think i've got my next madness cycle figured out

no m1t just SD now. waiting for tren-e to kick in.

Never used prami man... I will use it when I run tren but I've got no experience at all. Nos did a good job of replying to your questions though... We don't know why you're losing the pump that's just weird.
 
yeah hub isnt't it? i know i use them on AI due to lose of estro and water. but on prami it dosen't make much sense.....

on your cardio/ab and low carb days, are you compesating for calories lost by eating more fats/protein or are your calories lower that day altogether?
 
truthfully i wasn't very low cal at all the last cardio day haha. What i'm aiming for though is yes, less carbs and slightly more fat. I got pretty used to dieting like that because generally every time i get lean i just do low carb diets, eat lots of meat, eat more peanuts and olive oil for fat.

Arms today... was hammer curling 80 pound dumbells. I can't keep my body perfectly still while doing them, I don't think it's possible when i'm moving that much weight, but i was satisfied with my form, with hammers i always bring the dumbell up so that it touches my front delt. Seriously i think i can get 85s next time.

Nothing wrong with that at all....a loose form is going to make that exercise a little more compound...but i'm a stickler for form as well so i hear you on that

dude i eat the exact same way.. carbs are the enemy.. i have a decent amount of energy on low carb cause ive adapted after dieting like this for the last year or so.. my body does so bad with carbs..i balloon up and bloat.. stomach/abs look like ****.. face bloats.. i drop them and lose weight/water weight...i might just have a slight allergey to gluten .. who knows.. most ppl do and dont even know.. either way its such a fine line for me.... i was at like 75-100carbs per day for the last month.. looked fantastic.. talked to my budy whos the same weight with about 6% fat.. kid eats 400 carbs a day.. and maintains that weight and bf%.. hes 100 percent natural .. and for him its a great choice.. im jealous.. but after speaking with him i figured id up my carbs.. just didnt work out.. went to about 150-180 per days.. and it just makes me look like ****.. granted im off cycle.. i could eat that many carbs on cycle... i know you used to be a little bigger just like me.. i know im at an all time low bodyfat range right now.. and if i wanna continue to get lower.. which gets harder daily... I believe I have to keep very low carb same

do u bring dumbells across your body on hammer curls.. or straight up like a regular curl?

I'm totally jealous of guys who can eat that many carbs and stay lean, it's just not in my genetics to do that.

I have definitely got some water weight going on now... my shoulders/chest are looking good but my midsection, not so good... a few weeks after my SD/PP stack (after i've maintained the gains for a bit) i'm going to start cutting my carbs back and trying to recomp it up.

my last cycle.. i kickstarted test p w/ sd and ended w/sd.. and by the end I was gigantic.. stomach looked like ****..water weight out the ass.. i didnt use an ai on cycle either.. just some 6 letro pills over 12 weeks as needed...
about 2 weeks into pct I was down 8-10 pounds.... but honestly i looked amazing ..i kept all the size.. but muscle looked ridiculously striated and grainy.. and body fat was way way lower then where i thought it was.. i thought i ended at the same bodyfat.. maybe gained a tiny but of fAT... but i was down body fat and looked great..also i ran t3 and e/c/a on the cycle..
 
yea i take in 300-400g of carbs/day.. and i swell up quick on cycle... my shoulders chest and back i am happy with but waist looks like total s***

i think im gonna try to cut carbs down the remainder of my cycle
 
i never had a need to increase crazy on carbs i usally keep mine around 250g-270g on cycle max and that already is high 4 me
 
holy **** i've got a whole page off topic!

anyway my scale says 232.5. I thought i was seeing a leaning effect, don't think so anymore. Shoulders/chest/arms look good, bodyfat aroun the belly not so good. It looks all soft and droopy, usually I think bodyfat feels less solid when it's in the process of being utilized and burned but it looks bad when it hangs more. But i always find myself in this position during a bulk, I just want to cut to see my muscle... conversely on a cut I just want to bulk to get stronger. Have to stick to one thing.

I'm not getting sides, in fact the opposite, there's a voice in my head telling me that using a flat dose was a bad idea and that my body is getting used to it. Not feeling quite so big and pumped the last couple days, been stagnant on the scale. Strength gains have been consistent though.

I dunno in terms of the negative impact on my body i still gotta call this cycle mild. I was expecting backpumps at least but not even getting those. My worst side is a minor bout of acne, and that's just from the low dose of test.

yeah i am actually feeling a bit better now (harder). I think it's the diet, i've been lower on fat than usual and higher on carbs than usual for bulking and not the greatest success visually.

I think I'm going to try to nail down a diet plan that only uses significant amounts of carbs in the first 3 meals. Here's what i'm going with right now

1) PRE-WO: cereal, 1cup milk, 1 scoop whey, 1 protein/energy bar
2) POST-WO: 2cup milk, 2 scoops whey, extra food depending on how hard my workout was (very little extra food on cardio days)
3) 8 oz ground beef + 1 cup brown rice (going to replace brown rice with buckwheat)
4) 2 cans tuna + 2 tablespoons mayo
5) MEAT (beef, steak, fish, chicken, turkey, etc), veggies, 1 cup milk
6) 1 cup cottage cheese, 1 scoop whey, 1 handful peanuts, splash of milk to mix together

one of my problems is meal 4. It's been changing around so i decided to make the tuna permanent. My problem is the mayo. I'd rather have olive oil in here... however olive oil + tuna is inedible for me. Tuna straight out of the can is inedible to me. It's too fibrous, chewy and nasty, my body doesn't recognize it as food and so it's difficult to swallow. I need to mix it with something to get it down. Mayo lubricates it so it's actually edible, but that's not my #1 choice for fat... so my question is, how do you guys get your canned tuna down the hatch? I want to work olive oil in SOMEHOW i'm still low on fat.

