Day 2 Report

Day 1 of the Freak 3rd month

Bench 3 X 10, 3 X 8 6 4

I was fairly conservative at first as I was coming off a week break. Felt good after the first set of 10 so slapped on another 20 and did my second 10. My 3rd set I only made 7 as my shoulder was feeling a bit off (shoulder still acts up when I try to increase weight). I always back off as I don't want to reinjure it. I loved the 8-6-4 sets though. Man what a pump. I could really feel my chest was getting hammered. I had eviscerate on my chest for fat burn but Dsade mentioned some sight enhancement possibilities so maybe I am killing 2 birds with one stone. I can only hope!!

The same routine with O curls. Now I could feel the BA kickin in gotta love the DominATP!! I hammered these out ... fantastic form great pump, animal ferocity!! It was great... again these 8-6-4's man!! I think I'm in love as they were as good as sex!! Well maybe not as good as morning sex...

Then on to lateral raise 6-12-25 for 2 sets... ok fella's there is more to this than meets the eye. It was brutal ... never made 25 on either set, 19 was the best I could muster. I dropped 20% after the first set but 20% was not enough of a drop for the third. Talk about burnt out. Shoulders felt totally hammered though! On 2 sets!!

This workout takes a bit longer than I thought I might be able to get it down to 45 minutes but the pace will need to be pretty harsh.

The only enhancement I can speak about at this early stage is that DominATP and Refresh did there job as usual. Very reliable... Refresh does something to my libido too. It's already pretty out of control with the Formestane but when you add Refresh, it's almost too much...

One other comment and it's about Eviscerate, I am starting to wonder how necessary it is to use it twice a day on the same body part or area. Man it was burning pretty good last night and I was really overheated. Overheated heck I was on fire!! No damage but still. I want to get everything I can out of this though.

Oh and my first weigh in was an even 240 ... so I lost a couple lbs during my week off.

I would not let the FAME thing get to you, I believe they allow ph's and stuff as long as the effects are not "too visible" and you look unnatural.

lol there was more than PH use goin on here. Yah they use to screen much better than this. Those days are gone where they screen out the unatural look these guys were fuggin freaky. Agree with you on not letting it get to me, that's their fuggin business, nothing to do with my journey. I have a lot to do about my own development and it takes all my time. I can't afford to worry about what others are doing.

Honestly, USP products have yet to fail me, I am broke each month from purchasing LOL.

Day 3 Report

I was very tired on my way to the gym but experience has taught me that would have no real negative effect on my workout. Once the blood starts to boil everything would be fine.

Front squats 4 X 10, I'll admit these were pretty stiff at first, been a while so I had to be pretty conservative. The sets got easier and the form and range of motion improved as I went. It was not fantastic but it was what I needed to get done.

Leg Press Calf Raises 4 X 10 I am liking these more and more I am thinking of trying these one calf at a time alternating .. see what happens. The real trick for me is to hold the contractions around 2-3 seconds. Calves are one of my easier body parts to train and they always respond very well.

Pec Deck ??? yah I know I don't think I have ever done these before. The sets were 6-12-25 and I have to tell you, after last nights bashing this really hammered on what was left of my chest. I guess for this type of rep scheme there is a use for these.

Hammer curls 2 X 6-12-25 done with perfect precsion very nice isolation...

Nothing spectacular to report yet...wife was saying my chest looked big, got me thinking of the site enhancement talk about eviscerate but it's too early to tell about that. The hammering my chest took the last couple days is a better explanation but I am hopefull.

This week will be setting a baseline for weeks to come.

As far as the intensity, you are definitely right on there, these supps can really get you pushing like crazy and not even realizing it. The positive aggression is ridiculous. I can't wait to hear your take on the X-Factor since you are familiar with most everything else in the stack. From reading Snag's log I would say your gonna be a lot stronger soon.

Been doing some refecting after the show yesterday, and while I will admit the size of some of the athletes gave me some pause, I can't get caught up in what they're doing. I have to focus on my improvments and just do the best I can. Humbling experience, yes but Humility is the best possible place to learn from. That is as it is in everything we do. I can always learn more and do better provided I am humble enough to be ready to improve.

That's what these logs are about to me, I am here to learn and share. Help me to get where I need to go to be my best. That's all I can do and that's where my focus will be from now on. Arrogance has no place in my regime, I banish it.

You definitely got all that is required for success DW :)

Thanks, yes it's key for me to remain humble, not just in weight training and bodybuilding but in all things. Ironically humility builds self esteem....
 
I really like unilateral Leg press calf raises - with how long my legs are, my calves are one of the harder parts for me to see growth in, but that particular movement allows for great focus and control over each rep.

Yah the only problem I ever experienced with calves is symmetry and working each individually seems like a better idea for me.

Same boat here as well Snag..torn medial gastroc doing sprints 2 years ago. The age really limits the explosive stuff!
 
FAME tests anyone who places in a bodybuilding competition. They do test for known AAS, ProHormone - ProSteroid. However, they do not seem to have a timeframe that you have to have been "off". They also do sometype of voice analyzing software and ask some questions but I dont know what they are since I didn't place in my show.

You had the surgery to repair, or let it heal on it's own?

They wanted me to wait way too long for surgery, so I let it repair on its own. Yeah, 275 x 3 for the very first workout was okay, but it is still saddening when that was my warm-up set before! Soon enough, though.

It's a good start though. I am still struggling with my shoulder. It's been about a year since the injury and I am still only about 75% on most chest exercises ... ironically about 90% on shoulder exercises depending on the movement. I am still doing front squats rather than regular because of my range of motion on my shoulder. That has been a blessing in disguise as I have gotten more progress than I have in years doing lighter weight on the front squats.
 
Day 4 Report

Pretty darn good workout...

Started with reverse grip pulldowns 3 X 10 ...3 X 8-6-4, had to increase the weight as I went. Felt really strong.

Great battle on decline close grip bench I started off 185 for a set of 10 then 195 for my second set of 10 and 205 for my third. Then kept it there for the 8-6-4 (10% drops) and did not fail till the last set where on got only 5 on the first drop and 3 on the second. I just could not feel my arms anymore. Very satisfied with my effort bar has been set pretty high for next week. I gotta say there is only one word that describes this routine and that's "brutal". I am just hanging on here, can't imagine how deads are going to feel tonight the way my pins feel. I could hardly walk this morning after fasted cardio. I am hoping that week 2 I will be feeling a little stronger. The good thing is my joints should hold out ok as there is a lot of higher reps. I am also hoping the supps kick in next week and am confident they will. I'm going to need the extra boost. There is no way I would tackle this without Prime, it would eat me alive and spit me out dead.

Starting to see some recomp changes as my diet has been very tight, was probably holding some water from my week off. Did not go off my diet to much but I seemed to slip back up to around 11% or so. I may not be quite as lean as I was at the end of my last run but under 11% I think ... maybe not. Anyhow diet if very tight things should start looking up next week.

Decline Tri extensions 2 X 6-12-25

Gonna have to dig deep ... all I really have to do is make it to the gym the rest will take care of itself...

have you started X yet? and also, do we know anything about Product X yet... for example whether or not it plays a role in altering hormonal levels?

Yes started Sunday.. and I know very little. I only know that it won't shut you down and has strength increasing benefits. Snag has run it already he may know a bit more. I expect some increase in strength next week, now some of that will be Prime but if I get something extra I will know. This routine is the ultimate test for this product.

alright I appreciate the help. I am no longer using natural test boosters/AI after this next month so I am looking into some of the alternatives... ex: prime, prouct x possibly.

Well I can already vouch for the Asteroid stack, but too early to say anything on Product X. Stay tuned...
 
DAY 5 Report

My fuggin God what an ordeal. Let me paint you a picture.. I was totally trashed from the previous 3 days pounding. Add in a pretty significant hayfever flair up, and unbelievable humidity in a poorly vetilated gym. My legs were still screaming sore and I was facing 4 X 10 deads to start.

The deads were excruciating as I could hardly breathe after each set. Sweat was pouring from me like blood from a gutted animal. It wasn't pretty but I did not miss one rep.

Already competely exhausted I am staring down at 6 sets of standing military press. It was not a good feeling as I felt each may be my last. 3 X 10 then 3 X 8-6-4 so it really is like 12 sets in a way with the 2 drops. Again not one rep missed but fugg!!

On to seated row which is not a terribly difficult exercise endurance wise.. well it's different when you have already lost about 5-6 lbs of water (despite taking an electrolyte drink beforehand). I set out and finished the 2 sets 2X6-12-25 again no reps missed and that was a fight to finish those 25 reps lats just screaming for me to stop. A couple more lbs of water gone I have no electrolytes left in my system, in a cold sweat as the water I drink just goes right through me. I am also quite nauteous.

On to decline tri extension, 2X6-12-25, again wanted to quit around 15 on the 25 repper of the first set but gutted it out and when I got to 20, 25 seemed possible and got it! Second set I completely ran out of gas and got only 20, I was pretty satisfied cuz I could have quit much earlier.

Well I found out what I was made of... was easy enough to see as it was all over the gym floor!! Apparently it is mostly water.

It was not pretty and yah I got the crap kicked out of me, but I finished and got most of my reps. I got home and took my shake, then 1 hour later 2 powerfull and straight to bed. Had some real trouble getting to sleep as it's hard to get comfortable with your whole body screaming at you. Never thought I'd make my fasted cardio this morning but I did... again it was not pretty. I got to work and popped a couple Advil as I just don't see the point of being in this much pain.

On the lighter side I ordered some Flawless as I heard that Eviscerate with a top coating of flawless can tighten your skin. Being and elder gent, this sounded pretty appealing. I will be keeping you updated on that as well. If I can solve my chest issues ... all I can say is look out. Another weapon in my arsenal!!
