Glad to have ya join man. I hear ya cant wait for the season to start.

My chest is so sore from yesterdays workout. Today is going to be arms. Been focusing mainly on triceps the last few arm workouts. Should be hitting biceps fairly hard today. Plus shoulders and chest were a lot closer than usual so triceps still feel a little burnt. Getting another supplement rub to try and help with soreness. Plus Milas came through for me. Didnt doubt you bro. Not sure what is in the mail but I want to be surprised haha. Also talked to a good buddy and he said he might be able to send me some stuff. Real good dude if you ask me.
 
Benadrly can make me a little drowsy but doesnt put me down. Started taking the Endosurge at 4 at night. Seem how it plays with my libido too. Hopefully Milas and Ageforce can get me some of the melatonin patches and other goodies to try. Probably going to take a Need2Sleep tonight.

Also I didnt go to the club tonight. Might go next weekend. My friend Matt's friends bailed on him so I said lets just go next weekend. Maybe try and get some others to go. I also need to go to the western part of Ga to see a friend of mine play football.

Tomorrow will be a good back workout. Then later going to a cook out/pool thing probably. Plus having dinner with the fam. So lots of food to eat tomorrow after killing my back.

Tried to do decline DB flyes but it was just too awkward.

Haha well my workout partner Ben and I both agreed the arch was just unnatural. The way the leg rest was set up it forced your ass up under you.

Well I am taking 75mg of Hdrol and 10mg of liquid Superdrol a day. The Superdrol is supposed to kick even faster. Just using it as a preworkout dose. Will post about my workout later. The monsters were loose in the gym today.
 
Arms today was just crazy. SHORT rest periods pyramiding down. Meant to really focus on biceps but triceps got tore up too. The pump was unreal. Felt like they were going to explode. They were rock hard. My arms actually looked and felt decent lol.

Everything was done with short rest periods. Some were even done "you go I go." I am known for my long rest periods too. So it was a big shock. Pretty much ran the show as far as the workout went. Didnt take long to do the workout but was very effective.

Long rope tricep ext
Machine preacher curls
Machine overhead tricep ext
Horizonal bar hammer curls
Reverse single arm cable ext

So not sure this is even relevant or related. But I have been EXTREMELY irritated lately. My fuse has been real short. Not a fan of the blame it on the roids thing. Have not been getting the sleep I need. Well definitely not the best sleep. I basically pass out and sleep when I can. Havent been feeling refreshed. Not sure which is to blame but I am going to a sleep doctor tomorrow.

When I'm on juice and I lay in bed all think about is destroying some ***** :)

Sounds good to me. Pretty sure my biceps will hate me after that haha. Arms feel pretty good today though.

I have been sleeping lately but the timing is off and it just isnt good sleep.

Also went to the sleep doctor today. Didnt find a whole lot out except I sure as hell cant live in a city lol. I couldnt find the building for the life of me. Was getting PISSED OFF! Pretty sure I was this close to destroying my beautiful new phone. Turns out the office shares a building with a bank and their sign is tiny.

Got a legit check on my BP uhhh it was HIGH. Like 154 over 96, but BP fluccuates and I wasnt exactly in a calm state of mind after being 20 minutes late for my appointment. Talked to the nurse and doctor a bit. Scary sh1t about the sleep apnea. I highly suggest anyone get checked out if they have sleep issues just to be safe. Will be getting a sleep study done on Sept 22 and a follow up visit with the doctor on Halloween lol.

Since I didnt do legs yesterday I plan on trying to double up today. Legs here in a bit by myself. Then later do shoulders with Ben.

I slept pretty good last night. 8pm to about 2am then 6am to about 10am. Obviously not ideal but could have been worse.
 
