Stupid moment of the day... i fuc ked up minute rice lol. i out in the rice and put it in the microwave, im taking a dump and and i can smell is this burning starchy smell... forgot to add water. what a mess. now tribeca smells like how i would imagine Heroshima did.

some older bb in my gym was doing skulls like last month and his tri like snapped and ripped off a chunk of his elbow, it looks weird and felt funny when it was goofed up... was pretty hardcore

you should keep what you gain from slin. ive run it along side 100mg of dbol and test. im about to throw in my clen and t3 next wk so ill be on sust /epi / slin / clen / t3 and possibly phera next wk as well.
on a side note something is giving me the absolute worst gas ever.
i also am having some real itchy nips and i think they look puffy. gay.
possibly phera too? This ****'s getting interesting. You looking to change the pace to more of a recomp with the clen/T3?
Cant be the sust already? I have heard some people getting puffy, tingly nips from epi occasionally

epi kills my nips.. theres been many theories on why this happens from bad estrogen rebound every 6 hrs or so after each dose... to prolactin... im pretty sensitive to progestins.. so i tend to think its the latter.. but epi kills my nips either way
Hey man you said you're having some elbow pain? Well you should try this out...I bought one of these resistance bars and did about 3 sets of 15 every day for about two weeks and really cleared it up.

A Deeper Look into Anavar
The short answer is YES anavar is well studied for enhanced wound healing/tissue repair. The "rotator cuff" is basically a group of muscles and tendons... ie tissue.
Oxandrolone causes:
1) backdoor increase in GH
2) increased collagen and elastin syntyhesis (repair the tendon portion)
3) increased nitrogen retention (strengthen the muscle portion)
Search on oxandrolone and collagen elastin and you'll pull up a boatload of studies. Its actually an indicated use if I recall. (iow, doc can prescribe for slow wound healing)

UPDATES - its becoming abundantly clear that im gonna have to do something more drstic for my joints. im researching my options... perhaps ill add anavar... this seems win-win
- i seem to be responding really well the epi, my weight and strength is up and honestly i feel more pumped and less flexible than with the mdrol.
-i hit the +20 lb mark so thats exciting, the way i feel with the epi right now im very motivated for the rest of this... i was losing interest during the last 7-10 days of mdrol but now i got a big boost again.
-next wk comes the clen / t3.
-what does everyone think about pulsing phera for the rest of this? or should i just leave it alone since i seem to be responding well enough to my first run of epi? or should i just run the phera stacked with the epi?? opinions please.

I agree bro... Dude I got into lifting because I was fat and depressed, I looked like a fat white piece of ****... Just 18 months and a couple weakass cycles later i was STACKED. the physical and mental confidence, the overall change in my life, was amazing. I love the gym, I love hitting the weights, I love it so much.
Congrats humpy... what u did is quite impressive. And now I'm jealous that you're going to keep blasting away, and surpass your already-impressive previous stats! Up and up big buddy.
