135lbs x 1 after I sipped on some MuscleTech Gakic
How much did they pay you?
 Just kidding, man. I love the vid. Short, sweet, and pretty slick for what it is. I should try the snatch. I feel like they'd rip my rather inflexible shoulders and pissy rotator apart on the negative. Maybe I'll give it a go.
No. I've never taken anything that requires a SERM or any extensive PCT. I've only taken stuff with strongly suggested PCT, like Natadrol, Junglewarfare and I think it was called 1AD by Anabolic Xtreme (or 3AD? I don't remember). Even on mild stuff, I get real bad lethargy, so be mentally prepared for that. The best suggestions are to make sure your PCT is good & ready. I'd ask more knowledgeable members on here, like DW, Kleen, GMC, Irish, Ed... a whole host of people other then me, lol.
What do you power clean anyway? I haven't Olympic cleaned (meaning off the floor) in a long time, because I always do my cleans after my Olympic Snatches and Hang Snatches, so at that point, pulling any off the ground is energy I don't have, so I always Hang Snatch. I think I could Oly Clean 225 for reps if I were fresh, but I've only been able to do hangs for the longest.
My power is far behind my strength ability and I don't think I have great "natural" power as is.
Here's a video I just threw together in literally 8 min; it probably took longer to upload into YouTube then to make it. These are some hang cleans I did after I did Oly Snatches and Hang Snatches awhile back, so I was already pretty exhausted. I only do a full front squat if needed, such as if the weight forces me down, otherwise, for such lighter weights as 135, I don't need to full front squat; I just catch it high. Also, my wrists aren't nearly flexible enough to set it across the proper positioning, high up on my delts yet. I can Clean grip front squats if given the time to adjust, but I can't catch it that high yet.
If you were ever to give it a shot, I'd spend a good amount of time warming up with overhead squats, primarily to get your shoulder stability fired up and to get the flexibility nice & elastic. It's really the top of your chest that feels peeled back in this stretch, so stretch your pecs, too. I like the Oly lifts for traps development and forearm development (when going strapless).
I have power cleaned 275 for a double, but it's been a while. I'd want to test 225 for a few sets before going above that now. You use a wider grip on your cleans than I; I've found a narrower grip helps to catch high on the delts and keeps my elbows elevated too. Just my .02

Certainly. I use a narrow, cleans grip on my front squats, but I can only hold the bar with my first three fingers. Once I can hold the bar with a full grip at that position, I'll feel better about catching that far up on my shoulders.

13mm Lever Inzer. Solid quality. The hide is so fresh when you get it that it makes you hungry for steak. It's also very easily adjustable. I received my belt at work and made my adjusts with screwing & unscrewing things here & there with a butter knife at my office desk, literally.
With the lever belt, you get the belt, the lever and some screws. You have to assemble the lever to the belt and this way, you can apply the lever to the proper area on the belt so that it would fit your waste. It only takes a few mins, even if you're not a handy man such as myself. Again, I put the thing together with a butter knife, sitting at my office desk.
Thanks, Sam! I used the 13mm Single Prong today and realized it wasn't for me, so I'll get the Lever Belt. - I always seem to feel like my size is in the middle of two of the holes on the belt. The lever will suit me best I'm sure.
I'm still getting a good knock out, drowsy effect from the Blue GROWTH. The strength effects are hard to measure because my workouts aren't a stream lined routine, short of my chest day, where I consistently open with flat bench. I'll know by next week how my bench strength is coming along, otherwise I'm feeling good.

Our Firm did some office re-carpeting, so we had to move the entire office out, desks, file cabinets, drawers, hundreds of law books and the move the office back in. I think I tweaked my back from all the moving. I'm not sure all the inflammation has kicked in yet, but I can feel it just getting out of bed or getting off the pot. It's a bit discouraging and I hope it's not going to be another serious re-aggravation.
Lol i decided first thing i do when i buy a house is commercial grade handicapped bathroom high toilet with the arm rail to help getting up and Dan and gives u something to grab for the tsunami craps

I use to sneak in some naps on those handicap rails when I first started working real 8 hour days like a grown up, lol. I snore like a wilda beast too, so I wonder how that must have sounded when other people came in the bathroom and heard something hibernating in the handicap stall.
FFS, Vol I never subbed the thread after your invite..I have some catching up to do..WTF! Sorry brosinski...I'm here, late as ever..but what can I say?
So we did some re-carpeting at our firm these past couple of days and in that process, we had to move our office completely out and back in. Throughout the moving and rearranging process, we threw some things out here & there. Out dated Law Books, etc... In front of our building are some large dumpsters. We have been placing our junk in say dumpster C, given there are dumpsters A, B, C, D, E.
Apparently, we have been placing our office junk in the wrong dumpster, so the manager of another business, who owns dumpster C, came out last night, literally dumpster dives and throws all of our stuff out and around the dumpster, the street and surrounding premises, so all of our stuff with our logo is spread out everywhere. Then the bitch calls the cops and says that's our trash, which it technically was, though she's the one who threw it all back out, however, it was also true that it was not our dumpster she says she found our trash in and around, so a sheriff came into our office and said, either go pick up the trash (that's been thrown out of the dumpster and spread around the premises) or get cited.
So this morning I spent the better half re-picking up trash and moving it over to the proper dumpster (in my work clothes). This crazy bitch also left a bunch of messages on our voicemail with you mother****er this you mother****er that.
I just started my cutting diet today. The only way dieting has ever worked for me is to really cut down on the carbs, transition my simple carbs into complex carb intake and to kick in the cardio. I'm also kicking my protein intake way high as well. I'm currently 217lbs and looking to drop to sub 200. I'm fairly certain I'd immediately drop 2-3lbs of water and whatever else if I simply cranked up any cardio at all. That's how it usually works. My only carb intake today was my morning oatmeal and a banana (with 4 egg whites) at 11am (snack).
I feel like I should take in some carbs pre & post workout, but I may simply keep it at pre-workout.

lol and a host of other good ish I can't eat. I had a savory tuna/spinach salad earlier...... castration at its finest. I have to find ways to get around eating too much chicken. I'm so sick of chicken in any form other then curry or in a fajita, which I can't have.
More than a lb or two, you're doing good. I'll be watching, and lending moral support from afar. Don't mind the noise, that's me working my way through a whole bag of rice cakes.
