Yeah, I am phasing into a bulk with LG M1D & MMV2, PCT with formadrol/psarm. I am also going to use Anadraulic State. I hope to put on some size as I lost wt, clothes that were tight are now loose, yet people say I look bigger. I dropped from 164 in early Dec to 155 today, good news is my arm measurement only dropped 1/8"
thanks man! Yeah I stuck to my diet good for about 4-6 weeks. I starting a bulking diet about a week ago so i have lost some definition. Great job though man! I am looking to set another one up because this was alot of fun. good luck man and great accomplishments. You are still going to be continuing your log though correct?
