I'm not going there on the shrinkage issue...lol. As far as the metric thing, I don't know what to tell ya. It's just how we're taught. It all evens out, though. You're ahead of us on some things, and we're ahead of you on others. My metric is (very) rusty, but I'm estimating that 20 degrees C = about 72-75 degrees F.

Im not actually sure on the conversions my man, But 20 celcius is nice weather considering Summer is over here in Aus. Gold coast is nice year round. And the women, oohhh baby. poor Craig, having A GF an all. tut tut craigy, so much on offer up there bro, not a good place for monogomy :D

Weight gain was 6kgs, which is 13.4lbs... ;)

Considering the upsets/setbacks that you had while on that is close on a miracle mate.:D Very impressive. However unless you still got that 6 kilo 3 months from now it doesn't mean much. Damn it that sounds rude, but you know what I mean Craig-O? I hope you keep it man. 6 kilo is like 3 years or more of gym time as a nattty!

To be honest it was mostly lean, leaner than the gains I got with hdrol, but keep in mind my diet was much more strctured this time as well :)

haha when mmv3 gets released/or we need testers for a 4 week run, you will certainly one of the top people I consider dude :)

I know exactly what you mean, I expect to loose 20% or so of water/glycogen...the rest I hope I can keep, but with the move, the new gym, food being diferent and stress..might be hard to keep much.

haha yeah it's a nice spot that's for sure! It's 8:30am and the sun is already shinning! The amazing part is how warm the sea water is here. Already spoken to a mate here and he's getting me a long board! Can't wait!

Water temperature varies between a maximum of 27°C in summer months and a minimum of 19°C in Winter. It's about 24 at the moment, really damn warm, and you can surf in the water all day and night.

I know what you mean, I actually played pro basketball in Western Australia (Albany) in 1989. I had just gotten out of college and even though it was your winter season (July/August), it really wasn't cold. But I did go clubbing every weekend and had more than my share of girls! It was CRAZY! I also remember going to a salon to get my hair cut and having to show them how to do it. Then they kept the hair! You're right, it's DEFINITELY not a place for monogamy.

haha funny you should say that! I did end up doing a massive negative on the last rep of each set! Taking like 5-7 seconds on the eccentric movement! Bloody hurt mate!

close grip lat pulldown no? but he is missing what deads, bent over barbell row, or t grip row would give him.

Well sort of. Deads, yes.. but I understand on cycle, because the back pumps can be unbearable, and by doing deads you are pretty much just asking for pain. I am just a psycho and do them anyway. The wide/narrow grip pull downs is hitting the same muscle (in a different way (for width rather than thickness)) that bent over bb rows or tbars would give him. I was thinking more along the lines of chin-ups or straight arm pressdowns for his lower lats.

I do do bent over rows from time to time. I really should bring them back again. Chinups I usually do, but the recent back workout I had all these new machines to play on, so they got passed over!

I will get the pictures up today. Has been hard to get a spare minute here due to the gf wanting to look around the new city all the time.