So you have sleep apnea and insomnia? Your bodyweight could be affecting your breathing. Def give you credit for going to get it checked out thats the best thing to do- i just hope they dont try to prescribe a bunch of narcotics

No they wont know about the sleep apnea until the sleep study. But they basically made it sound like there is a chance I do. Oh ya the nurse said it doesnt matter what kind of body mass you have. Well my family particularly my mom has been getting onto me about going. My dad has sleep apnea and my sister has a mild case. Plus I snore like the rest of my family... LOUD. They gave me a prescript for 10 10mg pills of ambien. I think a big part of it was for when I go to my sleep study. They hook you up to all kinds of monitors plus you go there kind of early.

Alright so since I didnt do legs last night I decided to go earlier today. Going to double up and do shoulders later. Im sure glad I went early today. Talked to my gyms owner(Dino) quite a bit today. Tried to help spark my interest back in the powerlifting meet. See how that goes. Gave me the idea of trying carb back loading. Similar to Lean Gains but a bit different. One of the bodybuilders(Matt) at my gym REALLY responded to it. Granted he definitely has some help but he said he hasnt been using T-3 or clen and the weight has just fallen off. He is right around 210 and just walks around lean. It is depressing and motivating at the same time lol. Plus picked up a few exercises from the gym owner.

Squats were feeling like ish warming up today. Plus couldnt find anyone to spot me. Matt disappeared when it was time for 405. I sure as hell wasnt going to get Dino to spot me. He is known for making you push yourself till you feel like you are going to die.

Squats 405 for 6. Lately been getting it for 3 maybe 4.

Leg press: just did sets of 15 reps nothing heavy.

Ok this is one of the exercises Dino showed me. He has a tbar row thing where u stick the bars into. There are 2 of them side by side. What you do is do them as stiff leg deadlifts. Only needed 25s on each to really feel it for 3 sets of 12.

Seated leg curls: 3 sets of 12 with 90.

Decided that was enough for a lighter leg day. Especially when I am doubling up. Felt real good wasnt expecting too much from todays workout.
 
Interesting I was told that body mass has a good bit to do with it if you are already predisposed that is. In other words if you have the structure that causes the sleep apnea already that adding fat mass to that will make it much easier for the airway to get obstructed.

However people who are heavy do not automatically get sleep apnea. Kind of like people asking about hair loss. If you are predisposed to losing hair then taking PH's or AAS is going to amplify that. If not then you will have a thick head of hair all your days regardless of juicing.

I hope that you don't have it but if so at least they can treat it.

I can imagine it doesn't because even when lean if I get over 205 I snore. I guess if the neck thicken whether fat or muscle it will help obstruct the airway if you are inclined for that.

Ya that was another thing she brought up was neck thickness. Over 17 for guys and Idk for the ladies(wasnt paying attention). I honestly was just thinking about how mine is definitely over 17. Mine measured in at 18.

Damn tonight was a great workout. Feel like I am being unleashed. Sucks because Ben has to leave for about a week for work. But getting in back on Sunday before he goes. Should be getting a deadlift video out of it. Nothing too crazy so lower your expections.

Behind the neck hammer strength press super set with low iso row hammer strength

Followed up with some ab work.

Then went and ate some home made cookies lol. They were damn good. Hard to pass up too.

So I saw this girl that kind of looked like her in my neighborhood. Then one day I knew it was her and I had seen her car at this house quite a bit. So I say aww what the hell and add Stank Pussay on facebook. Get to talking to her about the past a bit and what not. She was dating the guy and they broke up and now she doesnt know or whatever these bullsh1t kids say these days lol. Also she likes skinny little boys. WTF is up with girls like boys they have to worry about breaking? Anyway made me figure I have probably effed myself out of a lot of girls by getting so big. Then I remember I dont give a damn. Hell if I did I wouldnt be trying to deadlift lol. Anyway Stank Pussay basically said something about how Id be surprised how much she could fit in her mouth and throat. Then basically was like uhh nevermind. Just reminded me why I dont like religious girls. In theory they are great in reality they are BSC... Bat Shit Crazy. Haha I think I might add it back in. Might have been helping with aggression which is never a bad thing on cycle. Plus I have slept great the last 2 nights. Probably got a little over 6 hours last night. Intended to get more but oh well. Just finished a bit of coffee and vanilla protein. Going to get a little cardio in then shower. If I am waking up early enough like this and feeling great I sure as hell wont mind playing with my balls.

