Oh, I agree. I was just thinking ahead of myself. Just like Layne's cheesecake, I love finding more ways to add protein into things.
The biggest thing will be figuring out how much more almond milk to add as Protein Powder can dry a recipe out. Like I said, I like brownies not cake that tastes like brownies. At 6g of protein these are pretty good, as adding protein powder you are likely to only gain another 4g of protein per brownie at the cost of an extra 14 calories a brownie. So it's something I'll be looking into but will have to be done properly as I don't want crap tasting brownies!!
