Day 29
weight 201 (-9), but if you look back at my cycle, this is about the same weight I was week 11 of my cycle before I hit some heavy cals to bulk up a bit for PCT. Strength is still increasing. A little faster than expected, but I'm not complaining.
Chest / Abs
Flat Bench - 135x8, 225x10, 225x10, 225x10, 225x8, Supersetted with 125DBx4, 115x3, 105x3, 100x4, and full body crunches 3 sets of 50. I was a bit sluggish in the gym today, but I still got a great workout, it just took me longer. Rough weekend to say the least.
My WOD are assisted, but I now superset them with the same movement, but the wheel is on my feet. I've been doing this for a couple weeks and my abs are def feeling the difference. I can't wait till I can rep out some full body WODs. I put these in the circuit with incline DB and oblique crunches.
Completed all four circuits going up in weight here and there. I worked out at a different gym with some friends today, but they had everything I needed.
20 min of cardio but the focking machine said I burnt up 370 cals. I was focking killing it, but that doesn't seem right to me. Normally the other eliptical I'm on says I'm around 250-270 cals burnt. Whatever, I'm not struggling with weight, I just think it is funny the variance in machines.
Pinned my last CJC today. I couldn't get to it this weekend, but that was the last of it. Took my S1 and everything else as planned. I will probably drop exemestane this next week and I should be out of Osta in a couple weeks. I will finish out the HcGenerate at 3 pills a day, I prob have enough for at least another week, then PhytoSerms 347 at 1 pill a day and I think I have enought of that for another week maybe week and a half.
This concludes this log gentleman. I have recovered. I am getting stronger and I'm off almost everything. My doses are about as low as they will go at this point. If things change or something crazy happens with this last couple weeks, I'll pop on this log and document it as I think it is important bc my approach with PCT wasn't exactly mainstream.
I will write a small summary, but I thought this time before I do, I will go ahead and open this thread up for questions about my PCT.
REMEMBER I PCTed WITHOUT a SERM!!!! Read back as to why I did this, but I've gotten to know my body pretty well and Serms always seem to have a negative effect for me once I got off of them. I was able to kick start my system by using Letro but then switching to Exemestane. I noticed I started getting stronger AFTER I got off letro and was on Exemestane, so the letro did it's job. Killed most of the estro and got my body to start producing test that it thought was going to aromatize, but it didn't

I may use Torem on my next cycle, but I haven't fully decided either way. I have more research to do and my next cycle is a ways out.
I will most likely log it.....I almost would feel like I was leaving you guys out if I didn't.
