Will start taking the m14add tomorrow at 60 mgs

P mag will start next week at 75 soooo this is what it looks like!

the thing about the pics of people on the internet is people only post "synthol pics" when things go terribly wrong or way overboard... if it looks good then no one admits its synthol.

I still think synthol is ****ed up. Who cares if the muscles are bigger if they aren't stronger... moving big weight is real important to me. And I just wouldn't like the feel of having fake arms. When i see that **** i want to pop em like zits.
 
So it seems to be pretty unanimous that i shouldnt pump myself up with synthol... i dont think im lean enough right now anyways. maybe next summer tho... the whole summer is like a competition and its a competition product imo.

plenty of ifbb pros and npc competitiors use synthol... theres a difference between using it to bring up lagging body parts and abusing to to get fake misshapen muscles...
 
syntho IMO is takin it too much same how some BB abuse NUBAIN as an excuse.

WEIGHT - 225 (+20)

BACK DAY
I had a good workout all things considered. my lower back feels really strained so i had to skip a few important exercises like deadlifts but my strength was great across the board today, though this could have to do with not starting out with deads.

UPDATES -
i decided to wait a few days before bumping up the epi so still at 60mg today.
-im getting asked on a daily basis at the gym what the hell ive been taking haha, i rspond with my muscle memory explanation.
-im getting my "im bigger than you therefore better than you" arrogance back which is much better than the "i have more blow than you therefore i am better than you" arrogance i had the last couple years.

UPDATES -
-again i must mention my love affair im in with epi... its going great, im up weight and up strength daily. fukk yeah. i put another 15lbs on my bench in like 5 days.
-i think my joints are even gettting better. they still hurt but whatever im surviving and these gains make it easier
-i had one hell of a bad case of swamp ass at the gym today
-ok as im typing im realizing my wrist is pretty fukked. left handed typing it is.

im fukking jacked up right now, i feel great. everyone at the gym is noticing my excellence but fukk them. fukk everybody right now. i dont even belong here right now, no one can even touch me, i must be a fukking alien. wow im hyped up.

lol i am all hyped up on mountain dew. im gonna go all spider monkey on your ass... bro epi has been great so far. i lost nothing from the SD and have continued to grow and get stronger and look harder, fuller. i was expecting very little to be honest. thats why ive been debating adding to it for weeks but no need... i just needed the starting dose of 60mg of epi, good thing i have three bottles. i worked too hard getting my sd gains to risk losing them cause of too low a dose of epi (but keep in mind my experience with AAS). if your body takes to it like mine you are gonna love it!

now im getting tired and want to sleep lol. im gonna have to hide the mirrors for that to happen tho. i just cant look away haha.
 
Stop posting those bench #s, you're gonna make me hurt my chest again trying to compete ><. But speaking of that what's up with benching 350, you put the 2.5's on? I don't think I touched 2.5s since my balls dropped... next time straight to 365.

HAHAHA i knew someone was gonna catch that. i did 335 last time and i wasnt planning on going any heavier. but 315 went for 8 surprisingly easily so i went to 335 then i was like lets just add 5more on each side... and then i was like well 350 sounds way better than 345, its like another benchmark so... thats how that came to be. my shoulders felt great during it too, i really focused on my form and well i surprised myself.

i saw southern charm post those big numbers yesterday and i knew i had to go big. Unreal i see your back numbers and i they are so far out of my realm that i just find them disheartening rather than motivating lol.

Maybe you'll feel better to see that I'm packing a lot of fat making big #s easier to push. Maybe this will make you feel better in a different way too :love:

you look good bro, especially for 240 you are still lean. im FAT compared to that. my stomach is completely SMOOOOOth. my 34"waste pants are tight and for me to look lean i cant be in bigger than a 32... ill take some pics and throw them up this week. god i love and hate bulking. i love how i look with a shirt on lol.

I'd love to chase your #s though seriously they are very good, it's gotta feel nice bringing bench back up so much you're probably getting close to where it used to be. I am about to start going downhill though, getting off orals soon so i'll have to work my ass off to maintain. Then after a few weeks i'm going into a recomp with weakass halodrol.

Gotta be nice gaining so much on bench and seeing those haters in the gym. I got some weirdass looks when I got done repping 275 on incline. Haters out there can suck nuts while they watch greatness in the making. No one is stopping them from being great, just they're too ***** and don't have what it takes to get there. I learned a long time ago that getting to the top requires something special, it doesn't matter how much you want it, what matters is having the balls to take it.

yeah my strength is getting back to where it used to be or fairly close so its very motivating and rewarding for me. though admittedly it looke d alil better last time around haha... but rome wasnt built in a day, im gonna keep bulking and when i lean back out its gonna feel great. i thought it would take me about six months of going real hard to get where i was or close. really my goal is to be ready for next spring and its not like i look too shabby before that either.

i hear ya, nothing beats the feeling of throwing up more weight than everyone around you. or curling what theguy beside you is squatting.

this is much more than an hour a day in the gym. its a 24hour a day lifestyle. i dont make a decision about anything without thinking about my body first. they may not all get to greatness, but atleast they get to witness!
 
Just caught up and hopefully this ish will help motivate me bust my ass. I know it gives me hope considering the bench numbers.
 
DAY 38 -

UPDATES - so lethargic today. i dont know why. it may be that Unreal kept me up whispering sweet nothings into my ear until 4am. but whatever the reason it is now 5:20 and i have been curled up the couch all day haha, i havent even turned the tv on. just laid here. getting up every hour to grab another water, a can of tuna or a shake or whatever, take a piss then back to the couch.

-i hate people who jog through time square. like really? there are about a million tourists cramming broadway between 42nd and 49th and you are gonna jog there??? what the hell? who are you and where are you coming from? no one actually lives in time square so there is no excuse. you are 12 blocks from central park, go run there dumbasses. its the busiest portion of road for pedestrian traffic in the country and you are gonna put on your Reezigs and go for a jog... a$$holes.

-i hate when i wear the same pair of gym pants i wore yesterday when i noticed i had terrible swamp ass... today i could smell my own a$$hole just standing up... gamer your breath must be terrible.
 
one things that helps with lethergic is cardio, do it 3 times a week it helps keep the body up
