think i've got my next madness cycle figured out

Damn unreal you make me say....Fukk my sorry ass genetics. Even though I was a fat ass I never got the fat boy calves. It makes me sick that I have chicken legs with as much as I have worked them out. Especially my calves. Your physique shows how much work you have put in and how dedicated you are!
 
i've got to update, i had wanted to use tren, i still do, but don't want to deal with buying everything... I'd need 3 vials of tren, i'd need another vial of test because i'd have to run that higher, i'd need more needles/syringes and i'd need to get some prami and even with the prami i'm not sure i'll be safe from gyno... I'm going to hold off until I can plan it properly and take every precaution to deal with prolactin sides.

Instead i'm going to pin more of the masteron enanthate i've got lying around... this stuff like test is very very weak on me i notice some hardening but that's it last time and i was doing 600mg ew. This time i'm going to do 320mg ew just trying to look a little harder and hell hopefully it at least has some anti-catabolic effect, I may start my T3 sooner.

new dosing is
sust .7mL M/Th = 350mg ew
mast .8mL M/Th = 320mg ew

i figure these compounds do so little to me anyway that I can probably get just as much benefits from a very low dose, as raising the dose didn't make them any stronger.
 
i've never heard that, it's the same molecule that binds to the AR so there can't be much difference... I just think almost everything is garbage on me.
 
today is day 12 of the insane stack, so far sooo good haha. weight is holding constant but i'm looking harder (? it's weird for me). Strength gains keep going insane. 285*6 on my bent over rows, i'm hitting 295 next time w00t. Through the whole back workout, not one sign of a backpump and i am not even taking taurine. I'm getting literally 0 sides. The last few days the suppression has become more noticeable though, balls are definitely on vacation, and that "on" feeling which for me just means constant muscle hardness nothing else.

Man i wonder how much of this stuff i'd need to run in order to get typical sides.

holy **** dude.. thats ****ing nice.. im so bad at bb rows.. dled 515 @ 198lbs.. can pull down the whole stack in the gym for pulldowns, can db row a hell of alot too.. but mybb rows are so bad.. im lucky if i can get 225 for 8... where u pulling the bar to .. lower abs?.. belly button?.. sternum? how straight up are u standing.. i think i bend over a little too much on my bb rows.. everything i read leads me to believe this is the weak link to my bench.. i feel like if i could bb row even close to 315 id be able to break that 405 mark on bench with no issue..

i know one of the guys in here was repping 405 on bb rows.. thats ridiculous

Now i wonder what Nos does.

One thing is for sure though not enough people train BB rows with enough weight. I see stuff like cycle logs and people are doing 135. If you're on cycle you should be doing more than that lol... I think people are making the form too strict and depriving themselves of all of the inherent pulling power you have in that position.

i stay around 225lbs if i bend over more than 45 degrees. the 315lb pulls are almost like im going to DL it, but legs are only slightly bent...but i def drive with my legs for the beginning of the pull so i dont hurt my lower back. if u need a little more explaination let me know.

thanks for the advice man.. ive never tried more then 245.. and hell thats on cycle.. right now.. im just working with 225.. i bend over way too much it seems like.. im @ like 60 degrees.. ill stand a little more upright..
 
you stand up anymore than 60 degrees and you'll be doing upright rows, just sayin. I guess it depends on what back muscles you want to target though. I have done them more upright but the form I have right now feels really solid and I've been able to crank the weight up quite a bit using this form so hopefully i'll be doing over 300 soon. I was stuck doing 245 for most of last year until my recomp cycle got me up to 275 and after PCT i've been able to do 265 ever since... So i started this cycle at 265 and now 285 and going up up up I wonder how much i'll be able to keep :).

I have been really loving back workouts for a while now, seemed like last summer i blasted through some plateaus I had. I can do over 200 on the t-bar rows although i only finished at 190*7 today. My last exercise was one-arm rows with 135 for 10 going to do 145 next time.

