I was on the top of my game both mentally and physically this morning!! This was a very productive workout. Growth and strength increases have been assured providing I eat right and get enough sleep.
And I WILL!!! :thumbsup:

SHOULDERS

Seated Arnold DB Presses--30'sX12, 50'sX10, triple drop set:85'sX13>55'sX12>35'sX16. I finally gained a rep with those heavy ass 85's!!!!:twisted: Hel Yes!! :head:Next week: 90's are on the agenda. Let's see what I can do with those.
DB Upright Rows--30'sX12, 60'sX12, 60'sX11. Just straight sets on this exercise. Very strong and really in the groove with these.
TRI-SETS:
One-Arm Bentover Cable Rear Laterals--30X10, 70X12.
One-Arm Cable Side Laterals--20X10, 50X12.
One-Arm Cable Front Raises--30X10, 60X12.
The first round was a warm-up of course. And after that one big Tri-Set with the heavy stuff my delts told me that's all they needed. Especially after the Arnold Presses and Upright Rows. Delts were large and swollen.


QUADS


2 light sets of leg extensions to warm up the thighs: 150X15, 150X15.
Machine Squats--150X15, 220X12, 320X8, 480X12. Then a 30 second rest and dropped to 350X12. That was a 10lb. increase and a rep gained on the heavy set!!! Putting the power to these suckahs!! :aargh:
Seated Leg Presses--250X15, 450X12, 730X15, Another 45 second rest and dropped to 550X26. Here also was a 10lb. increase with a rep gained on the heaviest set. Time to keep inching forward here. It's just weight!! :dunno:
PRE-EXHAUST SETS:
Leg Extensions--90X15, 120X12, 210X21.
DB Squats--40'sX12, 60'sX10, 90'sX11.
The first 2 rounds were warm-ups and then that 1 pre-exhaust set of heavy proportions was all my quads needed for the day. My evening walk will begin with a limp!!! ha ha

HAMSTRINGS

Stiff-Legged Deadlifts--135X12, 225X10, 385X11, a 45 second rest and dropped to 275X13. A 5lb. increase on the heavy set. Really had to dig deep into the power reserves for the last couple of reps on that one!!
Standing One-Legged Hamstring Curls--40X12, 70X10, triple drop set:135X12>90X11, 60X13. I gained a rep on the heaviest set here too. I was out for gains this morning and would NOT be denied!! :no:

CALVES

Standing One-Legged DB Calf Raises--30X20, 50X15, 80X21, 80X20. This was heavy stuff here. I just gotta make these calves grow and evolve into full grown bulls!! :banghead:

I am exceedingly pleased with this morning's brutality. This was a session to be remembered. I'll be thinking over this one and re-hashing it in my mind tonight while I'm at work. My work partner will have to hear all about it!!! That's okay.....he works out too.

I set this workout ablaze with 3 scoops of that wonderful Anadraulic State GTSE 45 minutes before the fray!! It lit a huge fire under my arse!!! :firedevil:

No, it's not getting old. The way they make you feel in almost indescribeable. It's better than words can convey. It makes you feel like you're in your 20's again, but way stronger!!! :head:
And the recovery, mood, pumps, muscle gains, and libido increases are out of this world!! :yup:
 
Jaw-droppin' leg-work man. When you get into such high numbers, things really become dictated psychologically. You're a prime example of overcoming the mental barriers that keep most guys from lifting so much.

Yes, it's a mind-over-matter scenario. If you don't mind it (the pain) then it don't matter!!!:thumbsup:

Got my glide on and am feeling fan-freakin-tastic this morning!! Very energetic, alert, and hornier than a
4-balled tomcat on Ectasy!! Ready for anything the day wants to sling at me. Bring it on!!!

20 Minutes of exhiliration on the ol' glider machine.
330 nonstop reps of ab excitement comprised of seated machine crunches, leg raises, and kneeling rope crunches.


Smoked it. Laid it to waste. Annihilated it. Muderlized it!!! ha ha

Now for some good eats. It's the weekend. My carb-up refeed is about to begin. :food:

Cardio went real smooth....one could say Almost Easy........but on a side note: I AM insane!!!:Eyecrazy::stupid:

Just get test base powder and make your own patches ;) But pinning is the way to go and it doesn't hurt at all, only a few days afterward. There is muscle soreness and inflammation, it goes away in 3 days depending on the person.

