Day 18

weight 197 (-13) and down 3 from yesterday.

Chest / Abs

135x10, 315x3, 295x3, 295x3, 295x3 in a circuit with the 90s on DB (all this is flat) and full body crunches 3 sets of 50. Rotating my chest workout it really adding some definition to the seperation I already have. I'm getting some striations that a trainer saw and stopped me to comment and ask what I was doing to cut that area up. Whatever it is, I'm doing it right.
On funny note, I had a different trainer come up to me yesterday and question me about my split only to say that my split was weird and I'd probably have better results changing it up........I'm much lower in BF than him and lift a d1ck load more so I'm not sure he should be giving me advice, but I smiled and said "Works for me this way"
I also did WOD supersetted with leg raises (non weighted) in a circuit with incline and oblique crunches off a bench. My workouts are continuing to feel strong and I'm able to get to failure with only the best kind of pain. I'm really surprised I'm bouncing back like this. I thought it would be a least a few more weeks. Maybe the HCG on cycle really kept me from a complete shutdown....
I'm not going up in weight on chest, but I am hitting it much differently and the soreness is there so I know I'm getting things done right. This isn't too bad of a workout considering I felt well enought o do heavy squats, heavy dls then on to a heavy chest workout. I will probably just do a volume day for legs tomorrow and take Sat off (I'm not working outside, but somehow I think I will stay "busy" this weekend). I got some time to spend on the beach and show off a bit :)
20 min cardio with a HR around 170. Easy as cake :) My body has adapted to this routine well, if anything I need to eat more. I know I say that about evry day, but if you saw what I eat, fock.....it's a lot. I'll eat a midnight snack here in a bit too. I refuse to eat anything but clean right now. I might splurge a little this weekend. :trink26:

Guess who came to ole Morry for some advice today? Those same kids that got pissed I was messing with them ended up playing 20 questions with me. I spent a good deal of time explaining the beginnings of lifting and how to get your body used to weight and start moving toward a healthy life style. Before I knew it, they had my email address and will be sending me stuff so I can help them work on thier workout plan.
Then I had another kid come up and talk to me for about 15 min asking me a million questions. I took my time with him and tried to answer his questions, but honestly he walked away with very little bc he wanted to talk a lot, but wasn't really listening. Too bad, but we exchanged greeting and I told him to hit me up with questions anytime I'm in the gym.
I'm not sure I'm qualified to give this advice out to these kids, but I do know a thing or two about fitness. Maybe these guys are on to something.......


I took everything as planned for PCT. No viagra today.

Tomorrow is going to be a stressful day at work........but I get to follow it up with a killer workout that afternoon. THANK GOD.

Eric is working on a couple of progestins now (4), M1P being one of them. Not sure if you would call that "natural" or not but they will be 100% legal and non-methyl. It will be a whole series that people can stack :bigok:

Other than that there is DA-HCG, as stakedcop mentioned which is the DAA + lactate mix and there also is going to be a new AI stronger than Arimidex, pSERM, an MMv2 replacement....

Trust me, Eric has LOTS planned :firedevil:

Its funny sometimes the people in the gym that want to give advice on your training like the guys that come in and do chest and biceps 3 times a week. People that have no business giving advice. If I saw you in the gym I would be pretty darn sure that you knew what the fock you were doing..

Its also amazing the people that will talk smack about you around other people at the gym, but come up and ask for suggestions and advice when nobody's looking. I'm glad them kids wised up and came to you. Now hopefully they will take your advice and do something good with it!! :bigok:

I did widow makers but this time I made myself hit 20 on each set. I had to stop at number 17 on the last two sets for more breath, but after 3 secs or so, I was able to hit 20. 135x15, 225x20, 225x20, 225x20, 225x20. I also did some face pulls for the first time on the smith just to get used to it. I think I'll use this day to hit some exercises I don't usually hit. I also changed by tricep routine up and did rope pulls supersetted with 55db being pressed behind my head. I'm trying to put more weight on the triceps bc bigger tris=bigger bench :yup: I did close grip pull ups BW+90x9, BW+90x8, BW+90x6, the onto weighted dips BW+90x10, BW+90x8, BW+90x7. I was pretty happy with these numbers.
Hit cardio, high intensity for 15 min.

Took everything as planned for PCT. No issues

I had such a great week working out. I was up in most my lifts and was able to do more heavy lifting days this week than I had since being on cycle. I'm taking the next two full days off. I'll be sleeping a lot and eating a lot. Clean, of course

Rest day. Did take the boat out for a bit, but it was too windy to enjoy. Came back and had a couple v/t and went on to bed

Beast Mode Morry! Also since you are doing more DB for chest work to get the stabilizers more involved to improve your bench; you should try concentrating on your overhead pressing for a while. You will be surprised how increasing your overhead press will translate to more power in the bench.

Close grip bench may be added in too. Weighted dips are in there but I just added another plate :)
Reverse grip, I'll hold off on for now. I love these but they burn my shoulders out too much. Probably a sign I need to work on my form....
 
Day 22

weight 210 (+ - 0), see what you think in the pics.........I did take two days off too.

