you know since my sd/epi bride was retarded for a first cycle when i do my third cycle (not the one i plan to use to cut on test e) I will make yall look like a couple of school boys hahahaha jk

thanks bro, feels good to see the strength come back and quicker than i expected. before my hiatus i could do 405 x2 on flat bench. so im not that far off now. back in february i was benching 185x7or8 haha. so ive added about 130 lbs to my bench. retarded. gotta love the muscle memory.

this is just my get back in the swing of things cycle... you just wait and see my fall cycle haha.

the cougars get wet cause i stuff the front of my bicycle shorts.

And i hurt it doing something so stupid, i was unloading a truck, the dumbass driver rolled a package off the end and i grabbed it, but wasn't ready and bent back because of the momentum..fucced me up good

Yeah I hope so.. Since ive also discovered I have scalpular disfunction from working chest harder then back, i am trying to hit lower back up too in order to help strength.. and working on core exercises... once im on the epi im gonna keep doing back twice a week and keep chest at once, and the second day that would normally go to chest im gonna do arms.. I dont even remember the most I ever benched I know it was a lot I remember the sound of the plates bangin against eachother and laying on the decline bench and pumping out like 3 reps, coming up and people were just staring at me.. kinda like last week when i hit 450 on the hammer strength decline.

sorry for the rant but pointless injuries ARE a bitch i think thats why i have trouble with my shoulder cuz im slightly pronated towards the front. i love military presses i was repping 225 x 12 but i guess my bench was going up but all my pull exercises were weak and i hurt my shoulder
 
yeah i mentioned it a couple days ago in here that my back is my weekness... when i started working any years ago, the guy that got me into it didnt work out back so neither did i lol... by the time i was hitting back at all i had gained 50lbs and was benching over 200... so my back still lags.

sound slike your plan should help it catch up tho. i almost always have a focus bodypart that i hit twice as often as everything else for 6 wks.

something that's helping is tricep rope face pulls. get that sh1t as heavy as i can stand it. im loving me some back workouts tho.. i was just about mirror muscles i guess and some will say my chest is my favorite but my back... i dunno i just love a good back workout the most since ive been trying to correct it. im off to a bday and gonna have a cheat meal.. later bro stay up

UPDATES - its becoming abundantly clear that im gonna have to do something more drstic for my joints. im researching my options... perhaps ill add anavar... this seems win-win

- i seem to be responding really well the epi, my weight and strength is up and honestly i feel more pumped and less flexible than with the mdrol.

-i hit the +20 lb mark so thats exciting, the way i feel with the epi right now im very motivated for the rest of this... i was losing interest during the last 7-10 days of mdrol but now i got a big boost again.

-next wk comes the clen / t3.

-what does everyone think about pulsing phera for the rest of this? or should i just leave it alone since i seem to be responding well enough to my first run of epi? or should i just run the phera stacked with the epi?? opinions please.

i would just like to point out some progress... brag a little if you will... i deserve it.

11 months ago i was 176lbs and partying 7 nights a wk, often for several days straight, coked out of my mind nonstop. i went to rehab out in Long Island, cleaned up and came back home in Manhattan. since August 20th when i decided i had to stop, i have not relapsed whatsoever, no matter how bored i get sitting in my condo. I got out of rehab Feb 20th and back in the gym Feb 21st. So ive only been out of rehab for 4.5 months and i have gotten myself back to 225 and feeling good again.

The gym is an amzing tool to help towards recovery. the discipline it has helped instill in my life when my life really had none is something that has repaired and saved my life on so many levels. dont take this hobby for granted folks. ive noticed there are alot of recovered or recovering addicts on this forum, congrats to you, stay strong. If anyone is reading this and is still in addiction, lets this be motivation. the happiness i was searching for at the clubs, with the women, in all the aspects of partying and never found, ive finally found again in the gym. feeling good about myself.

This is more than a hobby, its a lifestyle.
 
which epi you using i am gettin WINNIE soon and thinkin of stacking it with epistane! for extra hardness and vascularity

im using actual IBE Epistane.

this would be an absolute killer on the joints. it would work though im sure... i would just run the test winny tren and add masteron... thats my preferred cutter cycle. makes me look like an absolute freak, insane vascularity.

epi/winstrol is a poor stack for most people bc of the joint issues

the synergy you hear about with winstrol is the decrease in SHBG should should mean higher free test... also there's supposed to be anti progestational (i think i made up a new word?!) activity
 
triple post was cuz my comcast was screwing up

i though i was 13 the machine at work is broken and i had suspition. so i bought my own which was like 60-70$$$ and it said 11.3% which seems more like it. the machine at work always kept saying 13. when i lost 40 lbs it still said 13 loll
 
and yes it was done first thing in morning with no water.food.

so accuratly im at 11.3% at 221

my goal is though 230 at 8-10%

you should drop the tren e then a week later drop the test. you definitely do not want to be running the tren without the test and you dont wanna start crankin any serms with the tren in your system.

masteron works at 10% or lower imo... so once the tren and winny got you real lean then crank the masteron too.

nah jasen, the triple and quad posts are from you not using the edit button! Anyway bro, you and I share about the same goal, I want to end my cycle in the 220-230 range at 8%. I dunno if i can do it but i'm gonna friggin try.

About those electric impulse tests, they can be way way inaccurate, hell i just look at the mirror and guess my bodyfat these days, or post pictures and AM tells me.

You'll want to start PCT about 2 weeks after the last shot, that takes care of the ester clearance period. Some people do 7 days, some people do 10 days... whatever, the point is that there's no point in hitting PCT when you've got synthetic hormones still raging through you.
 
how about i just drop the T and tren and then just run pct one week later mkae it more simple. pct for 5 weeks nolva/clomid

but i belive u have a good chance hitting 235-240 at 8 percent since u already got like 10lbs on me. u are close to 230 correct>?
 
you can start pct after just 1 week... i've wanted to try that, i think what'll happen is the clomid will make your balls swell up but you'll still be suppressed for a few days, then the recovery will start to occur.

Right now I am about 238 and I estimate 12% but who knows for real, I'll post a picture in a few days to a week, whenever I decide i'm done with my SD.
 
im also takin 7.5 grams of CLA and 2 grams of l-carnitine it seems to helps keep bf down with my cardio
 
the cla is spread through the day
 
even though tren and test both have the enanthate ester, tren is nandrolone derivative and has a slower rate of clearance than the test.