I completely agree I'll pull 225-245 for my last set and I'm constantly being asked how I can do it. You have to go heavy on these imo. Also, I constantly see people doing BB bent over rows w/ their back at a 90 deg. angle?? I don't know why anyone would choose to do them like that. Thats just asking for lower back problems later on.

and 135*10 for rows is sick! I hope this cycle keeps you upping those numbers

yeah my back is fine it's my shoulders and pressing exercises that are weak. Well did chest/shoulders today, up about 10 pounds on chest presses but they still suck, did enough sets of 10 on incline that i fried my delts and couldn't shoulder press to save my life, did some db chest flys, did some db shoulder flys, the usual. Guess my favorite shoulder exercise was lateral db raises, worked one arm at a time, felt really good, hit 45*15, next time i'll throw the 50 around.

I can't say anything about this cycle i haven't already said, it's just fun, smooth solid gains every time, looking bigger and harder, I think my muscles are so swole it has me looking leaner but i don't think i'm actually losing much fat. Fantastic pumps in the gym almost debilitating, i could barely get my shirt off after the workout, one of these days i'm going to rip my shirt just trying to get it off.

BTW today was day 13, weighed 231 pounds.
I think week 3 will be fun ;).

got a BBQ later on today, bring on the calories :)

trained arms and it was pretty sweet. What was remarkable were the seated preacher curls with an EZ curl bar, got to 155 for my 5th set and managed 4 reps, that's definitely a PR for me.

So i guess everything is going pretty well... no sides really... a couple pimples showed up on my face from the testosterone though that's kinda annoying.

Overall I would say I'm looking rather stacked jacked and juiced. I dunno if it's all the sun i've been getting but my skin tone looks darker and harder so it looks like more muscle maturity.

Hey i never said he had to cheat....he just said high carb. You can still eat healthy and good calorie carbs...oats, whole wheat stuff, sweet potatoes, etc. My next meal is gonna be two pieces of NY Strip and a sweet potato....and i consider that a cheat because i'm so anti-carb lol.

i coook so much food on the grill at once that i constant drop stuff outside on the ground.....i just tell myself that its adding a little flavor
 
we cook about 5-7 lbs of chicken on the grill at a time and just nuke em later when we need em... my weber gets used more than a cheap wh0re lol
 
day 15 weight is holding steady at 231, i already upped cals but it looks more like i'm recomping (?). I'm forcefeeding myself right now. I only have an appetite for bad food, it is really tough to force this chicken down. Protein count was up to 350g yesterday, that's about as high as I can get.

i can only hit between 300-340 on my best days, and i know what youre talking about... some times you wanna say f**k it and eat something you know will just kill your diet for the day. i normally have a huge appetite, and it might be the heat but im more thirsty then hungry at all times.. LOL

Arms/chest/shoulders all looking more defined, upper abs more defined, still stubborn belly fat on lower abs and waist, damn you... Would be awesome if i could finish this cycle in the 220-225 range and 8% bodyfat I'm gonna make that my goal.

Back workout was insane. 295*6 on my bent over rows no problem, repped out the stack on lat pulldowns for sets of 10 (vs. sets of 6 last time). The stack says 300, probably not actually 300, but it's definitely more than my bodyweight because the bar pulls me up pretty quick when my legs aren't locked in. 140*10 on the iso rows... anyway yeah good workout felt like a maniac.

No taurine and no backpumps, even doing those heavy ass bent over rows, I was surprised, i must be indestructible.

SOLID bent rows man. I struggle keeping my back parallel to the floor on heavier weight but that is freakin good. question though.. 140 on iso rows. are you talking about the plate loaded hammer strength kind? cuz i rep 340 on that, but struggle with 225 on BB rows and with 180 on tbar. LOL

And repping the rack on lat pulldowns... You must have gotten some very funny looks. Solid.
 
my back isn't parallel to the ground on the bent over rows that's for sure i'm between 30 and 45 degrees, closer to 30 though. Yes SC i'm talking plate loaded hammer strength iso rows, each side had 3 plates and 5's so 140 per arm. I can take it heavier but it's my last exercise so i'm killed by the time i get to it. I hit 205*4 on the T-bar. I do my bent over rows first so they take my strength priority. Might change it up next week so i can go heavier on t-bar and iso rows.
 
ohh man ive been reading what i wanna see lately i guess. I didnt know you did 140 each arm thats a lot better, 270 is my warm up weight these days (so i thought that number was real low), I thought u were doing 140 altogether I was like how is that so?!?!

