Nice man I wish I was going to a house I hate watching fights out in public. Even when Im around people I know in small groups I just want to watch the fight STFU.
Ok so I went and just did some arms and ended up doing a little back too. Saw and talked to one of my sister's work friends. He is going to have a friend hook me up with some deer meat :cheers: The workout wasnt anything special but I got a nice pump going.
Went home and had dinner with the fam. Wow it was amazing. Had beef, red potato, carrots, and onion stew over jasmine rice. The meat was so tender and delicious. Cant beat a home cooked meal from mom.
After dinner got to talking about family heritage and what not. It came up in another thread and I had no idea other than "Chinese and white." So talked to my dad about it and turns out German, English, Irish, and Scottish all coming over in the time frame of about 200-300 years ago. Then saw some OLD family photos.

So went to Hooters to watch UFC. Card was boring but main event was exciting as expected.
After that went to the same bar as I went to when I met up with Lindsey and her friends.
Honestly this night wasnt too much different. Saw some of my sister's friends there and talked to them. They were drunk and dressed up for a Halloween party. Hang out a bit and see some of Mario's coworkers who know me from the fitness center and the cook out they had. Hung out for a while and was really ready to go.
My friend Dirty asks me to drive this girl home because she is about to walk. She didnt live extremely far but she was drunk and it was a main road aka no safe. She insisted on walking strike 1.
I decide to stay outside and talk with Mario's coworkers because I was tired of the smoke. Who do I see stumbling out of the bar? My sister's friends of course. 1 girl who Idk ended up laying on the ground. I walked over and helped her up but she couldnt walk so I ended up just carrying her. She is small and pretty cute. I look over and Scottie is carrying Joscy(my sister's REALLY tall friend who is pretty hot). She has on a dress and apparently decided a g-string was all she needed :lol: so got a little view. Helped them into my friend's truck and off they went onto a party.
Later... Ok finally time to go. The 2 girls stumble out I help them walk and the topic of discussion "Tom will drive EVERYONE back to their appartment." Well apparently Christina wasnt paying attention somehow. Try to get them to my car, but for some stupid reason Christina is sitting in her car. Dirty says alright well Keion will drive Christina's car back. Dirty and I leave and then we get a call... Christina awoke from the dead and starts freaking out because Keion isnt going to drive her car because he drank. Now I understand that completely, but I was going to drive them and her dumbass was too drunk to pay attention. Then she calls her ex-husband to pick her up. Wait for him and damn was it an annoying night. Finally drop them off then head home.
If u read all of this I commend u and u deserve some facking reps. Damn I need a Samuel L. Jackson Beer!

Took today off from the weights. Just been feeling like I could be getting sick so let my body have another day to rest. Will be killing it the next 5 days A,B,A,B, and then upper body on Saturday for a nice pumped look.

That picture is 2 years old and I'm 2 years improved since then especially since starting injectable Test in February. Still on it too. TRT doses(300 mgs. of Cyp) for 10 weeks and then up to a gram of Test a week for the next 10 weeks.
I'm 18 lbs. heavier than I was in that photo with slightly less bodyfat. I'm 256 lbs. at around 9% bodyfat these days. And stronger than ever!!!! :yup:
The aesthetic physique aspects of this whole hobby is truly secondary or even thirdary to me. It's the pain and power that turns me on!!! :twisted:

So lately I have been going a little crazy with the cinnamon. Name something I have probably put cinnamon on it lol. The other night I had tilapia... with cinnamon and coconut oil on it lol.
Checked my Ipod today and thank God it is working. I couldnt take listening to the gay sh1t they play at this health club. Honestly I think that might be y I took the last 2 extra days off lol.
Did 30 minute of cardio today wasnt half bad while watching tv at home. I need to be able to hear the tv or the tv doesnt help.
Plugged away at this online thing today to try and catch up some but still got quite a bit to do. Multiple forums+gaming(recently)+lifting+everyday stuff=not much time.
Ok so Im pretty sure I have said this already(unsuccessfully), but Im going to take a break from chasing girls. Figure I got enough stuff in my life to fix. Dont need to add a crazy girl to the mix. Since that is what I go for apparently. Going to atleast wait till Im back in school. Need an edumacated girl but seriously I dont think I will have much luck at this school. Never had too much to look there before. Oh well probably need to focus there anyway.

Idk I seem to be pretty good at repelling them. Oh well I have plenty of other stuff to worry about like I said. Wouldnt mind a little help with the ole libido when its good. But I know when I go on cycle I wont want a girl around. Well except to give me massages, but I have only found 1 girl who didnt quickly complain about their hands hurting. Did I mention Nicole went to school to be a massage therapist? :flowers1: But it is seeming unlikely I will be going to see her anytime soon.
Speaking of cycles still trying to figure out my next one out. Having so many option is making it harder to make a choice. I am still all over the place with my next plan. It was planned to be SD bridged to Havoc (all out bulk), but I am awaiting the Androseries to make up my mind. Who knows though, I change my mind all the time. My gf is considering doing another semester in Italy, and the only good in that is if I have libido issues, I wont be too concerned.
