Morry's effin PCT bishes (PICS?...YUH)

Looking damn good brother! Staked if you still eat baked potatoes there is your sour cream. If not add fruit and splenda to it. Use it to make a low fat sweet potato pie or some other type of pie/ custard. A little bit of egg, some protein powder, some sweetener, whip it and enjoy. Lots of different things you can do. Greeks actually eat it with honey and nuts at least some of them do anyway.
 
I bought a bunch of Greek yogurt. WTF should i do with it? It tastes like sour cream. All i have in my apt is about 20lbs 95% lean ground beef, lots of brown rice, eggs, a treadmill, rice cakes, garlic, pepper, one queen sized bed and a fcuk load of cottage cheese. Lol yes... I am that guy.

Get some Cake Batter WPI and some crunchy PB, mix about 6 oz of the greek yogurt with a scoop of WPI and a tablespoon of Peanut Butter......put in the freezer for a bit......yummy!!!!

With the cottage cheese, take powdered ranch, the cottage cheese, peppercorn (maybe some of that garlic if you like garlic tasting ranch, I think I would :))and a tad of water and put it all in a blender until it is smooth like ranch. There you have it, Cheesy ranch that is freaking good and very healthy for you.

Except for sweet potatoes, I have to force-feed the veggies. But fruits.......oh yes!! I love fruit. Apricots, peaches, pears, grapes, etc......

And as Kleen was saying earlier today, spread a little honey on those dried fruits and you have a helluva dessert-type treat. :32:

I forgot about some sweet potatoes...........I may get me some of those next time im getting produce. I'm not crazy about them, but they are pretty decent and definetly help switch things up...

so the 1st one is the last day of the cycle... and the last one is 2 weeks after pct?

That's right, but the first one was hours after the workout whereas the second two were not immediate, but withing an hour or so.

I can't tell you how many guys i see at my gym run a AAS cycle and bulk up 15-20 pounds... Then I'll see them a few months later and I swear they lost all their gains. To he honest, this is one of the reason I've decided to avoid hormones. I'm so OCD about my body I would start to freak out if I lost 5 pounds of muscle in pct/post cycle. Major props for holding onto your gains!!

Yes, my freezer is jam packed with fish and ground beef at the moment, lol. I like 90-95% lean personally I start to gain fat with 80-85 even when I drain it and rinse it.

We have a DAA with Calcium Lactate in pre sale now, can't wait to try it. (And taking apps for a logs - loggers chosen by BigT) the Lactate is suppose to act like HCG in the aspect of increased testicular production of testosterone similar to HCG.

Also a PH M1P I'm pretty lost when it comes to PHs, lol have a lot of learning to do. I new I was gonna have my work cut out for me with Eric have free range to release whatever he wants!

My wyked and 7-KE should be here soon :D I've never tried anything like the 7KE but I've have yet to read about someone not loving their experience with it.

I still for the life of me can't figure out why guys think post-cycle is the time to cut. They worked hard, trained hard and took AAS all for the goal of gaining mass, only to turn right around and diet it all away.

I can maintain almost every single pound I gain on-cycle. It just takes a good work ethic and attention to diet.

Thanks man. The guys below are right. Barring loss of glycogen stores and water loss, you can keep a good amount of your gains when you come off cycle. You just have to work harder at it. Honestly, the cycle is hard, but the PCT is harder bc you have to work just as hard without any extra help.

i usually cut around 2300 so...im thinking.... well hell i dunno, i was at 2500 and weight was sliding off, now...its still coming off so w/e **** it

Reason I ask is that I am using it because it is a steroidal AI, and I would like to keep estro in check, but not kill it completely. I'm running oral DMZ and LMG, and although DHT derived, and hence non-aromatizable, we may have some excessive E running around which is not desirable.

So I've been doing Aromasin 4-6 mg ED or E3D, and joints feel reasonably good. They hurt a bit, but you get that in older joints, trying to handle heavier and heavier loads.

Interesting twist on DAA, is this going to be more focused towards those in PCT than say being a basic test booster, or is it expected to raise levels far above normal. I would test it if it is supposed to raise the levels quite a bit more than DAA which I have experience with.

