Yah it's comin and soon..

I start Sunday with supplementation and Monday will be my first workout. The stack will look something like this. As you can see I've covered a lot of bases:

6 am 1.5 grams Vat Attack
1 recreate
2 grams Cissus
2 grams MSM
2 grams Glucosmine
1 AP or 400 mg Pslin on high carb days non workout
Eviscerate
PGH
50 mg formestane 3 days a week

630 am beakfast
1 product X
2 prime
Vitamins
3 fish oil

730 am 2 powerfull non workout days

1130 1 AP

12 Lunch
1 product X
2 prime
3 fish oil

430 1 AP or 400 mg Pslin on high carb days
1.5 grams Vat Attack
1 recreate
2 grams Cissus
2 grams MSM
2 grams Glucosmine

5 Supper
1 product X
2 prime
3 fish oil
Eviscerate
PGH
50 mg formestane 3 days a week

Preworkout
DominATP
4 Refresh
1 product X
3 Prime
3 powerfull

Post workout
2 scoops myofusion
or 400 mg plsin in high carb shake

Bedtime
2 Powerfull

My goals is to get leaner and if I get a little bigger I won't complain. Past experience with these supps has shown me that size increase is inevitable. My goal is to dip below 10% bf and remain over or as close to 240 as I can. That is fairly conservative as I have grown to expect more and would not be surprised if my weight actually went up a bit and my body fat go down a couple points.

I will be starting with month 3 of the Freak workout goes something like this...

Day 1
P1) Bench Press 3x10, 3x8-4-4
P2) Barbell Curls 3x10, 3x8-4-4
S1) Lateral Raises 2x6-12-25

Day 2
P1) Squats 4x10
P2) Calve Press in Leg Press 4x10
S1) Pec Dec 2x6-12-25
S2) Hammer Curls 2x6-12-25

Day 3
P1) Supine Grip Pullups 3x10, 3x8-4-4
P2) Decline Close Grip Bench Press 3x10, 3x8-4-4

Day 4
P1) Deadlifts 4x10
P2) Standing Barbell Military Press 3x10, 3x8-4-4
S1) Seated Rows 2x6-12-25
S2) Lying Tricep Extensions 2x6-12-25

I will be working this 5 days on 2 days off, the first week is only 4 days as on Sunday I will be attending the Fame world championships... I still haven't completely worked out weeks 5-8 yet but will post it later, it will involve heavy chest work though.

So let the games begin ... gonna be a wild ride!!!!

i am curious about your dosage of formestane. at 5omg 3 xweek do you plan on running it long term? what is longest you have ran form at this kind of dose? stack looks interesting. i am surprised about no prime.

There's Prime in there ... 6/9 dosing for first 4 weeks...

Yah about the formestane, I run it as a Staple at this dosing, it is really unbelievable how it is unecessary to increase dosage when you run it like this, I believe at our age we could run it indefinitely. I take a week off ever couple of months but that's about it. I only run 300 mg a week so the product lasts as well. I got the idea from the thread at RPN, you know the one. We discussed this at length.

one thing I might mention: on the PF dosing 30min pre-breakfast on off-training days, I've never liked this dosage timing. My .02, much prefer PF 1hr following breakfast on these days..

That might be doable I can take it as soon as my feet hit the floor ... maybe that's only 45 minutes though.

Good point, I am so worked up about Product X ... lets not forget that Vat Attack will be put through the paces... there are may dimensions in this stack.

Definitely coming along for this wild ride! Between your knowledge, DW, and Snag's, I should be plenty well educated in the "Art of USP" by the time I start my stack! :biglaugh:

Yah I have learned some stuff but I rely on Snag for some of the finer points... Yes there is some good knowledge here...

Day 1 !!

Fasted HITT cardio avec AP and did my first serving of Vat Attack and 1 recreate...

The session was unbelievable, my legs were powerfull my gate was smooth... my lungs felt like they were half again the original size.. I did this same routine yesterday without the other supps just AP and it was nowhere near this intense. There is a caveat here though, just shows you how much some of these supps will do for your intensity. The body will wear down if not carefull.

Anyhow I'm off to the FAME world championships, hope to meet Scott (old navy) there. Hope he did well.

As far as the intensity, you are definitely right on there, these supps can really get you pushing like crazy and not even realizing it. The positive aggression is ridiculous. I can't wait to hear your take on the X-Factor since you are familiar with most everything else in the stack. From reading Snag's log I would say your gonna be a lot stronger soon.

I hear that... like I said expecting big things...

Had a look at what I was up against today at the worlds here in Montreal. The grand Masters were the strongest category, they were all unbelievable actually a couple were very suspect but that's what we have to put up with...

Anywho got my work cut out for me... I will just push harder... I'll be ready for them...now I'm pissed!!
 
Been doing some refecting after the show yesterday, and while I will admit the size of some of the athletes gave me some pause, I can't get caught up in what they're doing. I have to focus on my improvments and just do the best I can. Humbling experience, yes but Humility is the best possible place to learn from. That is as it is in everything we do. I can always learn more and do better provided I am humble enough to be ready to improve.

That's what these logs are about to me, I am here to learn and share. Help me to get where I need to go to be my best. That's all I can do and that's where my focus will be from now on. Arrogance has no place in my regime, I banish it.

Well said ... that's what if comes down to. Important to have fun doing it, and not get stressed out about it too. If your not having fun then why do it.
