The ONE [BONUS OBSERVATION #6]

Pumps, man it's day 12 now, and today's pumps were insane. Like literally I'd warm up on the lightest weight possible, and blood would flow to the area, and by the end of the warmup set the pump was huge, crazy, never had anything like this. The pumps are everywhere as well, and you can actually induce it easily, I sit at my desk in my office and contract my calves and bang! Pumped calves! Looks like the next 2 weeks will be fun!!

Sounds like your having quite the exhilarating experience with the ONE...keep it up bud. BTW...have noticed any particular parts of your body that have a more pronounced added mass look to them?

Parts of the body with the most increases would be chest and triceps. Also some bicep and shoulder size increase as well.

I must admit I have wondered if "The One" is able to help genetically weak body parts bloom (my chest) I was thinking of doing 2 whole chest workouts per week While on this Kiwi. Increased recovery abilities I believe should cover it. Could be my only chance to get some inner pec! Well, chest in general. I do believe I have the worst chest genetics in the history of mankind. 2 workouts on it a bad/good idea? You are familiar with recovery on this....

I have done the same thing. During my hdrol cycle I indentified areas of weakness (legs) and trained them 2xper week. Worked well.

aaahhhh, but did you keep it.....Man If I even look at a squat rack my legs grow huge. i dont even train them cause they get to big and rub and cause chafe, plus They make me walk funny. Big legs sux, gimme a wicked chest anyday. Looks way better. im gonna hit it twice then, cheers mate.:bandit:

Doing a couple of sessions on 'weaker' areas a week is ok, even NOT on The ONE, Zac. Something that drastically helped me bring up my weak areas was doing Body-Part splist and completing 4 x 6 squats before doing that particular body-part (in my case, shoulders one day, and arms the next). So long as your eating is right and you don't do the same body-part TWO days running (i.e. give it a day at least between them, and do another body-part the next day), then you should be fine.

Do a hard heavy day, and a lighter higher rep day on that area. Also another idea to toss in is to make some changes to specific exercises you do for other body parts to add some focus to chest. So instead of straight arm pulldowns or some other upper back exercise insert db pullovers.

Another nifty but difficult idea is to switch all your chest exercises to using dbs for a while AND do them one handed at a time. presses are a lot rougher, flys are miserable that way. But it engages a bunch more stabilizers, so a 4 week grouping like that although it won't gain significant strength in that time can definitely help set you up for future growth.

It depends. Work hard enough at it and you CAN make changes. I'm proof of that. My lower body gains muscle just LOOKING at weights (not literally, but you know what I mean; just doing cardio and eating adds muscle mass), LOL; but I managed to bring my upper body up well last year (although I had a 'chest' already :D).

Canned chicken is so good!
Weight is 91kgs, which is a nice little lean mass increase. That's a 3.5kg Increase.
 
Strange thing today, right nipple is quite sensitive and feels like a slightly painful small lump in that right nipple...will have to keep an eye on this. Never had something like this before? Any ideas?

You're not familiar with gyno? You have any anti-e's?
 
Nipple sensitivity and painful lump are the #1 and #2 signs of gyno, while on steroids, I would bet with 100% certainty that this is gyno and not a skin irritation. I've gone through it with both nipples.

Now I am not sure of the mechanisms through which TO functions, as far as I know it is like DHT and thus had me thinking of winstrol and masteron and such which tend to work against gyno but like i said IDK. My guess is you'll want to start dosing an anti-estrogen like arimidex. Or an OTC ai. I'll watch to see more responses.

Don't go straight into PCT yet, gyno is slow to develop, you have some time to try to work on it with an AI. I don't know what to tell you with dosing though, I know about the right amount of letro for me to take to stave off gyno but this is different. I guess the question is what AI's do you have available to you?

*even with that answered, i am not sure of the doses... I am sure we will reach a consensus as we get more views though. I've got to pay attention because I'm susceptible to gyno, not overly so but it has been a recurring problem. But for me letro has always worked in zapping it.
 
Don't go straight into PCT yet, gyno is slow to develop, you have some time to try to work on it with an AI. I don't know what to tell you with dosing though, I know about the right amount of letro for me to take to stave off gyno but this is different. I guess the question is what AI's do you have available to you?

Have half bottle of Post Cycle Support, 2nd gear, 6oxo, trione, SERM, inhibit-e (15caps)...think that might be it?

you say you have SERM on hand which SERM? or are you reffering to an OTC product? IMHO a SERM would be best to use while on cycle, otherwise I have used ATD for gyno while on cycle and it works well and quickly! I wouldn say stop yet, you can get it under control fairly quickly.

SERM I have is nolva, also have an ATD, which do you think run alongside this?

hmm... see if you are lactating? Do you have any experience with prolactin problems? Gyno doesn't occur instantaneously so it is nothing to FREAK about, but it is definitely a good idea to keep control and monitor potential threats... props on that. I haven't used T.O. so I can't give any personal experience advice from it yet. Isn't clomid the better option SERM wise versus Nolva when it comes to gyno? I don't have experience with them so I can't comment on that.

I guess at least calfwise, that was one bit of good genetics i got as far as bodybuilding goes.

I can thank my parents for good genetics. Interesting mix they are too.

Doesn't sound too good. Any enlargement of the area or leaking? Did you get your hormonal bloods back yet? They may show something if it is imbalance of hormones.

Clomid for prolactin induced gyno, nolva for estro induced gyno, this does sound like estro induced gyno. Prolactin should cause leaky nips, estro lumps/puffy nips. Would be nice to be 100% sure on this. You can start the ATD at once. Nolva would be best if it's indeed estro induced. You should start asap though.

Funny thing though, The One is actually eradicating my gyno..