One thing I have been doing differently... taking melatonin earlier. A LOT earlier in fact. Last night I took it right when I got home from eating cookies, milk, baked potato, and steak(in that order) lol. Which was probably about 9:45ish. The nurse suggested taking it when the sun goes down to help boost your natural levels.

Anyways I feel afackingmazing right now. The sleep study people might be like "why the hell are you here?"

So today is going to be a good day. Going to do some cardio right now. Then later going to do arms by myself shhh dont tell my workout partner lol. I just cant let this kind of recovery go to waste. Plus they are some resilent ass muscles. That is assuming tomorrow will be a rest day and not a back day. Which is a good assumption.
 
Alright so today was a legit cardio day. Finished an hour of cardio while watching Drive Angry. I was facking DRENCHED. Some old woman came to the door and I had to put my soaked shirt on again. She was going door to door trying to get votes for city council lol.

Haha well I just find the crazy ones.

Anyway today went and did arms by myself. Basically just tested out different lifts I dont normally do. Got my arms feeling pretty good. 3 lifts for each but kind of tailed off at the end. Had got a little busy talking. Found out something undesirable about the powerlifting competition I was planning on doing. The weigh in has to be 2 hours before you lift. So that had my attention a bit.

Came home and had a perfect post workout meal. No fat pulled pork with sweet barbque sauce over jasmine rice. Was so damn good. Ended up passing out laying in bed. Was beyond out cold lol.
 
Expect big things from me guys. I am raising my expectations atleast. Getting sleep these past few days has been great. Mental clarity has been higher than it has been in a good while. Lately I had felt like I was in a fog almost. Still room for improvement since it seems like I keep waking up at the 4 hour mark of sleep. This extra brain power means creative ideas when it comes to food and training possibly other things too.

An example of this is last night my post workout meal. Nothing but carbs and protein goodness. Today I mixed a scoop of vanilla protein, with metamucil, and Toco-8. Tasted pretty good along with my eggs. Also I had coffee with a scoop of vanilla protein(nothing unique here). Just feels damn good to be back.

Also notice a very slight pain on the right side of my chest WHEN and only when I touch it. Otherwise it isnt noticable at all. Going to add an extra pump of Forma-Stanzol at each dosing.

Might go watch some college football tonight since poker got cancelled. Was looking forward to taking some people's money :sgrin: Errr also got invited to the club again. Either option could end up bad for lifting tomorrow. With watching football I can leave anytime I want. Going to the club I am at the mercy of others.
 
Yeah glad your sleep is good hoss. Just dont go after medicine for sleeping. That stuff is sooo bad for yah. Ambien gave me anxiety. But the best sleep I have ever had. I wish it wasnt bad for me........ I miss it. But dude you are powering through this cycle. Gj!
 
Alright so I wont go into too much detail, but I figured out why my friend Matt kept invited me out to the club. He has a thing for one of the bartenders there. She is pretty hot I will say and seemed cool. Guess he didnt want to go up there by himself and look like a loser lol.

Alright so what I learned last night. I HATE clubs and wont be going back. I hate white girls at clubs. People will let you talk their ear off if they think you will beat their ass if they dont. I can get away with flicking random people off. It is fun just bulling my way through people who are in my way at the club. Bouncers hate club people almost as much as me. Random half Asian girls will talk to me.

Ya this post had absolutely nothing to do with this log but had to gotten out there.

Missed my workout today. Went and recorded Ben pulling 585. Was a super easy looking lift. I will make the back workout up on Tuesday. Going to hit chest with Ben tomorrow. See how 315 or more feels.

Also got Ben(my workout partner) running the Anabeta/Erase stack. Will probably report on how that goes for him. Plus I plan on using that as part of my PCT.

Glad to see you are using AnaBeta and Erase in your PCT. The AnaBeta is awesome I can tell you ;) I'd start off at 4 caps and quickly jump to 5 or 6 :thumbsup:
