Glad to hear the PCT is going well but you got a while to go on it. Like i've said i usually keep doing good up to 5 days after coming off orals, and then the PCT gets tough to maintain weight and strength.
But nolva/clomid is an awesome combo.

But nolva/clomid is an awesome combo.

I run a looooooooong PCT for every cycle. Even not really suppressive orals. Sometimes you can make gains on PCT, even. I run a SERM for like a month and half as well as a cortisol blocker. I run an AI after the SERM for another month and a natural test booster thru the whole process. If anything I go without any supplements for about 2 weeks to get bloodwork.
 
Hey southern, how did you shoulder hold up through the cycle?

It felt fine 90% of the time. I also stacked 8-10g fish oil, cissus and animal flex while on cycle. Awesome joint stack for aching joints. Really had to use it on Epi solo, and on the 3rd week of SD because of strength gains.

Also I believe I am inbalanced a bit and have hit my back up more to improve scalpular function

Day 4 of PCT going good. ASGT really helps. I do a scoop in maybe 3-5 ounces of water and down it as fast as I can lol

Recovery has slowed down significantly. Chest, for example was worked out on Saturday night, and I could still feel it until last night.
 
Nice numbers SC ... My back workout is today so trying out barbell rows, and t bar rows for the first time ever!!!!

HAHAHAHA good luck buddy it's gonna be fun! KILLER back movements. Hit some pull ups and maybe even pull downs afterwards and it'll work on opening you up a bit

I do the same thing when I deadlift; after 2 big plates on either side it just gets tiring between sets adding more 45's so I do the 25, 10 deal as well.

Ohh how about this?! Day 5 into PCT and weight is STILL at 263. that's 18 lbs up if ya can't do the math! Today will be chest tris and shoulders when I can get to the gym.

Update. Today is day 6 of PCT. Dosing 30mg nolva and 75mg clomid for two more days. Then gets bumped to 20/75, then 20/50, then 10/25

The boys are back completely ;) Have been waking up with wood the last 3 days.. Good sign

PCT is going pretty good. Weight is still up at 263. Ive been eating LOTs of protein and a little more carbs during the day then I'd like to be, but I can't slack during PCT. I gotta keep this weight on until November..

ASGT is really making a difference in my work outs. It hits me in about 30-40 minutes, right when I'm stretching or doing warm ups. I'm not noticing faster recovery, but a little more endurance and like always, great focus.
 
Nice workout we had similar number on military press. But u have to up the reps on front plate raises my friend. They are one of those lifts where u have to fight through the pain and gut check urself.

Granted I have shorter arms therefore a shorter ROM lol.

Thanks bro! I will have to remember that. I have a funky right shoulder, it gives me hell sometimes, but I probably could have bumped the number of reps up on those sets. overall it was still a killer workout. short, short rest between sets and I was out. Pumped like hell

dude you know what, i would have but me knees were killing me lol.. i hold each rep out for a 1 count tho if that counts for anything lol. and my dl, i could have hit 275 but i would have been wrecked. wrecked. anyway my legs are swole and tight today :D

dude low volume high weight is where it's at. you can keep the high intensity, it will burn the same amount of fat imo.

holy tendonitis! lol... props to you bro! my leg would probably snap off at the knee. I can squat ATG all day but heavy leg ext. kill my knees

they kill my knees too. my joint stack works wonders. i also wrapped and iced them, then took a warm shower lol.. felt a lot better. my knees take a beating when doing sldls because i keep the bar basically pressed against my leg so it doesnt come out and strain my back more

dude just push through on the leg press. my weight on there wasn't very impressive at the begininning of the year. its not my PR though, my PR is well over a 1000 lbs. I'll get there soon enough ;)
 
i wish i could get on a leg press with that kind of weight, something about a leg press just seems like it could be my strongest point, first time i ever got behind one i put 300 on it like ok this might be hard and just pushed right through, so i hopped it up to 380 and push right through it just as easy, i put it on 400 ( machine max ) did 3 or 4 reps of 12 with 400 pounds before i moved on to the next machine, i wish i knew my real max at leg pressin bro

A little lighter than normal. I was trying to get a pump in my back by really contracting muscles and working on good form. And I usually don't do as many sets on the t bar. Going up in smaller increments took its toll too

About the lower volume higher weight? That alone increases the intensity in most of my work outs. Unless I'm doing squats then i'm slow and take like 4 minutes between sets. LOL But on most everything else its like 2 minutes max and in back in to kill it.

But as ive said chest is my strong point. I think that's why i have shoulder issues. working out chest too much and back not enough. So one of my emphasis on working back currently is making sure I don't give up good form and working on flexibility. My rear delts kill me sometimes after some hard back.
 
315 for sets, you should really try to get some vids up man cuz 315 is beasty for sets man

I'll see what I can do. I normally don't even take my phone inside the gym with me but I'll see what's up.

My back is a tad bit stronger than my chest. My triceps are getting strong fast and so are my biceps.. But, not as strong as my back or chest. My shoulders are perfectly rounded.. Legs are coming along nicely too.

Yea defenitely wanna maintain a nice balance. Muscle imbalances are one of the leading causes of shoulder pathologies.

A buddy of mine has a huge chest but his rear delts are nonexistent. His shoulders are rounded forward and that "kyphotic" posture can be very problematic. ... and it looks like s**t too lol
 
315 for sets. Damn southern your ARE beast. How long did it take you to get there. I mean Ive been lifting but pretty much on a home gym with limited weights. Now that Im back to the gym, IT'S ON!!!

I have this problem too occasionally. My shoulders are proportionally fine IMO but I can never seem to get the chest/tris workout and the shoulders/upper back workout to not interfere with each other.

thats still some big benching SC. So what are your bench at pre-cycle?! I usually gain like 50 lbs to my bench on SD. But i have trouble keeping my strength. You're probably going to keep that tho, you're what, like a week into PCT?
