think i've got my next madness cycle figured out

I agree with you he had tons of experience under his belt with all the compounds he had ran. Next to you, that would have been the only person I'd go to for advice on injects and of the sort.... actually I did ask him one time for info about that and he was very helpful.

Who else??? Nos I would go to... Hump... Unreal... Edwitt knows his sh*t too.... Jasen's advice I'm scared will put me in a coffin lol but he knows his stuff too... Gamer knows his roids too but doesn't have as much experience as others. That's about it lol. 1 down is too many down.

LOL, I might go with a Jasen cycle for my next run haha..
 
I understand what you are saying. I had my DNP log killed because they don't want DNP logs on AM. We can run logs on stacking 10 injectables, but not DNP. Then we get banned is there is a disagreement.

Also what was messed up, was BigBlackGuy's log. I was enjoying that. But then he took **** from a mod and had to end it. Well I understand him. If a mod came in here and gave me ****, my log is over. I run a log to motivate other people and to motivate myself, not to take ****.

Hmm about the biggest and strongest I've ever been. 238 pounds... I think I am looking more like 11% bodyfat right now... (EDIT: hard to tell, probably more like 12. Can't find any overhead lighting. )

while hitting the T3 fairly hard. Well not too hard. I don't want to go under 220 no matter what. I'm trying to end up in the 220-230 range at 7%. Definitely seems like a good goal, it'll be tough.

probably got axed (the log) b/c DNP is some serious stuff and very dangerous if taken the wrong way. AM probably wanted nothing to do with that. That" being if he was to have serious problems while taking DNP, like death.

But, I was still excited when it was posted. Wish they would have left it up.

And the way we avoid that is we talk about it and tell people proper injection techniques. Protect people by giving them knowledge, not by keeping them in ignorance.

I know that wasn't directed at me. I was under the impression that there is a very fine line between effective and deadly when it comes to DNP. I'd never use it, but it can be very effective thats for sure.

Hey guys. Well since I got off the orals I'm just trying to maintain my weight above 235 (+15). It's going to be tough I can tell that much already. So for a few weeks I'm just fighting to keep the gains from the orals. AFTER my weight is holding steady, i'm going to slowly readjust my macros to more of a recomp status (cutting out more carbs).

Around 3-4 weeks from now I'm going to start the T3 at around 25mcg and start working up. around 5 weeks from now I plan on getting on the Halodrol. As the halodrol cycle gets going, I'm going to quickly ramp the T3 up to 50-75mcg. Somewhere in there. I want to end up in the 220-230 range but get RIPPED to sh1t. I'll be pumping T3 all 6 weeks of halodrol, then get off. I should have a couple more weeks of injectables left to ride out while I ramp the T3 down. Then hit PCT.

My PCT plan is to use an asston of clomid. I've got a lot. It works awesome for me. Logically the next thing for me to try is more of it. I've never gotten sides from it. I'll see how high I can dose it without getting sides. It works so well, i really think more is just going to be better, lol...

At the end i'll get bloodwork done with a lipid panel. And see how my body handles a 20 week cycle with 4 weeks SD, 4 weeks PP, and 6 weeks of HD in it.


BTW today was just a cardio day. Barely hanging onto 235 pounds. Tomorrow I'll hit chest. I might have to increase my calories just to maintain my weight. That means I'll have to put on fat to keep muscle ><. Means i'll have to work harder during phase II of my cycle. WHY can't this be easier.
 
i doubt halodrol is strong enough to keep gains on T3. why not just go back on SD but a light dose? then adjust the SD so u get the max of T3/SD u want, i used halodrol, i just cant picture it holding onto mass while on t3

My T3 is liquid.

You guys have me worried... Yes i know the halodrol is going to be very weak. But I can't run nothing but SD! LOL. I've already run SD in every cycle since 2008. I can't start running it twice in a cycle! Eventually i'd be using nothing but Superdrol. I love it but i can't JUST run superdrol. ! LOL.

