Im the strongest I have ever been and its great. Will be testing my squat out tomorrow. Most I got last cycle was 515 somehow.

Oh ya UFC night was ok. Good fights but ehh people there. People seemed more scared than last time lol. No1 sat next to me till 1 of the guys who lives there pointed out no1 had sat by me. Heather(chick from last UFC didnt show) she didnt have a ride. I would have offered to pick her up but it was an hour round trip and I honestly didnt see it being worth it. Talked to her on FB and she promised to be at the next one.

Ok time to go laptop rage is too much now.

PS I think people should rep coolazice for helping me out but that is just my opinion :)

Yeah man he is a beast. He's IFPA and considered to be one of the top natural BBers in the world. It's really awesome getting to watch what he does in the gym. Def a good source of motivation.

Dude Tom, my laptop at home caught an effing virus and has been rendered borderline useless. I basically can't execute any programs without this B.S. add popping up telling me how I can't do shet unless I buy their B.S. anti virus program. I can't even delete this program from my program files if I start up in Safe Mode unless I buy this BS viral program, wtf.

download malware anti-bytes while in safe mode w/networking. After you do that, install it in safe mode and unplug the ethernet cable from your NIC. Then do a virus scan and see what happens.

Yes, I'm employed. Sadly, my company is not hiring and I'm the only one there. So I get stuck with all the graphic design and I.T duties. At least I have job security this way. LOL.

After seeing that my friend Ben decided to go with 505 instead of 475.

We did hack squats next. 2 plates 10 reps, 4 plates 8 reps, 6 plates 6 reps I honestly wasnt paying too much attention after squats. Was on cloud 9.

Then seated calf raise. 90 for 4 sets of 15.

The easiest way to fix that is to go to Start - Help, then System Restore Wizard and restore to a Restore point from before the issue started then you can scan all of that stuff and remove it from the back up that is created when you do that. However sometimes the malware writers disable that feature not often though.
