Good workout. was pretty piumped when i went in to see my weight up again. you remember me telling the story of how my joints were feeling better??? well F that. F it right in ass. my right elbow and my shoulders hurt like double anal. (thats an assumption just to clarify)

Stupid moment of the day... i fuc ked up minute rice lol. i out in the rice and put it in the microwave, im taking a dump and and i can smell is this burning starchy smell... forgot to add water. what a mess. now tribeca smells like how i would imagine Heroshima did.

some older bb in my gym was doing skulls like last month and his tri like snapped and ripped off a chunk of his elbow, it looks weird and felt funny when it was goofed up... was pretty hardcore

yeah i have def had tendonitis before in both shoulders and this particular elbow.

that sounds awful. thats how it feels when i do anything pushing, especially anything for tris like tis just going to snap. ihavent really worked out tris in almost two wks.

SLIN UPDATE

So im back to taking slin first thing in the morning and again post workout. i feel ive got the perfect balance of carbs figured out now.

Im taking 10iu's each time.
followed by 70g of carbs. then 40 an hour later. then 35g 60-75 mintues later... each time with app/ 40g of protein. no fats.
this seems to be the perfect amount for me, im not getting any smoother and i start getting light headed just when its time to eat again.
 
woooooooooooooow im shocked compared to the guy i monitored who was like on 4-5iu of slin u still take twice as much and half the carbs himmmmm nice.! lucky you.

he got light headed 45min after a 130Gcarb drink funny huh
 
im thinkin of slin BUT from my belive ti si for hard gainers when i was 20 i went natrual to 245lbs so IMO its only for ectos. same how clen and t3 is not for ectos only endos diff bodies diff chemicals

maybe throw in a nonmethyl comppund too
 
im pretty sure ANADROL + SLIN would yield crazy size. but noway would it be keepable
 
you should keep what you gain from slin. ive run it along side 100mg of dbol and test. im about to throw in my clen and t3 next wk so ill be on sust /epi / slin / clen / t3 and possibly phera next wk as well.

on a side note something is giving me the absolute worst gas ever.
i also am having some real itchy nips and i think they look puffy. gay.

definitely trying to finish it out real lean. with the clen / t3 i shoudl be able to keep my cals up around maintenance and still lean it out a bit. i think thats the best way to utilize the epi... same way i use tren or winstrol.

def not the sust already. im not sure what it is and how to approach it yet. maybe im just getting fat.

maybe u have same effect i did, my nipples had problems once i DROPPEd anadrol, since it cuased a change in hormones even though i was on T. if u dropped dbol, even though ur on T it's rare but i belive ti still happenes

but then again anadrol is a odd compund when it comes to gyno so who knows y ur getting it
 
i havent been on any dbol... ive been saving that... maybe its from a rebound from dropping the SD??? i have no experience with the epi so i dont know what i should be expecting there.

anyone's whos done a sd/ epi bridge (or similar) experience any problems after dropping the sd? any opinions on if i should take something? i have nolva, clomid and letro on hand. i cant imagine needing the ai though.
 
hmmm Ive used epi 2x n never had problems w/ it. me points the finger at SD
 
Epi never bothered me mate but estrogen.sensitivity is in the eye of the beholder. Guess I'm just lucky, I've never even opened my AI not even for bloat and I just did dbol at 70mg bridging into oral epi/tren
 
i never had GYNO problems no matter wat i dumped into body......... 1st week tren 500mg = lump. but prami cleaned me up all good :)

epi kills my nips.. theres been many theories on why this happens from bad estrogen rebound every 6 hrs or so after each dose... to prolactin... im pretty sensitive to progestins.. so i tend to think its the latter.. but epi kills my nips either way

The short answer is YES anavar is well studied for enhanced wound healing/tissue repair. The "rotator cuff" is basically a group of muscles and tendons... ie tissue.

Oxandrolone causes:
1) backdoor increase in GH
2) increased collagen and elastin syntyhesis (repair the tendon portion)
3) increased nitrogen retention (strengthen the muscle portion)

Search on oxandrolone and collagen elastin and you'll pull up a boatload of studies. Its actually an indicated use if I recall. (iow, doc can prescribe for slow wound healing)

- i seem to be responding really well the epi, my weight and strength is up and honestly i feel more pumped and less flexible than with the mdrol.

-i hit the +20 lb mark so thats exciting, the way i feel with the epi right now im very motivated for the rest of this... i was losing interest during the last 7-10 days of mdrol but now i got a big boost again.

-next wk comes the clen / t3.

-what does everyone think about pulsing phera for the rest of this? or should i just leave it alone since i seem to be responding well enough to my first run of epi? or should i just run the phera stacked with the epi?? opinions please.

I say its a tough decision and one that you are well equipped to answer yourself, you clearly know your stuff and know your body better than anybody else (except maybe the ripper), you know what it can and can not take.

What have u got to loose other than your liver
 
nice #s hump! Man you are gaining weight and strength FAST that's scary to see, good thing it's not uncharted territory or else i'd be really worried about your tendons

don't pulse the Phera... it's a good compound but longer half-life than Epi/SD, not as conducive to pulsing.

Save the phera for the next burst phase

i would just like to point out some progress... brag a little if you will... i deserve it.

11 months ago i was 176lbs and partying 7 nights a wk, often for several days straight, coked out of my mind nonstop. i went to rehab out in Long Island, cleaned up and came back home in Manhattan. since August 20th when i decided i had to stop, i have not relapsed whatsoever, no matter how bored i get sitting in my condo. I got out of rehab Feb 20th and back in the gym Feb 21st. So ive only been out of rehab for 4.5 months and i have gotten myself back to 225 and feeling good again.

The gym is an amzing tool to help towards recovery. the discipline it has helped instill in my life when my life really had none is something that has repaired and saved my life on so many levels. dont take this hobby for granted folks. ive noticed there are alot of recovered or recovering addicts on this forum, congrats to you, stay strong. If anyone is reading this and is still in addiction, lets this be motivation. the happiness i was searching for at the clubs, with the women, in all the aspects of partying and never found, ive finally found again in the gym. feeling good about myself.

This is more than a hobby, its a lifestyle.

I agree bro... Dude I got into lifting because I was fat and depressed, I looked like a fat white piece of ****... Just 18 months and a couple weakass cycles later i was STACKED. the physical and mental confidence, the overall change in my life, was amazing. I love the gym, I love hitting the weights, I love it so much.

Congrats humpy... what u did is quite impressive. And now I'm jealous that you're going to keep blasting away, and surpass your already-impressive previous stats! Up and up big buddy.

and its the guys like you that keep me motivated bro. on the days i dont feel like lifting, when i get down and think i miss parts of my past, i get on AM, read a few posts, read about your cycle and your lifts and BOOM instant motivation.