I'll be on a low dose of AI for months with this cycle, with SD twice, my lipids would probably be trashed so badly.

I just need the halodrol to provide something anti-catabolic enough to handle 50-75mcg of T3. And I'll still have like 600mg of injectables stacked into it. I SHOULD be fine.

Worst case scenario, I'll throw in some SD as a pulse or something. I'll figure it out. But i've got a ton of HD and I want to use it.

ive never run h-drol but my buddy is running it right now and he's getting really good results from it... i bet it helps
 
and it does help, but it is not strong enough to hold onto muscle while USING T3!. i got a buddy who used t3 week one nothing week two dropped like 7lbs! no cardio no diet change just resistance WO and T3. so yeah i do not think halo will cut it. i grow QUICK on SD therefore i belive T3 can hold it. but if i used something like a low dose low dose t3 then maybe but i would make sure halo is at like 100 and im 2-3 weeks in already.
 
i know i can push more T3 when using more powerful anabolics. I'm not going to suddenly drop 7 pounds because I weigh myself everyday, i monitor myself too carefully.

it'll be basically 100+ mg halo stacked with 300mg test and 300mg masteron. That should be enough anabolics to handle the T3. Jasen your friend used no anabolics, and was a dumbass for letting 7 pounds slip away if he wasn't trying to drop that fast.

Like I said, worst case scenario, I'll start pulsing SD in there.

Endurance and pumps, not so much. My energy was good, but I felt my chest dying after the flys. Flys are a great chest exercise, I believe they work chest better than any kind of bench.

It was a good workout. 275*6 is a PR on my incline. Like i've said a million times my presses have always sucked for how developed my chest is : / so i'm very happy with this lol... Although I am sure the only reason I got 275*6 this time and not last time is because I skipped all the intermediate weight and went straight to 275. But whatever i can't complain.

iso rows: 145*10, 160*10 (2nd set there is a PR yay)

Nope never. Don't wanna hurt my back. Bent over rows that heavy puts enough pressure on it as it is. Its feeling pretty tight right now.

I understand with proper form I wouldn't hurt my back. But a few years back I had a bad pull and my back hurt for months. I just don't want to risk it again, it's not worth it to me. I'm strong enough that I'd need to work with a ton of weight on deadlifts. 400+. And i just don't want to.

same here ive pulled 585 for about 4 reps maybe 2 or 3 times.....but i havent done them in forever.

the back pumps just hinder the rest of my workout. i may just do high reps with 315 today at the end

I've never done deads... tried them and they're just not for me. Some workouts you love, some you hate. But none are mandatory for a good looking physique.

That way I can get ridiculously strong, somehow keep getting stronger on tren, and then do it again. Maybe run T3 the whole time. Make slow strength gains teh whole cycle while getting stupidly ripped. Something like that. I haven't decided on the next cycle yet. Don't want to get bigger though. Just leaner and stronger.

I'm really pissed about my weight dropping to 234 today. That's -4 pounds from my peak. Not cool.

I'm drawing up the battle plans and i'm going to attack with food. Meal 5 will include a massive steak. I am on track to hit 400g of protein today.

Great idea, upping the protein/cals should help, plus, who doesn't love a massive steak? I grilled me a 20 oz sirloin yesterday.
 
If the machine continues to lose weight on 400 g of protein and hard diet.... I will have the hope of keeping my gains robbed from underneath me and head into PCT with low morale.... Lie to me Jerry!!! Lie to me!!!

holy ****ing ****.. 585 x 4... what do u think ur max would be for deads.. 625-645?... thats ridiculous man.. i did 515 @ about 190lbs.. and though i was the man.. thats for a single though... how many can u do with 405? 10-15 reps?...

unreal your abs are going into hiding for the middle part of your cycle huh.. nah i still see them there.. there hiding under the 400gs of protein and 4000 cals uve been consuming daily.. plus ur holding some water in the midsection at this point im sure..
looking good man... keeping some of that strength which is real good even if you lose a few lbs
