. It was really hard and I started getting back pumps and had to cut out the dead lifts and romanians and do a few extra sets of squats because the back pump would allow for them. 36mg of EPIVAR a day is keeping the pumps right there on the cusp of really kicking in. I still got in as many sets of legs as I would have so I still completed the workout but has to modify it.
Okay, so today's workout was so fuggin hard! I took extra potassium last night and this morning to help with pumps. I didn't want a back pump to be the reason I couldn't complete this lift. I also waited to take my EPIVAR until after the workout just in case a dose before could increase the chance of one. A workout like this is just begging for them when you are on a methyl, or any other product know to cause the pumps. Anyway I digress. I took a lot of precautions to try to avoid a pump and was barely able to make it through. In the end of the second giant set my lower back started pumping up a bit. It was not debilitating but at the same time it kept me from doing a few things or made me stop once or twice to shift my hips and shake it out a bit. This is the first time that I took a full on rest during the workout. There were a few little 5-10 second pauses with lots of gasping but one time I took the entire 30 seconds, that was the 3rd giant set after incline bench, and before front squats. I will say this the 45 db getting a little hard to hold up in the front squats. Rather than give up on the progression of the workout I will simply allow myself more rest periods in order to get the weight up as I move forward.
Here is what I did today lined out as it was done. Only rest taken is mentioned in red otherwise it was from one to the next...
Rotation 1 DB Squats 45x20, DB Incline Bench 45x20, DB Front Squats 45x20, Bent Over Rows (elbows in) 45x20, Romanian Dead Lifts 45x20, DB SHoulder Press 25x20, Step Ups 25x20, DB Wide Rows 25x20, Bench Dips 45x20
no rest
Rotation 2 DB Squats 45x20, DB Incline Bench 45x20, DB Front Squats 45x20, Bent Over Rows (elbows in) 45x20, Romanian Dead Lifts 45x20, DB SHoulder Press 25x20, Step Ups 25x20, DB Wide Rows 25x20, Bench Dips 45x20
No rest
Rotation 3 - DB Squats 45x20, DB Incline Bench 45x20, (rested 30 seconds) DB Front Squats 45x20, Bent Over Rows (elbows in) 45x20, Romanian Dead Lifts 45x20, DB SHoulder Press 25x20, Step Ups 25x20, DB Wide Rows 25x20, Bench Dips 45x20
Seeing that listed out like that actually makes me tired all over.
Would be a blast. If you are ever in the Houston area let me know.Kleen another killer routine bro, and man I wish i could meet you for a day just to learn although it take me a life time to learn it lol.
Thanks, yeah these workouts are easily the hardest workouts I have ever done. It is definitely a love hate relationship with them. The challenge to complete it is so hard, it makes you doubt yourself then feel a total triumph when completed. I am getting ready to go walk outside for my cardio. I can't lie I woke up this morning and was just so tired. I knew we were not having our normal lunch meeting so I just decided to wait and do it at lunch. I guess doubling down for me on cardio days will have to start next week. For today it is just gonna be the one time. However I will only get in about 1500 cals today so I will have an AMPLE caloric deficit regardless of doubling up the cardio or not.Seriously I dont know where you get the strength and endurance to keep up with that kinda hell-bent workout bro! Damn I used to eat 1500 kCals when cutting with cardio twice a day and still felt good (mighty amount of stims I was using though lol) and now I can't even imagine going below my 2000kCals for cardio days X_X!!! Its like...crazy hahaha , I seriously dont know how I lasted that long with such high deficits xD , but its ok I guess you just gotta push through it and robot-mode it bro! Keep it up and good thing you listen to your body when its tired hehe , you can give it a lil break and cut cals like you said and let the body at least catch some air and rest hahaWould be a blast. If you are ever in the Houston area let me know.

For you to be a major contender in this competition I would have to quit or die, and I don't see either of those two things happening, so sit back and relax, maybe next time Bro! :nutkick:Yes that is true but to be a major player in this competition I need to step it up a bit too.
Yo Doc , surprise us this week , I actually saw more definition in your abs last week more than this one , step it up doc! Though I did see more size on the shoulders and back! Specially for being injured on the shoulder it was nice! Keep up Doc , You can still pull a surprise catch up for Kleen with your transformation expertise! For you to be a major contender in this competition I would have to quit or die, and I don't see either of those two things happening, so sit back and relax, maybe next time Bro! :nutkick:
So how would you going from eating my dust, to being all "ashes to ashes and dust to dust" have an effect on my first or second place finish? I mean really wouldn't that just be one less loser behind me? :slap: :moon: :FUfinger:For you to be a major contender in this competition I would have to quit or die, and I don't see either of those two things happening, so sit back and relax, maybe next time Bro! :nutkick:
Love it!For you to be a major contender in this competition I would have to quit or die, and I don't see either of those two things happening, so sit back and relax, maybe next time Bro! :nutkick:
Damn, sorry to hear that Bro, I know how it is to have a sick child! Good to hear about the diet though, it will show! Yesterday was my last day to cheat on my diet (til the contest is over) so I took my pictures on Sat, before breaking my diet and my diet was Kleen as Fug last week, so I know I made some good quality improvements (scale agreed with the mirror), but these next 3 week is where it is gonna really show!Love that movie!
I am home with a sick daughter today. I will take my pics in a little while. I kept my ducks in a row this weekend. To me I look much better but we will see what the camera says later this afternoon. I can tell you that this coming week when the results of 2 nice and clean weeks show things will get interesting. Not quite sure if I am there yet this week but I am looking good!
Short Pause.... "NO!!!""You eat pieces of Sh!t for breakfast?!"
Lmao...great movie!"You eat pieces of Sh!t for breakfast?!"
Gracias Sir!Uh ohhh.....**** just got real! Lol lookin cut up bro!
Thanks lots of dead lifting there.Holy crap your traps are quite impressive in the back pose man.
Thanks Brother! You are on the ball, life if more important than this contest. Priorities are in check in my opinion. Now kill it this last few weeks and show us what is up.Holy crap bro...holy crap...I wish I could just live next door to you and follow you around all day...maybe that would keep me on the ball! Impressive work bro!
I swear I am getting bigger each week even if the scale stays the same or goes down. My size in that most muscular is ridiculous! Love it! This is by far the biggest I have ever been while being this lean.Yah starting to get leaner now... while keeping a lot of size...
Funny thing is I don't even notice any of that unless I am getting hated on. To me most of the time I just look like another guy who works out and is muscular. Every once in a while I see a pic of myself or my reflection and go damn I am big. However most of the time I don't think of myself that way.Man just to sit and think of all the stares this freak of nature gets!!! Killing it Kleen straight up killing it!
Thanks LTL, I thought I had you on the transformation this time around. I just haven't quite leaned up enough to take it from you when comparing starting points. Just make sure you keep growing and leaning up or I will catch up to you.Holy sh1t man! Very focking impressive!
