Oh ya I was there WAY too damn long. Like I said my friend has a thing for the bartender. We were there a good 4 hours. At one point I was just walking around the club to bump into people. Literally just moving them out of my way.



Anyway I am pumped to do chest today. Been spending quite a bit of time in front of the mirror. Liking the changes that I see.

My friend and I had a long ongoing joke about going back to college to go to a frat party or even a house party that had a huge batch of jungle juice and pouring in large amounts of the following:

- niacin: for the flush/burn
- beta alanine: for the tingles
- caffeine and/or geranium: why? you've seen what Four Loko can do.
- creatine*

*This is the interesting one. I have NO clue as the science side isn't my strong point right now, but we jokingly theorized that it could hold more alcohol intracellularly, thus keeping you drunk longer. That's probably not remotely true, but the thought is funny.



Or you could always drop random items into drinks when people aren't looking, too; like gummy bears. You could see how many people you were able to "roofie" that night without them noticing. Everyone loves a good challenge.

Damn I am anxious to lift. After today I am going to have a few solo lifting days. Going to be trying out a few new exercises then. That part will be cool for sure but work outs have been damn good lately.

I know you don't smoke and neither do I, but I never go to a club/bar with out a lighter :) Here's the thing tho you'll be more likely to start a conversation with a girl that way. I they ask you why your not smoking say you just needed some air a lot of the times half the bitches that are out smoking only do so when they are extremely ****ed up so their inhibitions are low or non-existent at this point they are vulnerable which makes it perfect time for u step in. So next time u walking around the club aimlessly looking creepy remember to go outside....on an other note let your boy know..female bar tenders are A) super hot B) super slutty C) have huge tits or D) all of the above the reason? Sex sells the bitch will pretend to like u/him and flirt so she can get good tips. If u want to get a girl like that be a complete dick, or show up with a bunch of other bitches stay around the bar and pay her very little interest. This will make her want u/him....that's today's lesson on pimpology 101 from yours truly Mr.brown.

On a whole other note good to see your workouts are getting better bro. Hope your sleep is also improving. No not old, but you get tired of having to be on guard all night from the prowlers who have no respect for the wedding band. I get tired of running them off, much less running women off from me so the wife isn't pissed when she gets back from the bathroom. When it is about getting laid clubs rock! Haha on the queer part ur name was the last one I remember to shout out. I used to be on an other board u on. U helped me put together a arm routine to bring up my bis about a year ago....as far as the smokers, who said anything about kissing them >:)
 
Anyway back on subject. Chest today

Started off with flat bench. Warming up with 225 felt REALLY light. Decided to just skip 275 and go right for 315. The last few workouts 315 has been 1 and done(last workout I got 2 sets of 1 rep). The 1st rep with 315 was a breeze. 2nd rep went up easy as well. 3rd rep I hit a little wall but pushed through it. Was going to just stop there but Ben said try 325. 1st rep was easy enough so I went for a 2nd rep. Now I wont say it was pretty but I got it.

I have to stop right now and say something is working lol.

Incline barbell press: last week I got 225 for 4 with help on the 5th. Today I got it for atleast 7 if not 8 by myself. Then did 1 rep with 275.

Then DB flyes starting from flat and moving up in incline.

Followed up with Decline barbell superset with low cable crossovers

Finished with smith machine neck presses.

Oh and a damn good DC chest stretch.

Tomorrow might be getting a deadlift video. Not making promises but going to try. My right hip was/is acting up. Started when I was benching. Supposed to go run tomorrow morning.

Oh and weighed the most I have ever weighed today. Stepped on the scale with everything on and was 250. Was starting to think I was on the way down.

It was a little more than 275 lol. But ya I think I was hitting 275 for a few reps before. Hard not to try and push bigger weight when the person you lift with is trying to hit 405 lol. We do a great job of pushing each other. Like I said I had no intentions of trying 325 today lol. Oh ya lifting solo the next week. And not too long after that I will be lifting solo for a while most likely. Work outs were really starting to progress well. Not saying I wont be busting my ass but it sure as hell didnt hurt. Pretty sure a couple of great bodybuilders would agree a workout partner helps.

Would be cool to break past my PR of 365.

Also my right hip doesnt feel any better. Hopefully it doesnt become a problem. Lifting my leg is uncomfortable.

Wide grip pull ups 33 total reps

Bent over rows 225 for 3 sets of 8(those back breaking parallel reps)

Narrow grip lat pull downs with a squeeze

Chest supported tbar rows

Back felt big after this workout. Really felt my back being worked. Did a lot of stretching in between sets. Weight was only 247 after my workout. Been feeling extremely dry today.

Alright now off to talk about how I feel. Im not one to put much weight behind the whole roid rage thing, but I can definitely feel myself getting mad about things that wouldnt bother me faster. Just quicker to lose it before I calm myself down. Nothing major but it is present.

