think i've got my next madness cycle figured out

holy balls unreal.. nice pr's on preacher curls and the incline db's with 70's.. dammmn dude. big weight there.. oh yeah jack3d and ephedrine ftw! picked up some more bronkaid this morning.. time to get stimmed out.
 
dont know how or why unreal, but when i dropped mast when i was running it (and continued on test) my strength slowly got better. ive been scratching me head ever since.

mast even @ 600mg/week didnt do SH!T for me except give me horrible chest, shoulder, and back acne

all i can tell from the mast is a little bit more solidness. I'm not as full when on the orals but the hardness is here pretty good and i noticed when the mast kicked, even just this small dose. Last time the test and mast were doing nothing but this time i'm doing really good so far, I'm gonna keep it in. I might drop the dose so I can jack up slightly more at the very end of the cycle when my BF is lower.

Speaking of that looking at myself in the mirror today where I could just see my arms, upper chest and traps, i looked jacked and like 9% bodyfat lol... I have no fat there. My fat on my stomach is around but my shirt was so tight i could see my abs through my shirt. So the fat can't be doing that bad haha.
 
I wanted to update again because the soreness i'm getting is crazy. On any steroids my soreness and recovery should be improved but i'm actually more sore than i usually get naturally. My traps have been fried from the heavy shrugs and i have seen them grow over this cycle. My biceps are extremely sore and normally they never get sore.

I think I really understand a big role of any oral kickstart in a cycle and it's to increase strength to a much higher level so that you can inflict much more damage to your muscles with every workout. And therefore, grow faster. Lifting this heavy is tearing my muscles up. I don't think i can really lift much heavier than this though. Weighted dips feel dangerous. I might transition to higher reps soon.

Ya I was about to say I can tell a big difference in ur back. I recall it being ur "weak" point as if u really have one lol. Looks like u have really brought it along.

Back is looking a lot better. You can tell ur getting thicker in your mid and lower back for sure

standing db curls: 60*6 wu, 75*6, 80*6, 85*6 (my friend said these looked more like hammer curls towards the end, understandable)
weighted dips: +135*12, +135*14, +135*14 (found the "groove")

preacher curls (ez curl bar, outer grip): 125*6, 145*4 [switched to inner grip] -> 145*6, 155*5
CGBP (btw this is on a smith press although sometimes i do it normal bench): 225*10, 245*10, 265*10

incline db curls: 70*6, 70*6
cable pushdown: 140*10, 150*10

crazy 8's: 35 pound dumbells for 2 sets... too pumped!
incline close grip pushups: *34

The preacher curls are a PR, most others are improved from last week (marked in red) but not PRs.

My strength is going great, much better than I expected really. Better strength retention off orals so far than last cycle in which i used much more test and mast. I am definitely gaining a huge amount of intensity from the jack3d stacked with that "ephedra extract + other stuff" stim, + need2slin. I'm on quite the stack :).

Anyway the workout was awesome. The preacher curls were quite a challenge but I love challenges. I love to focus in on a set and blast my music and focus 100% and that's what preacher curls are alllll about.

Oh and I'm glad that I had been dropping water weight because I noticed i was starting to look drier and leaner. Some more pictures soon.
fu ck man 70s on incline curls, im just creeping into te 50s for 6. And your def. lookin leaner, lots of defintion on back and sides now

looks like i got enough sust for like 10 weeks at this dose, and enough masteron to raise the dose during the halodrol. It's hard to estimate how much is left when I'm looking at the bottom of a 100mL vial lol.

Looking ^^ at my pictures what sticks out to me the most are my delts. My deltoids are ****ing huge there. I kinda wonder what my free weight military is doing. My shoulder strength must be up a lot since i'm strong enough to rep 285 on incline and 270 on the plate-loaded shoulder press.

Anyway i doubt i can keep this strength up much longer but i'll try to for a few more weeks. With my recomp i might change my lifting style and go for more of a "muscle sculpting" technique in the gym. I love lifting heavy, it's hard to give up. But I really think I look blocky and lack separation in those pictures. I know that's 90% going to go away though, when I lose a bit more bodyfat. Damn I am getting close to 10%.

My arms look so terrible in those pictures. It's hard to imagine I have such bicep strength when you see those flat tires. The peaks look better when I have lower bodyfat. They also look better when they haven't been destroyed by an arm workout, lol. By the end of an arm workout, my biceps don't look taller, they look flatter, and wider, and my elbow's ROM is stupidly impaired, lol. I shouldn't complain about my arms, i haven't measured recently but they have to be over 18", i've been over 18 before several times when I was less strong. They are very wide. Aesthetically i don't love em, but my arms genetically grew ridiculously fast when I started training and have always gotten stronger even when the rest of my lifts won't move.
 
Mannn those are my fkn dream stats.. 6'1 235 lbs 10% bf... I get freaked out about going over 205 lbs on a my 5'8 frame. too much mass on a smaller frame hurts the abs IME. all around looking beastly bro. intimidatingly big lol. i wish i could get that big...

Man we are always our own biggest critic....but seriously dude you are looking solid. I know it's hard to not want to strive for the perfection you desire...but seriously you are in better shape that 99% of Americans so don't sweat it. Just keep grinding like you have been. You'll get there. We all need to strive for dedication like yourself...we need to be unreal like unreal!

Well I knew my strength would start to drop from the orals eventually as I can just never maintain all that strength on bench. So my bench last a couple reps this week. Kinda sucky but its what I've been expecting honestly. Whatever, the 245*9 at the end wasn't bad. If i were fresh i could have done 10 easily, that calculates to a 325 incline max, can't complain.

my flat db flys were good, 80's and above is enough for me to consider it beast status

then repout on incline db flys

then i just went crazy on incline wide grip pushups. I don't usually like burnouts or high rep anything so this is something i've been doing differently. It was nice though, I worked a tremendous amount of blood into my chest and the pump was sick. My pecs looked SO inflated, they looked ready to pop.


Anyway i'll keep lifting heavy for the rest of this week. But I think next week i'll be transitioning to a different lifting style and getting the recomp more underway. I'll do more volume and try to do more conditioning rather than just lifting heavy. Lifting heavy is great until you frigging stall out like me.

I NEED orals to make the gains, test doesn't cut it.

But my recomp will be underway. I think i am looking leaner. Got a great pump today. The hardness is great. That's about all the masteron does but at least it FEELs good. And good to know I can get these effects at HALF the dose of mast that I used to use. I am seeing less reason to use high doses of injectables, they seem to do so little for me that dosing them higher adds nothing.

Honestly 350 sust and 320 mast vs. over 1g sust and 600 mast, i can't tell the difference AT ALL. 100% serious. And yes this is the exact same oil.

Looking to start the Hdrol earlier than later. I'm glad I got the bloodwork done. Liver enzymes were about half as elevated as I expected them to be. Been doing milk thistle everyday. They're probably back to normal already. About 2 more weeks I'll start the halodrol and T3 I think.

No. I am still eating bulking style. I am surprised that I look lean eating this much actually. I am eating significantly more calories than at the start of this cycle.
And my protein intake has increased from ~320 at the start of the cycle to around ~390 currently

preloaded sust first 2 weeks, didn't count these weeks
around the time I started orals, I threw in masteron enanthate, and they are dosed 350 sust ew and 320 mast ew
weeks 1-5 on orals: SD 20/20/20/30 and PP 30/30/30/00/30 (yes you read that right)
And I'm on the first day of the 8th week now
 
Unreal I have a vial of test cyp laying around that I've had since last fall...I've been saving to run with an oral like SD and after much research and anticipation I think I'm ready to start around Sept 1st...The vial will give me 10 weeks at 250 mg a week..I know that is low but its my first inject cycle so I was gonna kickstart it with 4 weeks of superdrone at 20 mgs a week...Now being my first test cycle my reservations and worries are the effects it may have on me psychilogicaly like moods, tempers and deppression. I really want to avoid these issues as well as lethargy..So what advice can you give me in that regard?? Again I've done an epi, Hdrol, and SD cycle before now I am ready to step it up and really stack up the gains and I feel this would be a really good cycle..

I have liquid Nolva and clomid for PCT...Also what else would you recommend with this cycle? do I need HCG at that low dose?? or possibly adex?

you shouldn't get any sides on 250mg. Maybe very light estro if you are very prone to estro sides like me. You should not get any other sides. People do 200 cyp ew for their TRT dose. Your dose might take you a little over 1000 ng/dL, i.e. not very far outside the normal range

you'd probably have a much better time if you got another vial...

no HCG... nolva or clomid or both, your choice. Probalby won't need adex. If you have to ask this many questions you should just make your own thread.

the difference between you and me is that this was my 4th time using Phera and my 5th time using SD. ;).

should prevent lethargy. I dunno, i don't get lethargy on SD anyway.

1000ng/dL is a measurement of testosterone. It's not a dose. But if you dose 250mg/week of cyp, I am saying your test levels will probabl fall between 1000 and 1500ng/dL. To put this in perspective, normal is 280-800. So it'll be outside of normal range, but not by a huge margin.

OTC test booster are always diff. on diff ppl IMO.

So this went pretty well, bent over rows were about he same

Real T-bars, i was inspired by Tomahawk to try 6 plates. It's heavy, i don't recommend it for most people lol, i felt a lot of pressure on my lower back. I am not sure how I want to approach these next time. They are a powerful movement but i don't feel it very much when I go heavy. Might try to do 4-5 plates for more reps next time.

iso pulldowns is a pulldown machine w/ freeweights so that's 3 plates per arm. I like the machine

db rows, well they sucked. My friend didn't bring his straps. So I couldn't grip the dbs well, I even tried to go ghetto CM style and use the paper rolls that you use to clean up cardio machines with. Anyway I need straps to do these properly.

Iso rows was a PR on that machine, 165 is heavy but felt good

Ya it honestly doesnt become a problem till about 6 plates. Its just like a magic number or something lol.
 
when i use to do tbar rows, id use 25 /35 lb plates to bring it closer to your chest. pretty cool lol

Yeah I put the bar in a corner from some machine but it can still pop out of position, so i get my wo buddy to put his foot on it for my sets.

Fun lift but bent over rows remains my favorite.
