Insomniac soldiers "LG LOG" to recover fast, add mass and drop a smart bomb on fat!

We don't have an old school t bar at my gym I either use the machine or make my own when I have enough time. When I make my own I use 35s to give me a little more ROM. It lets my lats really stretch out before pulling back again.

What grip do you use on the tbar? Looks like a solid workout bro
 
Only reason i like the machine better is because i can get 4 different grips in. Other than that, the bar rows are out flocking standing

If you're creative enough you can manage to rig different handles to the t bar... Like i said for me its a matter of how much time I wanna spend setting up. If I have a workout buddy, fine, if not then it's up to me on my own to drag the bar over to an open area, load it, unload etc. But yeah convenience is a MF these days isnt it haha
 
he is too bent over for me. I like the 30 degree angle better. I feel it in the places I want to grow more. There is a balance. Ron Coleman does them nearly standing straight up... his form always sucks but it works for him though lol
As for me, I am in the middle. What ever works best for you and what ever you can do with strict form.

I'm throwing these into chest/back day tomorrow :crazy: I wanted to have 2 chest as my superset because I feel like my chest is lagging badly behind my back, but I doubt I'd be able to do a superset of chest/chest at the end lol. +my back obviously grows faster, might as well embrace it

Using only 35lb plates to increase ROM, I like that.

I do them like you do.. I change up my angle with the lower weight on to feel which areas I want to hit hard.

When I tbarred thats how I did it as well. I also swapped out the 45 plates for 35's and 25's. made a huge difference

yeah that extra 5 to 7 degree lift could make a big difference. I saw it on a blog, tried it out and I love it. Also from far away (to the untrained eye lol) it looks like more weight because I have to use more 35s lol...

As for last nights experience with I-gh-1 and GHenerate:
-vivid dreams
-Didnt get as much sleep last night, not as good as the other few nights
-But, did feel better rested than usual still

Im not going to lift today. My outer pecs are always sore after a back workout? So hopefully tomorrow they will be ready for a chest lift!

At 4500 calories or more a day, I had better at least put on 1lb a week lol..

3rd chest/back workout today, 150 decline bench 10x10 (didnt hit all 10s lol) supersetted with chins, bw+10, 10x10 (7 was lowest)

I-GH-1/GHenerate last night:
-vivid dreams again- work related
-fell asleep pretty quick
-woke up feeling really refreshed

Outer pecs are still slightly sore, so I may have to hit chest tomorrow on my day off.
 
Please lord, let tomorrow my pecs be ready to hit hard!!! Let them not be sore! Let them lift more than the last chest workout! But if they are sore, I may have to settle with legs... Which I would rather hit friday... I believe the T-911 samples I am taking are drying me out quite well.. I am a lot more aggressive than usual as well..
 
Ok, so im gonna hit uo chest even if the outer pec is slightly sore because I havent done chest in 9 days.. I think they and my triceps are sufficiently rested for a pounding today! Hopefully my dip belt comes before I got to the gym..

On to I-GH-1 and GHenerate:
-That **** makes me sleep, and when I wake up from my alarm and press the snooze button, I close my eyes and im back to sleep in less than 2 minutes. Woke up at 0830 today, thought I pressed snooze and closed my eyes. I wake up 45 minutes later like WTF.
-Again, more restful feeling in the morning
-Had vivid dreams about a cute coworker girl

Cant say anything yet on recovery because my lats are still fukcin sore from monday!!! Course I blasted them with PRs..