In other good news... yes i don't get along great with carbs BUT i'm getting some help there. I've got two great products to run during the recomp portion of the cycle. Needtobuildmuscle brand "Need2Slin" and Lean Body Formulations "Recompadrol." I'm excited to have them and obviously my diet is going to get tweaked up a bit when I hit the recomp part of my cycle.
 
Olive oil mayo bro. Throw in some almond slivers in the mix to change it up.

Sorry to say it unreal but tuna and mayo go together like cake and sex. You could add some mustard, lemon juice, and chopped up fine pieces of tomato and onion (lots of tomato does it for me). I find the more things I add in the tuna the more easier it is to get down. You could ad these things and cut your two spoons to one or cut it all out. Or ....................get low fat.... sheeet

when i was dieting i ate tune 4-5 times a day.... its only like 3-4 table spoons in a can stop being little girls and get it down!

If you like spicy things, I add some light mayo to mine with some pepper and some frank's hot sauce. makes it alot easier for me to get it down with that spicy kick to it. :sombrero:
 
I can't stand tuna plain at all. I find that the more you add to it the better like chocolatemilk said.

1 can tuna(abacore w/ water) drain only a lil water out
2 tablespoons mayo
couple shakes red tabasco
a sprinkle of Tony chaceries cajun season salt

toasted cracked wheat and flax seed bread with sum swis cheese


thats all you need for a good tuna sangwich.

lol jasen i am capable of eating plain tuna out of the can but i can't have a meal that's 100% protein, it needs to be mixed with some kind of fats anyway.

I had a strength increase on my big lift (bent over rows) but the following exercises had no significant improvements, it's hard to improve from the #s last time.
Anyway I am proud to say I got 305 on my bent over rows for 4 clean reps, and then the last 2 reps were barely shy of my belly. Close enough for me to count them... 305*6, beast status lol. About halfway into the workout my stomach started churning and it hurt my intensity. I dunno if i just needed a few more minutes to digest because I ate a denser energy bar with breakfast or what.

Nothingman as far as BP goes, i think it is mildly elevated. I have noticed transient headaches of very minor magnitude, barely noticable but sometimes it feels like there's a little extra pressure there. I have hawthorn berry arriving in a couple days and I'll start dosing 1g or so. I am currently on 0 support supps. My liver supports are arriving as well so I'll probably start taking those right away and take them for the next couple months before I get on Hdrol.

**** churnin or hunger churnin. I feel ya on the **** churnin, i had bubble guts last week on back day, and wuz havin a hard tyme on deads, and wouldnt dare push it past 465, for fear of bustin ass or worse ****tin drawrs.

Oh yeah and **** you on the 305 bent rows, thats moving weight. Im barely hittin 185 for 6.

Cant wait to see what the gear has in store for my lifts.

I know, i got 49 messages from chocolatemilk asking me if it's OK to take his superdrol up the ass, and there's already been so many threads on this. Talk about a dumb question.
 
see im diff, i noticed my best cuts came at, mild carbs (120-140) low fats (10-15) high protein around 250-280
 
that diet would cut anyone jasen, solely because it's well under 2000 calories
 
ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh u have no idea, i was roughly areound 1700-1800, BTW GOOD GUESS NICE! yeah it did a good job.i went low carb before very low, worked well but ti was more of a visual trick thing, once i stopped and added carbs to normal (slowly i might add) i put on alot of weight back. so i deicded never again. i liked this diet ALOT, very effective for me.

this stack isn't cutting it. Apparently up a few pounds in the last couple weeks but not much. Strength gains this chest workout over last week's were close to 0. Still good pump, hardness and energy recuperation though. Absolutely no sides. Just not noticing as much as I expected to be at this point. I was feeling more jacked on the 2nd week. I look better now than then, though.

Everytime i've run SD 4 weeks, i've hit 30mg the last week, I think i need a boost. Holdon liver, here we go:
30SD/30PP starting today

Just want to squeeze a little more out of this before I stop. SD usually works so well for me, i really think my diminished returns resulted from the stagnant dose scheme. Last time I do that.

I'm sure i'll get some readers from bb.com thinking i'm crazy, this one's for you :rasp:

thats nothing... im ending my cycle with 40mg superdrol the last 2 weeks!

... of course, im running the bunk batch of mdrol everybody has...

you react to sd like me. 2nd wk is amazing. my third was still real good. 4th wk was nothing really. still good gains bro.
 
i explode first week on sd and second week love it then add anadrol second week 5th week drop anadrol and 6th week drop sd. YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEAH JASEN STYLE :) but that liver in a LEGLOCK and dirty box it