Libido has been crazy with the Endosurge. Taking it with food has made the libido aspect more apparent. It wont go down and the loads are much larger than usual.
 
Nice workout Tom. The pull isn't as ugly as you made it sound. If you feel like u getting to aggressive on the stack your on try some L-dopa **** will make u feel good. Keep putting in that work buddy you are beast!

The Endosurge I am taking has L-dopa in it. The Endosurge had my libido on full blast today.

Lift was quite smooth, as always you don't give yourself enough credit. BTW, I agree with Judo, damn im behind...

Ehh well it doesnt look like everyone is impressed lol. I swear I put a curse on myself with the claim I wanted 700. Any less than that and people are like "ehhh whatever that isnt sh1t" lol.

Taking today off from the gym. Idk if I am getting sick, sinus crap(changing weather facks with me), or just the addition of dairy back into my diet. Nose is running a lot and I am sneezing a bit plus my throat feels a bit dry like something is stuck. I dont feel weak but this much steroids can sure mask that. Going to go do arms tomorrow. Elbows felt a bit beat up today too.
 
It was a good lift, I only hope to pull 600! Right now I'm struggling with 525, and it's nowhere near as smooth as your pull!

Man I dont even feel like I am that big, but geez looking at the video kind of changes my mind. My shadow walking down the stairs is looking mighty beastly too.

I think I might be getting way closer to the border of too big. Need to cut back a bit. But I uh just had a monster meal lol. Rice with pulled pork, PB and J, apple, and sweet potato fries. Would have been better if I just had an intense workout. My muscles feel nice and fed though.

No real sides a few head aches here and there. Thought I felt something growing under my right nipple but nope an extra 20 mg of Forma a day got rid of that. Body feels a bit run down but I have been cutting down on rest time a lot lately. Hopefully I feel good and can hit arms well today.

hey tom one thing i know is how to kick a cold ;). But buy a pack of emergenC at walmart and start drinking those 2-4 times a day. will just about kick a cold. I had the same cold virus that was going around down south, and was drinking this stuff and sometimes airborne. i had it for two days and it left. :) try it out i promise. oh and hottttt showers on chest and face keep the lungs and nasal passage all runny, so you can blow it all out. one thing that sucks is getting sick during a cycle.

By the way F****** awsome lift! got me pumped for lifts tonight. Also jealous at the music your gym plays...... Mines always techno/dance music. Everytime im in there i feel like i should be throwing sticks under a disco ball. ha. oh well head phones and an mp3 player solves everything.

Oh and how about the steelers game........ Ben played like udder SH!t..... i think it was like 4or5 turnovers?!?!

Ya I have been killing the emergen-c. Made a nice little c0cktail of goodness: 16ish oz of water, 1 scoop vanilla protein, couple dips of Metamucil(orange), emergen-c pack(orange or raspberry) that stuff is damn good. And the good thing about using transdermals is a lot of hot showers. Taking 2 a day atleast. The nose is running A LOT but seems to be clearing up a bit. Before last nights shower I couldnt breathe out my left nostril. Will also be using vix vapor rub tonight.

Ehh the music can be good at the gym. It is an older playlist and it has some odd tracks on it too. So it is a little hit and miss.

Please dont get me started. I am glad I was too busy to watch that game.

This friday should be playing some poker. Dont know if it will be for money or not. Should be fun hopefully a few people show up.

Also got my hands on the LA Noire game. So far it is pretty fun.

Alright so workout today was damn good. Truly felt the power of pain lol. It hurt to hold my arms up lol.

Military press: nothing too crazy here. Didnt have my bench mark(Ben) lol

Behind the neck press: just 3 sets of 135 to help blast them a bit more

Standing Arnold press: just kept going up in weight doing 10 reps.

Standing DB lateral raise: 3 sets of 10 really concentrating on contracting at the top and holding

Lying 1 arm rear delts: 2 sets of this and they were HURTING

Seated DB cleans: felt so stiff

My shoulders were on FIRE today. The pump was stupid. Forgot to take my GlycerGrow. Right now my shoulders feel like I didnt even do anything to them though lol.

My weight was 250 after my workout today. Been killing some food post workout. Still feel like I am leaning out though. Feel damn sexy looking in the mirror before I shower :sgrin:
 
Oh ya and speaking of weight. One of the bodybuilders at my gym just looks at me like I am nuts when I tell him how much I weigh lol. Dude is pretty damn shredded especially when you consider how much he used to weigh. Real nice guy and willing to help out. Interested to see if this carb back loading diet will pay off in the long run. I need something I can stick with. The whole 6 meals a day is not for this guy.

Also my PM box is now open. I know I missed a few. Great thing about having a smart phone haha.

My nose has been a damn faucet. Constant supply of mucus. Took today off from the gym. Today was the first day I felt achy though. Other days I had felt alright just a snot head. Will try and go do arms tomorrow then Sunday rest. Monday back at it again on track. Hopefully this clears up soon so I can be full force for this cycle.
