It looks like your test hadn't rebounded from the hdrol cycle you ran, I don't think that the one would drop your test so quickly as 5 days. I wouldn't think that it is anything to trip out about, but you might want to wait a bit before your next cycle. How is your libido holding up?

Libido is ok, not huge, was up while on this for a while. Has tapered to normal-ish now. Maybe slightly lower.

Normal Parameters for an adult male (20-40 years) for Bloods mentioned:

Total Testosterone: 10.4-34.7 nmol/L
SHBG: 6-50 nmol/L
Free Testosterone: 520-1387 pmol/L
% of T Bioavailable*: 0.3-5%

*I am assuming BioT is Free Testosterone in nmol/L and that % of T Bioavailabe is % of Free Testosterone (normally 0.3-5% of Total Testosterone) since the only Testosterone in the body that is "bioavailable" and able to be used is FREE Testosterone (correct me if I am wrong).

Both your Total Testosterone and Free Testosterone are REALLY low, Craig; despite having a higher than normal % of Free Testosterone. Which is interesting. Your lower Total Testosterone levels could be due to having run a few cycles in rapid succession; and the fact that your % of Free Testosteone is so high could be simply because your Total Testosterone is so low. Your SHG levels are normal.

Dirk, Don, any comments?

pretty interesting- I would like to see a blood test later in the cycle- the rapid succession from one cycle to the next probably does have quite a bit to do with this- my guess(es):

1. You probably started off way below normal on your free and total T when you started The One, due to suppression from the other cycle
2. You were taking ATD- which is an anti-androgen- this will actually lower free and total T at first, and then allow for an elevation through other MOAs; followed by rebound estrogen and increased SHBG due to high estrogen levels
3. You were taking fast-acting orals on all the other cycles- fast in, fast out; meaning that when you start, T levels rise rapidly, but when you finish, and are shut down (at least to an extent), your T levels are going to be fairly low
4. The normal free and total T values you are currently seeing are going to be way above normal by day 10

Thanks for the input Dirk, have started my PCT now, to 2nd GEAR last night for the first time before bed. Rosie, can you post the PCT protocol for IGF2, Drive and 2nd GEAR in here please for me?

By the way! Huge thanks to AN and the team, they have kindly sent me two bottles of Drive to also use for my PCT. This is extremely generous and hopefully will help get my test and est levels back to normal quick smart!

I will also update this log for the last 2 workouts I did on The One, and let me tell you, so AWESOME workouts!!!

As for your t levels i have had a total t level of 57 after about 5-6 days of dbol although not as low as yours still extremly low i don know if its an individual thing or if some of these orals are just much more supprissive than we think, and i ramped up the dose from 10mg a day and never went above 25mg

Final [THE ONE] review

Diet:Diet was good all the way through, mosly enough calories
Training:Training was hypertrophy.
Body composition and Look:Much fuller, pumped all the time.
Muscle Hardness:Up slightly but nothing to rave about
Vascularity:Normal
Strength:This is where the product shines. I hit PR's often and the weights simply felt much easier to lift. Lifting on The One was a pleasure!
Speed:N/A
Co-ordination:N/A
Quality of Training:Really really good! Felt awesome all the time.
Mood/Aggression:Mood on this products is always good! Some lethargy but even feeling tired you still feel so damn good!
Libido:Up loads, then normal, then slightly down.
Joints:Painful with certain movements, even with joint support.
Overall Sense of Feeling:Really great! The mood boosting of this almost makes it worth taking just for that! Simply amazing!

Notes:
I can highly recomend this product, the mood boosting combined with the strength gains on this make it great to really increase your gym quality of training. I a good amount of lean muscle on this as well, while still being lean. There was some initial bloating, then this passed and I was left looking lean and pumped!

I'm glad you enjoyed your experience (once the gyno was passed). watching through PCT as well :)

Notes:Getting to know the new gym I'm at. So my numbers are up and down as the machines are all new to me. With reagrds to dumbells and bar numbers, nothing stands out, just good pumped still and I'm still lean and full.
Yeah, being in a new gym sucks. Unless the DB, BB, and machines have actual weight numbers on them it can be hard to tell. The gym where I have started training labels its plates on machines like CG SR and WG LPD and cables from 1 to whatever, with no actual kg or lb weights to go by. I had to 'weigh' some stuff myself to get an idea of what numbers were; and even then, it varies from machine to machine (sigh). But hey, at least I'm lifting again (even if it is weak) :)

My new gym is the same, the stacks are numbered, rather than showing weight amounts, which really sucks!

Sure is warm here man! I have the fan on now and it's 9pm!! Must be like 20degrees right now! I could actually happily go and swim! Amazing climate! Makes me realise what I have been missing!

Also, why is protein so damn expensive here!!
I'm assuming you mean 20 degrees CELSIUS and not FAHRENHEIT. I'd hate to see you swim in 20 degrees F. Hypothermia comes to mind.
