we got gluten free whole grain pancakes with sugar free syrup, some deli wraps we're makin, and possibly other goodies depending on if its early enough in the day

3/4 pint of semi skimmed milk
1 cup of ready break(powdered oats)
a table spoon of peanut butter
two table spoons of chocolate powder
5gm of gultamine.

then solid food-

1 bowl of alpin
1 banana

I treat myself one or twice a week to something astronomically huge and horribbly insanely good during my off cutting season. Chicken, steamed veggies and protein shakes for the rest of the week.....

1 can of white meat chic, rinsed (about 64 grams of protein)
1/4 green pepper cut julien
1/3 cucumber diced
1 tsp olive oil
3 tsp southwest spicy mustart

Yum, sometimes I'll use half a can of chic and 2 whole eggs scrambled. I have used spag sauce instead of the spicy mustard and it was pretty good.

Roast chicken(near enough half a chicken)
Roast potatoes
Loads off cabbage, broc and carrots
Yorkshire pud
And a load o gravy.

God damn it that was gooooooood!! Tell me its not a cheat!! Im bulking, nothings a cheat! Where's the cheese cake???
 
so i just finished a really awesome breakfast of french toast so i wanted to share it

I whip up 4 eggs and take whole wheat high protein bread (3 slices) and soak them for a bit before they hit the frying pan that's got some olive oil in it. I cook up all the french toast and any leftover egg batter. I then used strawberry protein powder from NTBM and mixed that with just enough milk to make a kind of strawberry protein syrup and I dumped that on top of the french toast

total: 3 slices wheat protein bread, 4 eggs, 1 scoop protein powder, a splash of milk, and some olive oil. Forget all the #s but it's 65g of protein (24 for eggs, 25 for protein powder, 15 for the bread)
