Yeah, I never worreid about bloat on a cut, cause I know it will all disappear 3-4 days into PCT. that always makes it even more exciting cause the end of it shows the biggest change

Really?? I dont know if my liver could handle abombs right now after my bridge.. itd be nice for a kickstart i suppose for some strength
 
Chill with the EQ and ABombs papa, stick to what you have Layed out save your extra bread for new clothes and food....and let me know if u make any of those recepies.

Yeah im not adding anything else in i was just thinkin if anything would benefit but if i want more towards the end I can always increase my doses ;)

I was going for explosive power out of the hole. would have tried heavier but I had no belt... And so keeping my back straight was a task during the last set. felt great tho to go so low its hard as hell...


then i did some "hypertrophy" type sets on the leg press to increase time under tension

leg press
810 x 10
720 x 12
630 x 15
540 x 18
450 x 20

all of these were slow, deep and controlled, and really tore my legs up


superset-calf press/leg ext/ham curl

be careful with leg extensions, the higher the weight the more pressre u r putting on ur knees. same with hammys...I don't like to go super heavy because it increases chance of injury. just do enough to work the muscle...ur size and shape will come from cumulative exercises (squat/leg press).

Gotcha bro, I appreciate it. I dont ever "lock out" on the leg extensions, because I can see over 200 lbs and locking out possibly hurting... I do those supersets to really fatigue the muscle and burn a few extra calories.

i dunno im letting my chest behind for a bit cuz i know i can get it way up on cycle... or with tren anyway ;)

i used to hit back once per like every 3 chest workouts. i was so imbalanced, its why i have shoulder problems. but now i throw in a shoulder day and 2 back days basically per every chest day

im gonna try and squat 405 today ;)

Dude next time you squat, take your shoes off and dig in with your heels. does wonders for the knees

you can also widen your stance but i like to go narrow til i get to the big weight

Bro try the rest pause method I was talking about in my thread, u too johny. I swear this **** will bring your numbers up on squats something crazy. Don't even go to heavy start just add one set at 135 for 25 reps. I bet u anything in 3 weeks your upping your max by 20-30lbs.

On an other note SC when u get on you'll b putting up 495 on squats for 12 reps like a warm up. Your gonna b a beast when this cycle peeks. Hope u take a before and after pic and save it for the end of this ride. Is gonna b a crazy transformation u should enter a contest lol. Like those body makeover joints u see on those funny sites

Yo idk if u could have whey while your on Paleo but if u can and u do scoop up those egg whites you could make some bomb smoothies with them.
You could get creative and do whatever but I like 16oz of eggwhites two scoops vanilla whey with like 4-6 strawberrys depending on the size and a handfull of blueberries. Try that bro u won't be disapointed.
