11 dry lbs.. Pretty good, IMO, for being a super fast metabolism youngin' finally breaking an almost year weight plateau haha.. I'm STOKED!

What is/was your total weight gain again? And how much of it have you kept?

My gain was about 10lbs, quite lean gains, have held about 8lbs so far, and I'm into day 12 of PCT. Also I am eating less ATM to lean up even more, so 8lbs is good.
 
8-10 solid pounds, and you were very sick! all in all it was a good run brotha man! Wooooooooooooo Hooooooooooooooooooo!

I only joined a few days ago and I've read this log from start to finish. That whole gyno incident was a bit scary, glad it worked out. I've learned a lot and stolen some ideas to beef up my diet too.
