Rest

Active rest of course. I got plenty of activity in, I did battle to get enough cals in for the day, but I def hit my protein and fat macros by the end of the day.

Welcome aboard, but I got bad news.

Today is the last day of this log. There is plenty to read tho and there is another thread that had everything for my cycle in there as well.
 
Day 29

weight 201 (-9), but if you look back at my cycle, this is about the same weight I was week 11 of my cycle before I hit some heavy cals to bulk up a bit for PCT. Strength is still increasing. A little faster than expected, but I'm not complaining.


Chest / Abs

Flat Bench - 135x8, 225x10, 225x10, 225x10, 225x8, Supersetted with 125DBx4, 115x3, 105x3, 100x4, and full body crunches 3 sets of 50. I was a bit sluggish in the gym today, but I still got a great workout, it just took me longer. Rough weekend to say the least.
My WOD are assisted, but I now superset them with the same movement, but the wheel is on my feet. I've been doing this for a couple weeks and my abs are def feeling the difference. I can't wait till I can rep out some full body WODs. I put these in the circuit with incline DB and oblique crunches.
Completed all four circuits going up in weight here and there. I worked out at a different gym with some friends today, but they had everything I needed.
20 min of cardio but the focking machine said I burnt up 370 cals. I was focking killing it, but that doesn't seem right to me. Normally the other eliptical I'm on says I'm around 250-270 cals burnt. Whatever, I'm not struggling with weight, I just think it is funny the variance in machines.

Pinned my last CJC today. I couldn't get to it this weekend, but that was the last of it. Took my S1 and everything else as planned. I will probably drop exemestane this next week and I should be out of Osta in a couple weeks. I will finish out the HcGenerate at 3 pills a day, I prob have enough for at least another week, then PhytoSerms 347 at 1 pill a day and I think I have enought of that for another week maybe week and a half.

This concludes this log gentleman. I have recovered. I am getting stronger and I'm off almost everything. My doses are about as low as they will go at this point. If things change or something crazy happens with this last couple weeks, I'll pop on this log and document it as I think it is important bc my approach with PCT wasn't exactly mainstream.

I will write a small summary, but I thought this time before I do, I will go ahead and open this thread up for questions about my PCT.

REMEMBER I PCTed WITHOUT a SERM!!!! Read back as to why I did this, but I've gotten to know my body pretty well and Serms always seem to have a negative effect for me once I got off of them. I was able to kick start my system by using Letro but then switching to Exemestane. I noticed I started getting stronger AFTER I got off letro and was on Exemestane, so the letro did it's job. Killed most of the estro and got my body to start producing test that it thought was going to aromatize, but it didn't :)
I may use Torem on my next cycle, but I haven't fully decided either way. I have more research to do and my next cycle is a ways out.

I will most likely log it.....I almost would feel like I was leaving you guys out if I didn't.

if you are talking about me then you totally misunderstood my intention. was just saying your results cant be compared to schwellingtons. also you did run a lot of gear on this cycle. sure you put in the work, but many naturals do so to and cant get the same results.

if you are not referring to me, just ignore this post.
 
Awesome log, awesome results, and an awesome PCT bro. I wish I was joined in this log when it started, but I will certainly look for any other logs you have in the future bro. Lots of stuff to learn here...Good job man!! You look incredible. Not too many people look better after their PCT than on cycle, but you pulled it off...and without a SERM

you cannot get the same results naturually(with the same amount of work- diet/training/rest/supplements) as morry did

its not possible- to gain 13lbs pure muscle and loose 13lbs pure fat- in what 12 weeks?!- ou cannot do that naturually maybe over the course of- say 18 months IF everything is spot on


the biggest thing I have learned on my cycle= less anabolics MORE focus on how my body reacts to- foods, training, and rest.

and trust me, i am honing these to a razor sharp edge these next 6 months.


so when i return to a MODERATE cycle, i will see even better results than my previous cycle


previous cycle- gained 17 lbs lbm
lost 12lbs fat.


next cycle- to gain 15 lbs LBM and loose 10lbs fat
only 14 weeks too!

dosed approprietly and in the right time frames- but i will say this anabolics- are a supplement to diet/training/rest


this is the biggest lesson i learned from my experience- and morrys experience, and now, with this knowledge im going to use it

My peak dosage were around a gram of test and 700mg of Var the 11th week I think.

Absolutely, I am pretty surprised how much size I maintained just using fairly mild anabolics...a big contrast from natural...

I could run it longer, but I said I would stop the log when I recovered. It is just in time too bc I am getting busy at times and I don't think it is fair to you guys to not update for days on end. Plus I keep weights and what not in my head and much past 2 days worth of weight, cals and lifts is just too much for me.

Guys like you help my threads become helpful. You have contributed a very good amount and I can't thank you enough for you time.

I really only buy a handful of ingredients, but I can make all kinds of stuff and stay withing the guidelines of eating Primal.
