But today is the day for glorious battle!!! And with Mjolnir in hand and the power of All-Father within me........nothing is impossible!! :hammer::hail:I'm stoked and yoked this morning!!

Even you off day posts inspire me big bro. I am with you on dreading the off days. I feel like I am cheating myself even though I know it is good for me.

I went to the doc yesterday to get a blood test. I told him I was feeling run down. Will find out today or tomorrow what my levels are. If not good, maybe TRT. If good, I think it will be time soon to start my h-dro/x-tren stack.

If I were you, I'd be hoping they are bad so he would prescribe you some of this wonderful Test-Cyp!!! That way you'd have a good Test-base to make that H-Drol/X-Tren cycle even MORE effective!!! :woohoo:

I was out for blood this morning!! I knew when I first woke up that I was going to have a spectacular workout. I would have it no other way. I utilized self-hypnosis and visualization techniques to put my mind in the most positive frame possible. "All things are possible to him that believeth!!":hail:

CHEST

Flat Machine Bench Presses--120X12, 220X10, 320X6, DC Rest-Pause Set:430X9-5-3=17 total reps and that my friends is a PR!!!:head: Woo-to-da-hoo!! Back off set:330X14. And my pecs were warmed-up now!! ha ha Searing hot is more like it. :angryfire:
PRE-EXHAUST SETS:
Incline DB Flyes--30'sX12, 50'sX10, 90'sX10
Incline DB Presses--30'sX12, 50'sX10, 90'sX11. This was much harder than the machine presses were. To do the flyes to failure and then immediately start pressing them for all I was worth!! :yup: Total effort expended here.
SUPER-SETS:
Pec-Deck Flyes--100X12, 220X14, 220X12.
Cable-Crossovers--(each hand)--50X12, 90X15, 90X14. Another smokin' little combo of pain!!:aargh: This completely fried my pecs to a crisp. Stupendous pumps.

TRICEPS

Lying Triceps EZ Bar Extensions--(nose-breakers)--75X12, 95X10, DC Rest-Pause Set:175X11-6-4=21 total reps. Same reps as last time. This shit is heavy my brothers!! :crazy: I kid thee not. Back-off set:115X14 and then I straight-away went into Close-Grip Presses with the same weight: 115X17. That's a total of 31 reps with this weight. This is a Ronnie Coleman favorite. I've seen him do these this way many times. And it blew my tri's up incredibly.
PRE-EXHAUST SETS:
DB Kickbacks--30'sX12, 50'sX12, 50'sX12.
Standing Pushdowns--100X12, 180X11, 180X10. This was a rough friggin combo!!! Going straight into a set of pushdowns right after the kickbacks was uber-intense!! I had to get my growl on!! :grumble:
Reverse-Grip (underhand) Pushdowns--100X12, triple-drop set:160X11>120X10>90X13. And they were done!! Whew-wee!! Were they ever!! Swollen with blood!! :bigeyes:

TRAPS

SUPER-SETS:
Machine Shrugs--200X12, 350X10, 505X12.
DB Shrugs--50'sX12, 75'sX10, 120'sX13. And that's all my traps required for maximum stimulation. I'm really just trying to maintain size in my traps. They are already disproportionately huge!! But I just love heavy ass trap work!! :mischievous:

I am blown away by the 90lb DB Incline flies!!! I am happy when I hit 80lbs on the flat!!! You are just a beast TG, and then to blow the chest more with the incline press!!!

You've got to give this pre-exhaust combo a try. You'll love the intense pump you get from it!!! It feels like someone is holding a blow-torch to your chest!! :silly:

I really like your DC/Traditional Hybrid. I may implement that myself soon.

You'll love it Volcom. Army Guy has implemented some of my intensity techniques into his workouts and he's enjoying it immensely.

But as you look closely, it's so much more than just a DC hybrid. There's also the super-sets, pre-exhaust sets, and drop sets tossed into the maniacal mix!!! I've gone quite mad with this routine!!!

One could even say that I've gone Berzerker!!!

No Dr. prescribed test for me. I was at 790 which is pretty damn good for an old fart like me. The next cycle should start early May.

I feel as though I could eat lightening and spit sparks this morning!! Very electrified. Energy coursing through my veins. Pulsating with euphoria.

20 Minutes of exciting exhiliration HIIT style on that wicked device know as a glider machine.

When I hear the word "glide" I think of something easy. This is NOT the situation with this peice of Medieval torture instrument.

330 nonstop reps of ab absolution consisting of painful penance in the form of seated machine crunches, leg raises, and kneeling rope crunches.

I called this penance due to a small (really small=half pint) amount of chocolate ice cream that I broke down and ate last night. I've haven't cheated on my diet in quite some time. I'm leaner than ever before. My carbs have been kept lower than any previous attempts. So I consider the carbs from the ice cream as part of my weekend refeed. LOL I will NOT cheat again for many more weeks now. :no:
The extra carbs from last night have left me looking fuller and much more vascular this morning. When I was doing the cardio on the glider machine, I was looking in the mirror and my veins were just exploding through my skin!!!