Yeah the mindset would be to recomp like a mofo during the run and then maintain for a few months to give the body a new set point then diet down if you need to.

Yeah you basically went from some suppressive anabolics to some non-suppressive anabolics, you should be golden. Oh wait I should say Silver since you are a Silver Fox! Well maybe a wolf now as big as you have gotten this year.

While bridging into it I used 20 mg for a week to stabilze blood levels, then down to 10mg ED right now. I'll hold this dose until the end of the cycle most likely. I may lower it, but at this dose it shouldn't be neccesary.

weight 200 (-10) but up one from yesterday :)

Legs / Arms

Squats, 135x15, 225x10, 315x8, 365x3, 315x5(failure, every vein in my head and shoulders was about to explode and I was a pretty purple color :)). I supersetted with 21s and was out of freaking breath. I usually am, but today was a little different. I'm thinking it was the viagra I took pre-workout. I took 110mg bc I didn't think it did much yesterday and I noticed today it def made me wind quicker and my heart rate stayed around 175-180 during cardio (although I only did 8 min of cardio bc I had already went to cut grass and did some yard work this morning so I though that was enough for the day considering my struggle with weight).
I did pull ups with 2 45 pound plate this time BW+90x7, BW+90x6, BW+90x5, then in the next circuit I did dips BW+45x20,BW+45x14, BW+45x12. THIS IS BETTER THAN ON CYCLE. I'm getting stronger gentleman! This PCT combo is effin working perfectly!!!!

I'm about to pin CJC. 667 mg IM left quad.

Took 12.5 mg S1, 3 HcGenerate, 1 PhytoSerm, 10mg Exemstane.
Like I said, I took 110 mg viagra as a pre workout and I'm not sure if this helped my strength, but my pumps were pretty good throughout the workout. I will admit, however, getting good pumps hasn't been hard for me the way my circuits work out.

I wasn't able to take S1 pre workout today bc my schedule and I noticed I was sweating in the gym like I normally do, but not as bad. I was a little surprised it made that much of a difference, but it does.

Libido is so so, not great, not bad. I've been so stressed with idiots at work I'm surprised my workouts haven't suffered more, but I look at this time of the day as my solace. The one thing I can control start to finish.

I did have 2 highschool kids come up to and literally ask me what to do bc they had been coming there a week and no idea what to do. I was nice at first and told them they should be doing a lot of reading and watching videos on youtube for form. Then I saw a group of these moron standing over a BB with 135 on it just starring and they were running thier mouths. Me being sarcastic called over and said "You guys taking bets on which one is going to hurt themselves doing whatever you plan on doing with that bar?" They sort of laughed at first, then I pushed a little harder and said "I got 20 on the little one in the black shirt". This def put sand in this dude's vagina. He was pissed!!!! They kept glaring and muttering sh1t at me, so I just turned my head phones up and kept tossing around tons of weight. When I caught one glaring, I'd stare back and smile as big as I could muster up. It was focking stupid hilarious. I honestly thought it was a funny joke, but apparently these guys took a bunch of clomid and came in with thier vaginas hanging out.
Funny part is I told em to get on AM and they might find my handle.....we'll see if they show up. I would happily give ANYBODY direction, but I got to know you will use the direction constructively and that they are willing to do some learning on thier own. If you aren't, don't ask me SH1T!!! Lol. :soapbox::soapbox:

Oh man I had it my back up yesterday, a bunch of idiots were taking up the floor area where I do my deads and push press and whatnot with... get this... skipping ropes!!! I said "why don't you guys go down to the cardio floor and do that" guess they thought I was joking or something a girl they were with smiled at me. I just pushed my way through and went about my business, they had nothing to say about it, later I mentioned to them that they were on thin ice... but didn't force he issue any further. There were 3 of them with skipping ropes, that takes up a lot of room...

Day 17

weight 200 (-10) and same as yesterday :) I had a HUGE late snack of choc mousse (my recipe) and some tablespoons of PB......yum

Back / Shoulders

I wasn't planning on DLing heavy this day, but my body felt so rested I figured what the hell. 135x15, 225x10, 315x8, 405x3, 405x3......yup, two 405s in a row for sets. I also did wide grips with BW+90x5, then BW+45x8, BW+45x7. My lats were freaking screaming at me and I just smiled back :) This is the second day in a row I felt more like natural self training and I feel like I'm getting stronger. I also stopped trying to carb up to "protect" my muscle bc my strength is not only staying but increasing. So I used my calipers and they should me at the high end of 6 % right now. I weight almost exactly what I did when I finished my cycle, I'm the same BF again and now I'm a bit stronger on some lifts (remember I was taking a crazy pre-workout that gave me the aggression of a silver back gorrila during mating season). We'll see how bench comes out, but honestly I'm not too worried bc I have switched up my flat bench to incorporate a lot more DBs and my definition in my chest is looking a bit better IMO. I do want to hit 375 before I cycle again, but right now I'm focusing on the supporting muscle groups as I think that is where the Holy Grail of benching heavy lies for me right now.....
Did my regular cardio this time, 20 min solid, high intensity tho (kept HR around 175). I know I haven't mentioned it, but I'm still foam rolling at least twice a day too. I haven't really had any bad issue out of my legs or knees either. I did make my groin tight when I was out on the boat bc I was pulling the boat to the dock with my legs, one leg on the dock, the other on the boat and pulling together, this was a bad mistake. It make my chest workout really painful, it didn't limit me, but I never knew how many exercises you activate your groin muscles for. I foam rolled 4 times that day and then spent 40 min with my kneeding pillow hitting all the areas and VOILA......feels perfect today. I'm lucky I recover fast, but I also baby muscles that start showing signs of an injury.

I did pin CJC last night. It made me hungry as hell which is why I hit that midnight snack so hard. It was delish and I knew I could use the cals.

Everything else is constant. 12.5 S1, 10mg Exemstane, 3 HcGenerate, 1 Phytoserm, CJC twice a week at 667, and all my regular stuff.

I didn't take the Viagra today just to see how I felt. I did just as well in the gym and my heart wasn't going as hard. When and if I continue to take this, I'll double my hawthorne dose and monitor things closely. I think I'll try 80 mg next time......


Thank you to all of you for continuing to follow and I am still on a quest to show a serm-less PCT is possible and in my case, preferred WITHOUT giving up all your strength that you gained on cycle. Unfortunetly, however, what works for me, may not work for you.

When my next cycle rolls around and I have some stronger goodies in there, I think I will give torem a try.......and possibly HMG......we shall see.....

I know what you're talking about.....the supposed killer pumps. I don't waste my Viagra on the weights. ha ha
And it doesn't increase your BP......it actually lowers it. That's what it was designed for in the first place. Your heart's beating faster due to the vasodilating effects of the V. The blood vessels have relaxed allowing more blood flow.....everywhere.
It makes your face flush red too. :saevilw:
 
I am also very impressed with the +90 on pullups man! That sh1t is beast for sure! And to think that I thought I was doing good this morning with a 35 strapped to me. You give me something to reach for man!! :yup:

That makes sense and now that you said that I think I've read that somewhere. Maybe hawthorne won't do sh1t then, but I didn't like how fast it was going. It felt ok, but winded the hell out of me.....

I already take a some white flood, a little creatine, and some taurine about an hour before my workout. I "feel" the white flood more than I do the viagra......:think:

You got dis, 35's is a great place to start. You'll be tossing around some 90s in no time the way you are training. I think what I'm saying is your workout and diet inspires me. Let's keep killing this sh1t together and reach for greatness.....

im not sure i would subject myself to any long term use of either tho...


i bought some yok3d to try out in pct.... hopefully it keeps some of the pumps going this primos giving me.

Agreed, long term use wasn't really what I was after. Just a little curious. I don't think I've taken it long enough to get a really good idea of how much I do or don't like it.

I think DW is using yok3d and loves it. Sounds like a PCT plan!

It's not a waste if you save it for that special "bonding time" with a lady friend.
And yeah, 110 mg. is strong. I only take 50 mg. to rock my goddess' world!! :mischievous:
