same here... bent rows are my biggest back lift, always do them first... do tbar rows third. try hitting them first

this log makes me want to buy some liver support and SERMS and crack open that bottle of mdrol sitting in the deep dark corners of my dresser.

anyway SC dude awesome gains. i got 20lbs out of my first run... i was so happy i followed it up with a cutting cycle. i promptly lost all gains. lol just sayin... don't repeat my mistakes.

LOL yeah SD is awesome... Im doing a bridge, so I'm still up 19 lbs, but leaning out a bit by cutting down carbs. Im losing around the waist and chest, which is where I want to. Forearms are starting to look bigger. This e stane really works good..

Anyway bro the cutting cycle won't be until about october or november, I'm gonna make sure my body reaches homeostasis and then some, plus I'm gonna be eating maintenance until then. Also with the cut, I will be doing 12-16 anabolic cut... Havent COMPLETELY decided what all is going in there, but it's gonna be pretty wicked. I dont think any orals tho..

Weight as of today 264, have cut down carbs to 100 a day, except for Sunday which is "carb load" and cheat day... Working so far ;)

Have noticed a decrease in fat around the waist line, love handles, lower back and pecs. Loose skin is not attractive but I know this recomp is working

Weight is still 19 lbs up, legs feel bigger, boxers at the bottom feel tighter around my quads, gonna do some legs tomorrow and use the smith to do some crazy numbers on squats..... YES THE SMITH

and i aim to hit 365 or break myself trying ;)


God I love epi... has continued giving me the push towards success. I am a beast at the gym putting it down next to a bunch of weak motherfukkers... Who said the fat boys can't get theirs?!?!?!

Ate 100 grams of carbs today and still feel king. No preworkout, nothing. Just good food all dayummm day

And right before bed a lil bit of rough lovin..... gtg or else i will be late for my libido check

I dunno bro I got achey knees and my hips are not flexible.. i love squats but at the same time theyre like pulling teeth LOL

the smith should help, I can just basically fail if i need to, im going with a buddy anyway and ill just have him lift the bar if i cant hit that lol

Thanks bro I was pretty impressed.... I stayed away from squats for a long time after hurting my back... but form was great, down real low and just EXPLODED up... got some nice looks today... when this cycle is over i will be a sad dude but oh well there will be others ;)

sorry to see that your log is gone... sad to say people cant act decent these days
