RickRock's gettin' DIESEL with Dieselbolan/Epi-strong and RS-Transaderm!!

i have a great story for you guys that should give some laughs. As some of you have read, I have been applying Transaderm 5 pumps a day at 2 to each shoulder and 1 on the sack in the morning. Well, my mother in law has been staying with us for a while due to some issue that the family is going through. So this morning I get up before anyone else and go to put on my Transaderm. I got done weighing in and grab my Transaderm and put a couple squirts on each shoulder and rub them in. I drop my boxers and squirt a dab on the boys, and just as I am standing there with the bottle of Transaderm in one hand and rubbing my balls with the other in the middle of the kitchen! I look up and my mother in law is staring at me as she had just got up ( alot earlier than usual). She didnt say a word and just turned around and went down the hall. Its been a weird uncomfortable silence between us today...lol

Anyways....Cardio today!!

45 minute session for a 600 cal burn

Treadmill for 30 minutes which was about 20 minutes of jogging at 6.2 MPH @ 5% incline and the other 10 minutes walking at 3.5 MPH @ 15% incline (400 cals). I followed that up with 15 minutes HIIT on the elliptical (200 cals)

Did some ab work after that with weighted pulldowns and some hanging leg raises


I'm extending the fast today a couple hours, and I'm about to break it here very soon. The fast breaker will be some chicken breast, salad, 1 cup cottage cheese, a banana, and 2 scoops of whey. Cals for the day should end up around 2k, but tonight I am going out for some drinks so there will be some beer cals that I'm not counting later on.

That is freaking comedy. One your in law watching you rub your junk and two your in the kitchen. I can just see it now. Mom can I get you some breakfast. Her response not unless you have washed your hands after playing with your self. Lol
 
Lets just say I learned a valuable lesson. Me and the Transaderm will be going to the bathroom from now on, just as if I really did want to rub one out...lol

Yeh the kitchen is where all my supplements that I am using at the time are kept, on top of the fridge, so that is why I was in there. I wont be applying Transaderm in the kitchen anymore though...:laugh:



Resting up today, and after a night of a few drinks that left me waking up to looking very dry and lean this morning. That is usually the effect I expect and usually get after drinking alcohol. It was also reflected in my weight as expected. I was 165 compared to the normal 167 I have been lately. My abs looked much better from dropping some water. Its kinda funny how alcohol dehydrates you to actually make you look better the next day...

Cals will be around the same as yesterday. Somewhere around 2kish, and then tomorrow the real fun will begin when I start the Diesel. I'm hoping that I can really Bring the mass over the next few weeks and add on at least 10 lbs from this cycle. I will probably get even a little looser with the diet as the anabolics get added in. I really want to add as much muscle as I can while keeping bodyfat from rising, so I will loosen up even more mostly on rest days/cardio days and I may end up closer to 2500 on those days from here on out with my lifting days at 3k minimum up to 3500 or so. I will cut them back if I feel that I start gaining fat. I know Epi alone gave me 16 lbs over 6 weeks when ran solo, but there was fat gain also so hopefully this plan I have will give me the muscle gain without noticeable fat gain.

I'm pretty excited to get this thing rolling, so tomorrow is the big day to start GETTIN DIESEL!!
 
Nice post man. Its funny because i had an idea of where the story where was going as soon as you said transaderm and kitchen hahahaha. Everyday i apply the junk i seem to forget that my bedroom window shade is wide open AFTER applying so i hobble over to close it, trying not to get my junk stuck to the side of my leg.

The neighborhood has definitely gotten some free peaks

Edit: Just wanted to add a comment real quick.. Rick, next time around, instead of Fish Oil, get your hands on Krill Oil! You'll be quite amazed at the differences between fish and krill oil ;)

I do want to try out some krill oil sometime in place of fish oil. I haven't gotten around to it yet, but its in the plans at some point. Outs good hearing that you think it works better on the joints. I will keep that in mind

Fish oil is definitely cheaper, but there are zero fish burps from krill from what I hear. Also 2 caps krill oil is like taking 10 caps of fish oil or somewhere around there.

It's amazing stuff. Believe it or not some old health nut guy told me about it.. Told me that krill oil even helped raise his good cholesterol and lower his bad cholesterol significantly within 3 months use @ the minimum dosage.


Also Krill oil stopped that weird rubber band shakes thing my knee does when I do leg extensions (use leg extensions to warm up my quads prior to squats)... without Krill oil, I can easily lift the weight, but bringing it back down.. my knee starts to shake hard.. it's awkward to explain but after taking krill oil I can raise and lower the weight smoothly.

Today is the day, and just popped my first dose of Diesel. I'm about to head to the gym in a few to hit Chest and Tris, and I'm hoping for a decent workout. Energy might be down a bit, as I'm going stim free for now, and its been quite some time since I've been off of them. I will be back later on to update the workout and everything else. I'm dosing the Diesel at 1 cap upon waking (about 5 AM) with fish oil and BCAA's fasted, and then 2 caps after my fast breaking meal around 12:30 PM. Transaderm will remain as t has been at 5 pumps per day

Exactly! Gaining 10 lbs is easy. Gaining 10 lbs of mostly muscle is not so easy. Slow and controlled with diet I think is key ;)

Burn day (cardio) today. I slept very deep last night, which seems to happen to me on cycle. I feel great so far with no noticeable sides to start off. Incline treadmill walking 15% @ 3.7 MPH for a 360 Cal burn

I agree with the deep sleep, I don't feel tired all day matter of fact its the opposite while on cycle. Yet the minute I take the last dose I pass right out! Love that feeling. Good updates!

Yeh I don't understand people that have trouble sleeping on cycle. It hasn't happened to me, and usually on cycle is the best sleep I get!

I found it odd reading about that myself, during the day ph's are like a stimulant to me. Then once the sun goes down, BOOM, knocked out, ideal situation guess I'm one of the lucky ones!

You had no issue sleeping while on Trenazone? If that is the case I am curious what your dose was because many I have talked with had issues, especially the few days after the dose increased; I am the same way. Sleep fine after the dose change though it takes my body 3-4 days to adapt to the change.

I slept like a log on Trenazone too. My dose was lower than yours though. I ran it pretty much at 1.5ml most of the whole run

I sleep deep once I fall asleep the night sweats are kind of annoying though, it seems to really ramp up my metabolism similar to what I hear about tren ace.

Ok, I'm game Kleen. My current goal is a little different than what is advertised, but for the sake of motivation and competition I will do it. Since I have my ABS for now, my goal is to pack on 10 lbs to my frame while keeping those ABS by Christmas!

Kleen those pics on my thread is my entry. currently holding at 93.6kgs (in those pics). Going for a nice (4-5kgs) 8-12lb lost. I want more abs. I donno how much teh addition of the extra anabolics are going to affect my weight but I think 8-12lbs is a good goal as I have more than that in fat to lose. Ill repost this in that thread later today ;)