And yeah I normally do iso rows last im curious to see how much of a difference it will make to do them first. my bad bro lol

Chest/shoulder workout

Awesome as expected. Trained incline in a high volume manner... Usually I am too embarrassed about my bench #s to share cuz like i said i think my weak shoulders hold back my pressing a lot so I can never put up good #s for how big I am. Anyway my incline today felt good, went like this
135*10 wu, 185*8, 195*8, 205*8, 215*8, 225*8, 235*7
I'm trying to stick to incline instead of flat because it's less weight, flat benching over 300 too much last cycle was how I hurt my chest... i couldn't help it, repping 3 plates feels so good.

Oh funny story about the gym today, saw this guy in there who looked like he didn't lift weights, he had leather gloves on like a lumberman or a gardener would wear. I watched him walk over to a flat bench and load 2 plates per side, then got on to unrack the weight, his arms shook and stammered, and he racked it again... I kept looking over but never saw him do 1 rep. Next time I look over, bench was unracked. Then I saw him over at the legpress... This douche had loaded up the legpress with as many plates as it could fit. Once again, this dumbass looks like he's never been in a gym before. He unlatches the legpress, goes down about 2 inches, his legs stammer and the plates vibrate together, then he racks it again. I watched him for 2 more minutes... He just sat there getting ready to do a rep... But never did one. When I looked a few minutes later, it was unloaded.
What a ****ing douche, lol.

Anyway my strength and recovery is fantastic, muscles are hard, pumps are big, I look very full. Good stuff. Absolutely no sides.

The current stackage looks like this:
Sust 350mg ew (on the 5th week)
Mast E 320mg ew (on the 2nd week)
SD 20mg ed (on the 3rd week)
PP 30mg ed (on the 3rd week)

honestly the only important one there is the Superdrol lol. It just blows everything else away. I am gaining strength slightly faster than SD solo but not much really. Phera isn't bad but for me it nothing compares to SD.

i don't even do squats anymore, i take my leg days light. Squats are great but they've given me a massive squatters ass and quads that make my pants tight. A few weeks ago i sat down and tore the ass out of a pair of shorts, i liked those shorts cuz they were lightweight material. But if i'm wearing pants like jeans i feel so inflexible. THERE'S NO PANTS THAT FIT BODYBUILDERS. So i've been focusing on ***** leg exercises... like leg extensions lol.
My legs aren't "massive" or anything but i'm not going to start buying custom fatass clothing just so i can make them even bigger. I have to draw the line there.

Squats are all good and fun until you can set a cup down on your ass then you're like "sh1t son i did too much squats" lol. Exact same thing happened to my friend... he won't touch squats anymore and always complains about his ass, haha.

But hey on the bright side it is fun when you can squat a lot.

Yeah you may want to back off squats eventually... It just doesn't do when you have to go to a formal event with a tucked in shirt, and from the front all people can see are your wide shoulders and huge chest, and from the back all people can see is your wide shoulders and huge ass. Haha.

When do you see most of your strength/mass gains from phera?? I haven't noticed all that much yet... I think mainly what I've been seeing is the Tbol
 
good to hear im not the only guy who's ass balloons on cycle. ive ripped two pairs of jeans in the crotch and couple other pairs i just cant wear... im spending way too much time in my gym pants and all my tighter jeans look retarded now... i need a new wardrobe apparently. im gonna have to rock zubaz like this old pic of Jasen i found.

When do you see most of your strength/mass gains from phera?? I haven't noticed all that much yet... I think mainly what I've been seeing is the Tbol

i ran phera solo twice, each time i logged it, each time i noticed the weight gains immediately as it builds up that high water/glycogen environment (this is the temporary weight). And then the strength gains really came later on, mostly during week 3/4, as you use that environment to facilitate some actual gains. So in my experience, Phera takes a little while to "kick", and should definitely be run around 5 weeks to really benefit from it.

yeah I feel ya, no way I can fit into any tight sexy pants right now. And that's no old picture of Jasen, he just took that picture. It looks like a beer but actually that's how he mixes up his Abombs/M1T/SD concoction that he's been cycling for the last 2 months.