Chest / Abs

My chest is starting to get stronger too. I was able to get a couple more reps with the 115dbs and the 105s. I inclined heavy with a spotter too and burnt the hell out of my chest. This left my chest feeling pretty tore up. I also did assisted WOD supersetted with leg raises in a circuit with incline DB and oblique crunches.
Finished it all up with med0high intensity on the elip, 20 min

Took everything for PCT as planned. Still taking 12.5mg of s1 a day.

The last time I pinned CJC, a little came out of the pin site before I pulled the needle. Maybe I should have pressed the needle in further, but it was already against the skin. No loss of strength and no problems with mood.

I'm still foam rolling to keep my legs loose. If I don't they do get tight again.

I'll continue to log my PCT, but I only have 2 more CJC pins left and I think I can say that I'm getting strong without suppressive anabolics at this point. I'm still hoping to get my bench close to 375 before I cycle again. I'm prepared to continue beating the fock out of my chest and supporting muscles until I do. Stay tuned bishes....

This was after 2 days off and eating like a mad man. I probably ate close to 2.5 dozen eggs, 2.5lbs turkey, 2lbs chic, 1 lb salmon. And various other things :) Time to push things naturally with the best anabolic around.....FOOD.

If I work outside this weekend, I'll dry out some and get rid of some of this weight, but for now, I'm pushing more reps, getting stronger, and staying below 10% bf, so I'll take it.

Day 23

weight 209 (-1) and down one from yesterday, I ate some carbs today due to poor planning. I had planned on fasting while I was out and about but some crackers hit me just right....


Back / Shoulders

Deadlifts. 135x15, 225x15, 315x15, 315x12, 225x15, supersetted with 80DB military press. Nothing amazing with rows, but I did go up in weight. Bent over DB rows I went up to the 115s as well. Shrugs were 3 sets of 365, wide grip pull ups start with two plates for 7 then down to one plate for the last two set for 9 and 8. All in all very strong workout. My back is pretty damn tight after all that work and heavy weight two days in a row. I used the kneading pillow for a bit and will every couple hours till it loosens up.
20 min med-high intensity cardio.

Took everything as planned for PCT and about to pin CJC. This time left quad, let's see if all the liquid goes in the pin site this time......

No sides unless you consider keeping almost all my gains and gaining again naturally after 3 weeks (5 weeks since my last test e pin) off a focking side.....

I've seen your workouts man. You are in the perfect condition to run a light cycle and blow the eff up. You understand what it is like to train naturally and get good results. Come to the dark side and you will see unreal results. Then focus and get back to basics during PCT and you'll be just fine :yup:

You aren't lazy or stupid. You know a thing or two about nutrition and killing it in the gym. A match made in heaven for some gear.....
 
Day 24

weight 208 (-2) and down two from yesterday.
I decided to fast today just to try the 16/8 idea. Training fasted was a piece of cake. I think my body is used to not having anything easy to burn during my workout. Cardio was a little painful the last 10 min but I really didn't care. I was watching some stupid youtube videos on my phone anyhow which is more than enough to keep my mind off my 170bpm heart rate.
I punched everything into a calculator and I'm since I broke the fast around 5:30 pm(stopped eating midnight last night), I've managed to eat 3100 cals so far, 388 grams protein, 135 grams fat, 60 grams carbs. I'll probably eat a banana and some peanut butter to up the fats and get macros right around 3:2:1.
I'm not sure how many days I will or won't fast. I'm just messing around with my weight right now. I don't want to take it down too slow, but I'm getting stronger and I don't want to slow that down either.

Legs / Arms

Widow Makers, 135x15, 225x20, 235x20, 245x20, 255x20 (paused at 17 and somehow caught enough breath to torture myself into 3 more reps. I supersetted with 21s. Traveling lunges with 55 DB, 10 reps, 3 sets. Pullups BW+90x7, BW+90x7, BW+45x12 (chain focking took a peice of my leg off bc I was pulling up explosively, created slack in the chain, when it landed my skin had gotten between the chains. Not a good idea. Hurt very much badly. :whiner: but seriously, if you do weighted pullups, don't do them explosively if you have a chain on you.). Weighted dips BW+90x9, BW+90x7, BW+45x10.
When completed, I moved onto 20 min med to high intesity cardio.

Took everything as planned for PCT. CJC pin last night went just fine. No liquid dripped out this time.

I am starting to taper exemstane back off. I know I don't have to taper it, but I'm going to lower the dose by half and wait a few days to check for estro sides. If all is well I will taper off completely meaning I only have 1 more CJC pin. Then all I am taking is 3 hcgenerate a day, 1 phytoserm, and 12.5mg S1.
Never took a serm.........:) But the fat lady hasn't sung. Let's see how much I can hold on to as I start to get close to full recovery.


I did some research and just a round about guess of my exercise average calories burnt is around 1200 (give or take a hundred or so) and then another 250 on cardio almost always. My maint is around 3000. Meaning I have to eat around 4200 cals a day to maintain what I have and build new muscle. What I'm finding tho is moving the calories around the week make it more manageable to eat that much. For instance, I'll eat around 5500 fri, sat, sun when I have the extra time to cook and then mon-thurs I'll eat around 3000. If it gets tough on the weekends, add some carbs. This isn't set either, sometimes I have more time to eat mon-wed, it really just depends, but overall I think my caloric intake is decently stable on a weekly basis.

This is just an example as my weeks vary too much, but I haven't ever really nailed my macros out in any of my logs so there ya go.

Day 26

Legs/Arms/Back

I'm beginning to use the 5th training day to torch some muscles that need a little extra love. I incorporated some face pulls last week which hit my back in some places I hadn't felt so I'm going to leave these in. Weight dips with the 90s 3 sets of 8, 8. 5 (failure, I almost focking fell on this last one), Weighted pull ups with the 90s 3 sets, 9, 8, 7, then just body weight I could only grab another 12.
Tomorrow I'm working outside so I imagine I'll shed some serious weight this weekend and dry out quite a bit. Depends.....:trink26: I 'm 207 now, so I'm thinking I'll finish the weekend out at 204 or so.
I may still go to the gym tomorrow, I haven't decided. Depends on how long I get to work outside.

I cut my dose of exemstane in half for the past 3 days. I'll be keeping it there for at least a week.
Last pin of CJC is tonight.
Still have about 2 maybe 3 weeks of s1. I figure what the hell, I'll take it till the bottle is empty. By that time I should know if I'll getting my bloods and ordering the next cycle barring horrible test results.

Mood is good. Libido is good. Strength is up. Aggression still good in the gym, not like on cycle, but more intense than just about anybody in my gym. Looks like I'll hover around 205 or so depending on my strength requirements. If I need to gain some weight to get my bench up to 375, so be it. I can cut pretty easy and I'll need to bulk up for a couple weeks before my next cycle anyways. All in all I would say I loved the dark side, I'm converted. I will not be taking the toxic PH DS crap anymore. My PCT went perfect, no problems. I still have 2 or 3 weeks, but I would know by now if something was going to get effed up and I am already getting stronger.
If you are thinking about using AAS all I can scream at you is......have EVERYTHING as perfect as you can with training, diet, and overall knowledge of steroids. Being able to make educated decisions about your own body lies very much in your own desire for knowledge and thirst for being huge. Read, read, read, and when you get done, read some more. When you read something on the board that doesn't make sense, research it and become very familiar with things around that topic. Before you know it, you have enough knowledge to begin tuning your specific fitness goals into your busy, hectic life.

Today , almost into my 4th week of PCT
208 lbs 8% BF

That's over 12 lbs of pure muscle gained and over 10lbs of pure fat lost. Did I mention I'm getting stronger now too?????

I was too, but my buddy kept telling me to just try them, I saw that Swoll did them and him and I share some stats, so I said eff it, and was amazed how many I could pull off. Makes BW pullups seem like cake now.

morrrray how is the ostarine treating you? im interested, because i know at high doses it can possibly cause minimal suppression. BUT in my experience i used it in pct alongside with clomiphene and got bloods done- no supression- my test was in the 600's


im gunna use it in this pct to stay anabolic at a low dose- 12.5-15mgs a day


but how it treating you so far bish?


its known for ripping fat off/high anabolic properties- though im sure you already know this cause you a mad scientist uhhhhh YUH!

Even after everything I still have guys that think bc I have taken PH, DS, and peptides in the past, that somehow negates my hard work. The dark side is great, but you have to be an absolute focking animal to get the gains that everybody wished they could attain while on cycle.
I learned and made my mistakes along the way. When I was ready and felt confident (with the help of some of you guys), I decided to run a real cycle with everything I have learned along the way. I learned a ton being on cycle, but without my previous knowledge I wouldn't have figured out that it isn't in the AAS. It is in diet and training. AAS can help, but only if you are willing to work that hard. I'm just wondering if the guy I'm talking about specifically thinks that somehow AAS removes the pain and torture that you must endure to become ripped and lean. It doesn't. Nuff said.

OSTA is def good. I agree that 12.5mg is an effective dose and it doesn't really "feel" like you are on anything, besides sweating more during my circuits. 25mg did make a difference, but I think it was wise to lower the dosage after a couple weeks. I will probably keep the protocol of starting OSTA 1 week prior to all esters being clear at 25mg and run it 2 at that dosage and then lower it. It worked like a charm for me so far.

Day 27

weight 204 (-6) and down 3 from yesterday

I worked outside today from 9-4 or so. I dropped the weight bc I thought I would be done quicker, so I decided not to make my normal 100gram WPI shake with a banana in it that I would sip throughout the day. Instead all I had was some bananas and an apple.

I was able to eat well over a pound of ground turkey after, so I got plenty of cals, it was just later in the day.

Spent some time on the beach and relaxed. My muscles needed a little R&R after that heavy week.


I didn't pin CJC till Monday only bc of sh1t that happened this weekend, I wasn't able to get to it till Monday. That is the last of the CJC.

S1 still at 12.5. PhytoSerm347, at 1 pill a day, HcGenerate at 3 pills a day. I will continue these dosages until the product is gone.

No sides.
