i like that you doubt my arms are 19in.. just reassures me im better. Just wish we could make a bet so i could stick that s*** in your face in person and see the dazed look on your skinny face

bottom line is i know more about exercise physiology as well as being able to put it to use, period.

Anyone can use steroids and bloat up with a bunch of fat. I know plenty. Not many people look the way i do. Most guys ur size ask me what im on. wonder why that is????

weight lifter will not get more out of compounds over iso's for their arms.

i think i noticed a little from bumping the test dose up, libido actually seems above average instead of just average

it's interesting to note because sometimes i really feel that a greater effect is attained from an increasing dose rather than a static dose, i don't know exactly why but it seems you kinda get used to a dose and don't benefit much after a while, and the derivative of your dosing scheme determines the magnitude of the effects you feel.
I noticed this on the oral portion of the cycle where week 1/2 were awesome but week 3 all at the same dose was significantly less awesome in terms of gains, but beyond that i wasn't FEELING the compounds to the same extent.
 
Same same even now since I'm on tren and test when I'm of I only do one m1t

If someone hits each muscle group 2x a week without over-training and someone hits each muscle group 1x a week ...who will make better progress.

if youd been around for more than a week you would have seen i used to contribute quite a bit to this board, unreal will vouch to that!....but most of the guys on this board nowadays have lifted for a year and a half, done 1 ph cycle and think they know errrthing. So i dont post here anymore except to stop in and say whats up to a couple of guys. I will, flame people from time to time cuz its fun as hell! And for you to say any direct arm work is uneeded is def flameworthy....might be uneeded for you but lots of guys definately need it.

im starting to get some of my size back and working out pretty hard but my hips still give me a lil trouble from time to time....you can rehost if you want

and no im not a stripper, thats my extra bathroom and that sign "fell" off the mirror of a bar thats by my house so decided to save them thetrouble of cleaning it up and picked it up for them. Im a really nice guy like that.

Impressive 08 picture V shape and back width and nice mass on the recent one. You still have a "V" going on even with all that mass on the recent picture. Lots of mass is always good to play with and mold into a great looking physique. And for the record mass does not equal fat for anyone reading this.

I know you know your bodybuilding pooch. Never said you didn't.

sorry again man. usually i dont act like that... i blame the CLOMID!! Anyway, didnt mean to trash the thread- thats why i stopped posting after a few replys to the guy, and i have pictures in my album anyone, including him can look at.

good to hear bumping the dose had an effect

competing is too serious for me, i like bodybuilding because it makes me look good and feel good. I like looking ridiculous and throwing lots of weight around and filling out my shirts properly.

actually competing is a lot of work, i'd need to shave my whole body, get a full body tan, do the ridiculous contest prep, all the crazy dieting, slip into a speedo and oil up, it's all a bit much for me. And i don't think my physique is that great, i'm genetically pretty asymmetrical, it's pretty apparent when you look at my arms, my left bicep is actually shaped differently than the right bicep and the peak is even flatter.


Today has been a major cheat day for me and I feel great. I feel like i want to do my own version of contest prep and just start cutting. Right now i don't even care about those goals i had carefully set to cut without losing any LBM at all, I just want to start taking this bodyfat off. I really don't even have that much to lose, but the last few weeks have been 0 progress in the mirror and i'm ready for the next phase.

Excuses excuses. Hell, the present Mr. Olympia's left leg and arms are smaller than his right. Its all about presentation.

I think you have good potential, but you'd need a good amount more size to compete b/c you're kinda tall. Still, awesome progress. Hopefully I'll get to 230 by sometime next year.
 
Hey mooch I used that hcg protocol you told me about for my last cycle..it worked out realll good.. Recovered quicker then ever and kept majority of gains.. Def best pct to date
 
well it goes against errthing that is being parrotted on this board lately buuuut, essentially its an hcg/clomid bridge and you dont start the hcg till the end of the cycle. Hcg is such a ****ty drug and produces crappy sides for many people. This protocol utilizes a high dose hcg blast at the end of teh cycle and then transitions into your clomid.

That sounds like a great PCT... I'd imagine all the test being produced would no doubt keep your gains on for those weeks with hCG without having any gear in you making gains a TON more keep-able in the end.

Balls would be so functional when starting clomid that the slow rise in LH & FSH would actually work even if it was such a low amount rising.

FTR, I believe direct arm work is necessary and I do direct arm work myself. Also, I am well aware one simple study on 1 individual does not a rule make; but I think it's safe to assume there are certain "back" exercises that stimulate the biceps to such a degree as to make them almost hybrid exercises, not movements in the traditional primary-secondary school of thought we all know.
