Hell yeah I'm pushing hard man. The move overseas as set me back somewhat but I WILL achieve my goals.

Also getting used to the new gym equipment is taking some time, just finding out which machines feel good, and weight settings etc. I am starting to get some good workouts now since I am getting more used to what I am doing in there.

I have decided most/all the chest machines are total ass and I'm going back to all dumbells. While the back machines are quite nice as is some of the arm machines. For some reason my chest just does not respond well to these machines, hardly get a good pump from them either and zero DOMS no matter how heavy I go.

Nice man!, DB's are nice I just switched back to them, I'll cycle them and bench, I'm Doing 4 sets of 10, flat+Incline, and then use the decline bench. I’m tore up the next day or two, I just feel you really isolate your pecs better..It’s a coin flip I know some folks who hate DB's! And feel nothing. I tend to think there not human :lol: glad to hear your leaning out some to, show that meat you packed on during cycle bro!

I love bench, but I get bored to fast with it, plus I get a better work out with the DB's, but both are fine with me as long as my form stays good, Fibers are hit more with DB's though....

I have never once used a chest machine that feels like it hits the complete range of movement that a freeweight exercise would. I always feel like I am shortchanging my workout.