Pinning is the way to go. I wish I would have listened to all those people over these last couple of years that tried to get me to forget the oral-only cycles and instead run injectable Test with them and after them too. I will NEVER run orals without a Test base from now on. NEVER!!

The very cool thing about the injectables is how long you can stay on. I'm running this first cycle for 12 weeks. But the next one may get stretched out to 16 weeks now that I see what this ish can really do!!!

By the way in case you haven't looked back some pages, I've upped my dosages to 150mg. of Prop and 100mg. of Cyp 3 times per week. A total of 750mgs. for each week. Now the strength gains are nothing short of amazing!!!
I'm leaning towards changing that ratio for the last 4 weeks that I have left. I'm thinking of Prop @100mg. and Cyp @150mg. 3 times per week to finish things off.
I know the Cyp has a long ester, but I still like dividing it up like this to keep blood serum levels at an even keel. Plus I'm combining the Prop and Cyp into one syringe. So it's all gravy!! :biglaugh:

Next cycle I will more than likely venture on up to a gram a week and let the good times roll.

8 weeks is the minimum for prop. 6 weeks is just silly :thinking: you'll end up extending it anyway lol, so you may as well do 8 from the get-go.

No problemo brotha. 12 is the norm, but 16 works well too. I wouldn't go longer than that though, unless of course you decide to stay on forever and just blast and cruise. I ran a gram a week and my blood pressure went insane, s i had to drop it back down. Be aware that all sides are increased significantly.

Carbing up on the weekends is my favorite part on cycle. Males you feel full and strong - ready to take on the whole week at once :o

Regular (overhand) Pulldowns--100X12, 180X10, 220X8, DC Rest-Pause Set:300X8-5-3=16 total reps. Been awhile since I went this heavy. But I'm using better form now. Back off set at 220X13. I had the "cobra" enraged. He spread out nasty and wide!! :twisted:
Close-Grip Seated Cable Rows with Short Rotating Bar--140X12, 200X10, triple drop set:330X11>260X12>200X12. It's been a while since I did these with the short rotating bar. I like the different feel to it. Much different than a V-Handle to me. I like to change things up as much I can. I like the wide lat bar rows too. They're coming up in the next rotation. :thumbsup:
Super-Sets:
DB Pullovers--40X12, 70X10, 135X9, 120X10.
Rope Face Pulls--40X12, 60X10, 120X11, 120X11.
This is only the 3rd time that I've done the rope face pulls. I keep reading of guys on here doing them and watching guys on youtube doing them. I'm so glad that I decided to give them a go. They're great.
One-Arm Bentover Cable Rows--70X10, 130X11, 130X10. I love the cross-body stretch on these. I don't do them facing the cable stack. But I stand with my non-working side to the stack. I feel a great elongating stretch as I pull the weight upwards and across my body. Really effective variation to DB Rows.


BICEPS

Machine Preacher Curls--80X12, 120X10, triple drop set:210X10>160X9>130X12. I kept the form tight and the pumps were sick!! The big biceps rope was throbbing and bulging in bold relief. I could hardly look away from the mirror!! ha ha Thunder.......vanity be thy name!! LOL:rolleyes:
Pre-Exhaust Sets:
DB Spider Curls--20'sX12, 40'sX11, 40'sX10.
Standing Close-Grip Cable Bar Curls--100X12, 160X10, 160X10.
After that first heavy pre-ex set I was wondering what happened to me on the close-grip curls. I thought I would get a few more reps than that. Then I had to remind myself I just dropped the 40lb. DB's to the floor from the Spider Curls and staight away grabbed the bar to do the close-grip curls. Let me go on the record and say that Spider Curls are downright HARD!! You can't bring in other muscle group into play to help the poor biceps out. They're on their own like a babe out in the storm!! :baby:
One-Arm Bentover Cable Concentration Curls--30X12, 70X11, 70X10. Once again.......I did this cable version for the variety. Last time was DB Concentration Curls. I keep my muscles off-guard like this. They're like, "What is that madman throwing at us now?" :fool2:

FOREARMS

DB Pinwheel Curls--30'sX12, 50'sX10, triple drop set:90'sX12>50'sX11>30'sX15. The 30's were light. They were more for my personal enjoyment as I was watching myself in the mirror and the veins in my arms and delts were just exploding!! :shocked:
I couldn't tear myself away from myself!! LMFAO

This was a most demanding and brutal session but in the process I had a mad fun time!! Very happy with this session. Productive for sure.

Time to eat big and grow big!! Then a celebratory doobie and some much needed rest. :smokin::yawn:
