Day 2 Report
Day 1 of the Freak 3rd month
Bench 3 X 10, 3 X 8 6 4
I was fairly conservative at first as I was coming off a week break. Felt good after the first set of 10 so slapped on another 20 and did my second 10. My 3rd set I only made 7 as my shoulder was feeling a bit off (shoulder still acts up when I try to increase weight). I always back off as I don't want to reinjure it. I loved the 8-6-4 sets though. Man what a pump. I could really feel my chest was getting hammered. I had eviscerate on my chest for fat burn but Dsade mentioned some sight enhancement possibilities so maybe I am killing 2 birds with one stone. I can only hope!!
The same routine with O curls. Now I could feel the BA kickin in gotta love the DominATP!! I hammered these out ... fantastic form great pump, animal ferocity!! It was great... again these 8-6-4's man!! I think I'm in love as they were as good as sex!! Well maybe not as good as morning sex...
Then on to lateral raise 6-12-25 for 2 sets... ok fella's there is more to this than meets the eye. It was brutal ... never made 25 on either set, 19 was the best I could muster. I dropped 20% after the first set but 20% was not enough of a drop for the third. Talk about burnt out. Shoulders felt totally hammered though! On 2 sets!!
This workout takes a bit longer than I thought I might be able to get it down to 45 minutes but the pace will need to be pretty harsh.
The only enhancement I can speak about at this early stage is that DominATP and Refresh did there job as usual. Very reliable... Refresh does something to my libido too. It's already pretty out of control with the Formestane but when you add Refresh, it's almost too much...
One other comment and it's about Eviscerate, I am starting to wonder how necessary it is to use it twice a day on the same body part or area. Man it was burning pretty good last night and I was really overheated. Overheated heck I was on fire!! No damage but still. I want to get everything I can out of this though.
Oh and my first weigh in was an even 240 ... so I lost a couple lbs during my week off.
