If you make sure diet and training are tuned in.... you WILL LOVE THE GAINS. I personally recommend hCG for this cycle from my experience with it ON cycle... Its god stuff, no pimp. I use to use CL green mag for a long time than I found the SNS caps. Month later I became a rep and I can probably swim in MCC if I wanted to lol

I only ask because back when i ran my Pmag i would get sooooo hungry so fast i would just gorge on anything i could get at the moment. People at my job would see me eating and say stuff like "Damn bro, you're eating like you're in jail"

week 1-maintenance calories- clean- chicken, tuna, one red meat meal a day, milk, eggs, whole wheat bread spread out over 5-6 meals. +2 pounds after.

week 2- same thing- +9 pounds after

week 3- 500 calorie over maintenance- same diet just added another meal. +12 pounds.

week 4- 1000 calorie over maintenance- it started getting hard to eat so much calories without throwing in bad food. Burgers, steak, fries, rice, bread, milk, eggs, no other meat than beef. +15 pounds.

week 5- same thing +15 pounds.

week 6- same thing +17-19 pounds. still in week 6.

I wasn't putting on too much fat so I just stayed eating dirty foods.

Looking huge CM I hope when I do my cycle I could get to that weight also

If weight gain is what your after bro make sure you train with weights than you can only rep about 5 times. That's how I train. I never do 10 reps unless it's a warm up. Always train for strength, and it will translate into muscle.

Big diet--try to keep it clean tho. If you're a skinny guy don't be scared to eat dirty. If you're scared of putting on fat, try to keep it clean but still eat tons of clean food. If you do that...you will be in love with the cycle bro.

DAY 40

30 mg Epi in the AM. 30 mg Epi preWO.

Sides are all going away. Itchy nips are down and the tiny bit of acne I mentioned is clearing away. Also, I finally started doing dips again. They were out of commission from dry elbows.

I did a chest, tri's, shoulder workout today. Strength seems to have plateaued on my bench since ending of week 4. I'm about to finish off week 6 now.

Pre cycle bench- 205 x4

2 weeks into cycle bench- 225 x4

3 weeks into cycle bench- 225 x7-8

4 weeks into cycle bench- 225 x10 and 245 x4

Strength hasn't changed much.

These are outstanding numbers and I can't even believe it now that I look back.

My chest was lagging behind my entire body now it's finally up to speed in size and strength. I look balanced out now. I remember a few times people use to say my chest was too small compared to my body.

Oh man not anymore. Ever since doing inclines and raising strength on flat bench, my chest just FILLED out. My whole upper area of chest, delts, and traps just looks ridiculous compared to before.

If you guys don't do incline (I never did before this cycle) it honeslty is better than flat bench. It just makes you're whole uper area by your neck thick and nice. I never had this before and I know it's from starting incline.

The first time I did inclines in week 2, I was doing 155 x 6.

I'm now doing 205 x 4 on incline.

It has helped so much.

Overall, strength is starting to slow down very much. Weight is going between 197-199 since I added creatine this week. Before that I wasn't moving past 195.

u should be pwning incline...use ur lats more and dig u shoulderblades into the bench. don't flare out elbows and u should be straight...if ur shoulder are hurting ur form is off
 
i switch up every couple of weeks with DB and BB. sometimes I hit up both.

This is what I like to do. I can't bb press more than 3 weeks in a row. Incline flys tear me up!

Oh yea 4 sure,im at the weight that you started before your cycle,im 5'7 185 with 12% bf,and my diet is clean. Lol i bought the biggest george forman grill they got so I could do all my steaks,chicken,and burgers on there and set my weekly meals in one day.

The only thing that sucks is I dont have a spotter cause all my friends are f**king alchoholics lol,so I cant really go as heavy as I would like to and the people at my gym are dueche bags so I dont bother even asking them haha.

But 4 sure you made some great progress and I would ideally would like to be around 200 pounds and 10%

db presses good for yo back / shoulders for keeping them tight and bbing.

bb for str = ftw :)

^ best chest exercise IMO. All forms of benchpress are totally overrated, as they are compound chest/shoulder/tricep exercises, DB flys are far more isolation on your chest. The only reason I still bench first is that my ego is addicted to big #s.

I feel you there! I get my ass kicked doing dumb bell work because of the range of motion and the isolation. It definitely leaves me tight the next day. Also, the hammer strength chest presses, if you let your elbows out a little it REALLY hits the chest. That's why I like them because I can push some serious weight on them.

I noticed something very important today I thought I’d share with you guys that will be very helpful.

Like I said, strength seems to have stopped increasing on all of my workouts that I have been consistently doing. Lat pull downs, all kinds of rows, chin ups, pull ups.. Etc.

However, strength is definitely up in new workouts that I try. I had never done T bar rows and I did them for the first time last back workout which was 5 weeks into my cycle. I was doing 3, 45 plates and a 25 plate about 6-7 times. Today I tried them again and I was doing 4 plates 6-7 times. Clearly new workouts that you throw in seem to improve instantly even though my strength in other workouts has stopped gaining.

I also tried BB rows for the first time last back workout and was doing 185 for 7 reps. I tried them today and was doing 225 for 5 reps. Another big boost in strength.

So although strength has stopped gaining on almost all my workouts that I have been doing consistently, it seems to still go up on new workouts that I add in.

This is interesting. Maybe one could use this to their advantage and just throw in new workouts once strength gains slow down thus still making crazy progress gaining strength in other workouts.

I noticed this with incline too. I was weak as tits once I started them for the first time doing 155 lol… they jumped now to 205. IMO, save some workouts for later in the cycle when strength slows down because this way you will still be making strength gains throughout your whole cycle… and we all know strength gains = muscle gains.

I agree 100% with this. With my Natadrol/Prime stack, I was also getting not only PRs on my regular exercises, but once I tried either exercises I had never done before or hadn't done in quite awhile, the numbers SOARED. So there is definitely something to this theory: Once your strength stalls on your regular exercises, bring in new ones to continue gaining.

Hit up BB inclines HTS for sure. They are nothing short of magic on cycle compared to any chest exercise.

I used to hate them because they were uncomfortable to do and I couldn't go heavy but I had joint problems in week 2 and this was the only chest press I could do at the time. Worked out wonderful. Forced me to get over my hate for them and now I LOVE them. I look forward to inclines all day lol my word. Meant to be my man.

Good call on the grill lol. Cook your food to last for a couple days bro it will be a lot easier to have it ready to eat. Trust me, you're not gonna enjoy eating at all on cycle if you eat the amounts you should...

And I work out solo too bro don't worry about that. You can still make great gains on bench without pushing it to failure.

You will have to eat a lot to put on 15 pounds... this also means you probably won't drop bodyfat because you'll be eating so much. Anticipate to stay at the same bodyfat... but with a lot of extra muscle :)

I really wish I had added an injectable base so I could go for longer but I gotta stop it at the 7 week mark with the orals and even THAT was pushing it. Hopefully I've given more than enough time for my body to be used to my new muscle in order to keep it.

Before my cycle I was "I can never inject no way," now I would never run an oral cycle without an injectable. The ride is too fun, too sweet, too amazing to keep at 6-7 weeks.
